The service is nice and the staffs are always smiling and give us full hospitality. It is the first visit in Sri Lanka, however we had the best experience due to their good services. I would like to come to Cinnamon Bentota again!!

We loved the proximity to such a wonderful beach, which was beautiful clean and undisturbed. The service at the resort was top notch, ranging the poolside personnel who took care of all over needs to housekeeping who were attentive and proactive in their cleaning and tidying. We were also impressed by the facilities - the pools were fantastic as was the buffet meals. Special shout out to yoga master Roland, who conducted a bespoke class for us and was able to cater to our different levels of flexibility and technique.  His manner also made us feel extremely at home - thank you Roland!

Amazing resort location with large cosy and beautiful rooms. Highly recommend for holidays. Food is expensive though.

酒店設計獨特別緻，是巴瓦的設計作品，早餐很好，房間也很大，可惜就是非常潮濕，空調温度調高一些，一會兒地板就一層水霧，雖然服務很好過來幫我們處理了，但是這真的是一大硬傷啊。

入住和離店都有傳統的迎送儀式，自助餐廳包含了中國、斯里蘭卡、印度、意大利、日本等多個菜系，比較推薦。海鮮餐廳冰鮮為主，服務沒得説，味道還可以。spa 區在裝修，不過體驗感還可以，預訂過程中有點小插曲，但是服務人員積極地溝通和解決，非常好。

非常滿意，非常驚艷！酒店最初建於 1967年，由亞洲最傑出的建築師傑弗裏巴瓦設計。酒店2019 年 12 月重新開業，努力保留當年巴瓦建築原貌，重現著名的蠟染天花板入口，拉基創作的黃銅孔雀雕塑再度樹在餐廳的樓梯扶手。主樓的30 間客房被改造成 16 間套房，L型分佈，西面看印度洋、北面看本託塔河。如果你是建築師建議住套房，因為其他兩棟客房是後面新建的。我們在前台約巴瓦介紹，酒店員工sanduri導覽介紹了四十分鐘，告訴我們每個細節，儘量每一塊磚做的編號然後原樣復建，總之一切都非常感動。

因為打卡巴瓦住進這家酒店，整體一般，雖然在河海之間，環境也不盡人意，整體管理有點混亂，服務也跟不上。

Великолепный отель. Сервис на высоте. Гостей много, но этого совсем не ощущаешь, тк территория правильно спланирована и достаточно большая. Завтраки отличные, есть еда на любой вкус: и европейская, и блюда местной и китайской кухни. Много фруктов, соков.
