Wir haben mich und mein Mann gehostet, wir in der apt Super luxuriösen schönen Blick Beratung, sensationelle Betreuung seit dem Eingang, erfahrene und anspruchsvolle Rezeptionisten, saubere und gut luftige Zimmer, Kaffee wurde ein wenig wünschenswert, aber es war gut. Ich werde sicher zurück.

Wir hatten ein Problem mit einer Buchung, ich hatte 3 Zimmer reserviert, aber eine Buchung wurde abgebrochen und ich verstehe nicht. Beim check-in fanden sie meine Reservierung nicht, aber die Ansprechpartner waren sehr gefragt, vor allem Aline, die sehr nett mit uns war, hat ein Zimmer (beladenes Hotel) für uns. Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, Frühstück gemütlich. Akademie und Pool in hervorragenden Bedingungen für die Verwendung. Ich empfehle und würde wieder bleiben.

Em virtude da calamidade pública ocorrido no RS, solicitei a troca de datas (inclusive com várias opções) também solicitei que eu ficasse com a oportunidade de usufruir apenas duas diárias posteriormente, em troca das três diárias que eu havia pago,. Pedi reembolso parcial, telefonei pedindo para ficar com um crédito. Nada foi disponibilizado ou sinalizado para ajustar algum acordo bom para ambos, visto que a impossibilidade é de força maior e caso fortuito, evento alheio a minha vontade, por força da natureza, cuja a gravidade interrompeu os serviços de transportes aéreos e rodoviários para o RS e de Porto Alegre, a capital, para a cidade de Bento Gonçalves. Parece que a hospedagem só se importa em ficar com o valor do dinheiro pouco se importando com sua reputação e com o turismo local. O argumento da central de reservas foi que o responsável era o Booking e que eu não tinha pedido nada antes, tinha esperado um mês para fazer alguma solicitação. Ora se não o fiz antes foi justamente na expectativa que os serviços no Estado e as estradas para acesso ao hotel se normalizassem ou melharassem minimamente , mas quando nada disso aconteceu. Poderia haver um pouco mais de profissionalismo por parte da Central de Atendimentos na pessoa que mantém contato com os clientes no setor de reservas e inclusive da propriedade em manter seus clientes e favorecer o turismo local. Hospedagem intolerante. Ficam com o teu dinheiro da reserva mas perdem o cliente para sempre, Não indico e não volto nunca mais. Existem outros lugares tão ou mais bonitos no Brasil no Rs e no Mundo. Que inclusive, mesmo sendo bem distantes do RS, entenderam completamente a minha situação de também gaúcha, não poder me deslocar e me devolveram ou me deixaram com créditos.
