The rooms were modern and up to date. Nice and convenient location. The pool area was pretty small.

Everything was great except the hottub being out of order the first night we were there. That was a big letdown. It did get fixed before we left and we did get to utilize one night. Overall the experience was still very good and would certainly consider coming back again in the future.

Stay at the Berlin Grand was top notch. Everything from check -in to super clean room, friendly staff to hot breakfast buffet to check out was smoothly executed and flawless for my stay. Wonderful experience. I would recommend to everyone.

This was our first stay here and we were well pleased. Plentiful parking, comfortable room with a fabulous view, delicious breakfast and pleasant staff. We were glad to be able to walk to stores and shops. We will return.

Be aware. They will charge you a $100 deposit when you arrive.whats frustris they lied to me stating they were just putting my card on file and then charged me the 100. Supposedly itll be reimbursed but they refused to give me receipts. The breakfast bar was good but they complained nonstop that people were actually eating it. Staff over all was rude and unhelpful. The rooms where ok. There is a light that wont shut off so if you need a dark room bring something to cover.it.

We enjoyed our stay very much; all the shops were in walking distance which was very convenient. Parking was available all around the building so easy assessable to your room. On our last stay they were replacing the front entrance roofing they started at 6 a.m. a bit early for people who are not early birds. The breakfast buffet was limited but was sufficient, we were visiting during the week.
