Hotel Servigroup Nereo

Room ready on arrival very comfortable for 1 person. Bed was comfortable nice open balcony. Pool good size for the hotel and tables chairs. Sunbeds available all day. Bar was cheap and good choice. Food was very good in the restaurant. Plenty of choice and nicely presented. Great location very safe on your own.

Reception staff very pleasant and attentive.Rooms bright and clean also fridge in the room.food all fresh and show cooking also English breakfast.Gym and the swimming pool good.pool bar with lovely coffee.you can’t fault this hotel very close to bars and beach.

This is our first time at nereo it’s a really nice hotel we only had breakfast but that was nice with plenty of choice the room was very clean beds made and towels changed daily only downside was no tea or coffee making facilities staff were lovely and helpful we had a late flight home so we were allowed to use the pool etc and we also had a curtesy room to shower and change before our late flight home we will definitely go back

Like being on an 18 to 30 holiday. We have been to this hotel many times, and we used to love it because it was very quiet and of an older clientele. However, it seems this hotel is now accepting large single groups of both male and female who are very loud and boisterous. We were unable to use the pool because of this. We meet other couples every year who have been coming here even longer than us, every one of them say they will not be returning. It's such a shame that this once lovely hotel has felt the need to open its doors to the rowdy, typical Benidorm youths, I am afraid this is our last time here. Nereo, you need to rethink this decision. It's not a nice place to be anymore.

Great location..very clean hotel and all staff extremely friendly and helpful..beds comfy..only moan was no kettle tea/coffee facilities in room Food was good..especially breakfast which had a good selection from english or continental.. Would definitely return

Review of Hotel Nereo Never been here before so I hope this helps people with their choices. Arrived off an early flight and our room wasn’t ready but as I say early flight so this was expected. However, the reception staff were really nice and gave us a place to store our bags and a key card to use for the facilities, toilets, pool etc. We only had to wait just over an hour and we were given a room on the 7th floor with a partial sea view out to Peacock Island. The 3 Lifts were clean as were the common areas. The room we had was a twin room and the beds are very comfortable. The room itself is compact but has the usual features, TV, safe which is free of charge and a fridge. Storage is at a bit of a premium but adequate. There are no tea and coffee making facilities in the room so if you’re like me and enjoys a cuppa first thing take a travel kettle, we used the plug in the bathroom. The balcony we had was a great size and a wonderful sun trap. The bathroom is a good size with a large walk in shower. The hotel provide an anti slip mat for the shower even though it has a textured base. The towels were luxurious and a great size. The housekeeping staff are really pleasant, they make sure they say hello every time they see you. Food in the hotel is great, good choice and they have show cooking as well. They don’t lay out a lot of food at one time but they do replenish the food regularly. The pool is heated, the area around the pool has lots of sunbeds, there is also a solarium area accessed by a lift and this was a great suntrap. The bar can be accessed from the pool area. There are toilets at the pool area also. All access to private areas within the hotel, the pool, toilets etc are controlled by your room key. The only downside if you can call it that is how regimented everything is, everything is laid out in straight lines and at night there is no ambiance in the bar, the lighting is always very bright. I’m not saying its a bad thing it’s just how it felt for me. They do have entertainment in the bar nightly, not the full on ***** stuff but nice background entertainment, I did feel a little sorry for the entertainers as they competing against fiesta week but I’m sure during normal, if any weeks can be normal in Benidorm,  it would have been well attended. On the whole I would say the hotel gets a 4.5 out of 5. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our stay a pleasurable experience and would I recommend this hotel, absolutely.  Hope this helps.

Lovely hotel in a great location. I emailed the hotel to advise it was our wedding anniversary whilst we were there and they gave us a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine and an amazing room. Staff were really friendly on reception and bar and restaurant anx we won't hesitate to book again. Thanks for a lovely holiday.

Lovely hotel , clean and very safe and great location Breakfast was very good and with a huge choice of food to cater for everyone’s needs The maid service first class they clean well , The room was small and very clean The air con was super cold Balcony was ok but a car park view didn’t do it for me The only two small issues for me The TV in the room lacked channels The walls in the room were super thin and if you end up with a noisy neighbours you’re in trouble. . I would stay her again and I’m very fussy so that tells you everything Well done Hotel Nereo

great stay brilliant place loved every minute of it staff amazing clean though out beds very comfortable bedroom spot on can see why people keep coming back here it's close to everything you need and was quiet at night time but was here in November the pool was heated so can enjoy a swim will definitely return here in the future
