Didnt receive any email from the hotel prior to arrival and stayed outside of this servised apartment for more than half an hour trying to contact the hotel. Staff English level is worrying, spent more than 20 minutes just to get them to have my email address to send me an email of the check in code. Other than that, the room is very spacious and clean, with heating and clothing drying function ij the bathroom is very handy when travelling with small kids.

酒店位置很近別府站，步行約5分鐘便到達，但入住比較麻煩，因沒有為意需要事前要再額外跟酒店確認，酒店會再發送入住憑証密碼，天寒地凍在街上等，幸好聯到trip.com職員馬上回覆，但來來回回已經用了20-30分鐘才能進入酒店，很差的感受😢😢😢😢

Nice self check in hotel. Received the check in code in morning of check in. This hotel has no elevator so be prepared to carry luggage up stairs. We were lucky to get the ground floor unit. Good laundry facilities with washing machine, washing power, dryer inside the bathroom. Cooking facilities was good. Clean and beds were comfy.

清潔度が最低。空気清浄機に水を補給しようと思ったら中がホコリだらけ。洗面所、トイレ、テーブルの上にわざと置いたかのように髪の毛が落ちてた。換気扇も中までは見てないが、周りがホコリだらけで。台所引き出しの中にコップがあったが、その引き出しの中も汚れてる。本当に掃除をしたのかって思うくらい清潔度は最低。他の点が良くても、清潔度が悪いといい宿とは思えない。

Location was not too far from food place but need to walk. Room is comfortable and nice and brand new building. But only have 2 park lot but able to park at the open space opposite. Overall, good experience.

事隔多年同家人嚟一次家庭旅行，早係2月時已預訂咗呢間酒店，係網上見到酒店房間都比其他酒店既房間大及平，離車站距離都唔太遠，所以就決定預定了 當到達酒店時，因酒店係採用自助形式入住，門口係要用密碼進入，但我地都無收到酒店發出的email，於是 我地即刻聯絡trip.com客服幫忙聯絡酒店，好彩當時有一家客人到埗，他同我地講酒店已預先send email比他門口的密碼，（唔知道點解我地無收到）我地只好跟佢地一齊入去，門內有部ipad 係用嚟check in，還好可以用嚟打比酒店員工，先順利做到check in，（已經浪費咗好多時間處理check in的問題） 入到房間後，房間跟網上圖片描述係一樣的，地方很大，很寬敞，但是唯一唔好係唔知道點解廁所既暖氣係開著咗，令整間房都好熱（日本夏天可以係30度以上）立刻將冷氣調低就出去吃飯 返嚟後房間溫度仍然好熱，走廊既冷氣仲比房涼，我老公就去睇睇係咪冷氣機有問題，打開後，見到隔塵網簡直嚇咗一大跳🙄，全部都係灰塵，我老公為有自己清洗……… 酒店真係真係要認真處理一下衛生問題 第一次寫評論，因為嗰晚見到個隔塵網真係好嬲 完

地點方便，房間很大和舒服，有廚房，厠所和浴室乾濕分離，性價比高下次會再次入住

乾淨，且離別府站步行5分鐘即可達! Check-in及Check-out流暢且便利，有機會回訪會再入住。

房間好好,地方很大, 女兒及我很喜歡 有小型廚房內有微波爐可以食物加熱, 十分好

設備良好！ 旅館的設備優良、 先進 ，有溫水泡浴預先準備好的功能 ，有自動感應燈，性能良好 乾淨整潔！ 旅館裝修新， 非常舒適！ 唯獨缺點是入住時，發現店主未有添置紙巾和洗手液 ，使用洗手間時感到很驚訝， 但經溝通後，店主第二天補上。

Everything was great and you responded very fast with our arrival issues related to absence of appliance manuals in English. Thank you! For Europeans and Americans: Please make sure you have these manuals in English and also explain that the dryer is in the shower (ventilation dryer) or otherwise no one would know! Thank you
