After seeing the reviews I was really worried about staying here. The apartment was great very clean and comfortable. No problems getting our deposit back. The only negative I can give is the pool area is not good very basic, no parasols which was not good, small pool,needs updating. No seating area. Full of stags & Hen parties.

Ignore the Bad Reciews, stayed here for 5 nights with my Two Teenage boys. Rooms spacious, Clean and Have Comfy Beds. Sofa Bed Is Very large and Comfy. Air Conditioning in the rooms is brilliant, 35 degrees and the room was like walking into a fridge!! Staff In the hotel are friendly and helpful, just treat them with respect and they will go above and beyond for you. Had to pay a €200 euro deposit to secure the room from breakages, and cleanliness. All you have to do is look after the room, strip the beds and place all the laundry on the bathroom floor, make sure all the cups etc have been washed and put away. Rember this is a self contained apartment hotel, so they don't clean your room every day or provide fresh linen. You can get fresh towels for €6, and there's loads in the pack. Our deposit was back on my card within minutes of checking out and the lady from reception checking the room. So the people calling this deposit a scam have obviously broken the rules or not bothered to respect the room!!! We couldn't get late checkout because the rooms are full for tonight, but there is secure luggage storage and showers by the pool. The drinks in the hotel Bar Are not overpriced, its pretty average for bars around benidorm. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the beach, or to the centre of town or to the centre of the old town. A taxi would cost you €5, but it's quite a nice walk either way. The location is great for all areas I would Definately return to this apartment if I was to return to benidorm.

Before arriving was very concerned with some of the reviews. But we arrived just before midnight and receptionist was there to greet us, yes very blunt but this could be language barrier or just her personality. Even though we asked for apartments close together this didn’t happen and the group of 8 was split one on 3rd floor one on 19th floor. Apartments were large, spacious and clean, loads of amenities including a kitchen cleaning box, shampoo and shower gel, towels and linen. Maid service wasn’t included and if you required more towels or linen etc then there was a charge usually 6euros for each item. Two bed apartment had one double bed with bathroom including bath and overhead shower. Two single beds and ensuite with shower and toilet and almost king size sofa bed which was very easy to make. One bed apartment includes one bathroom, one double bed and one almost king size sofa bed. Balconies were huge almost same size as the one bed apartment itself. Apartment was clean and the few odd scrapes and wall marks as you’d expect. Came with working fridge and if you required kettle or iron all you had to do was ask reception. You are about a 10minute walk from everything or a cheap taxi ride. There is a bar/café which serves all drinks, snacks and hot food(recommend the pizza’s) Bar man was polite and friendly but if you were rude to him he would be rude back which Is fine as be treated as how you treat others. Pool was a nice size, clean but could do with a few more sunbeds. Toilets and showers available. Luggage storage room. Yes you have to pay a 200euro deposit but as long as you do as they ask (strip beds, wash up after yourself and generally make sure its clean) this will be refunded within 24hrs. Overall impressed. And would recommend for groups.

Stayed here on the 23 may for 3 nights, I’m a 63 year old male on arrival room wasn’t ready which I can understand then was told to pay 200 euros as a deposit and it Woukd be refunded , I kept the place immaculate and made sure there wasn’t a cup out off place and took my rubbish to the bins outside the appartments , To this day I still haven’t had the deposit returned, it actually says on my receipt No Refund, I have currently got jet 2 acting on my behalf as I feel that this deposit situation is a scam and that other people havnt had there’s returned , Im a frequent traveller and this is the only review I’ve ever written! Gonna get in touch with other people and make a Facebook page to name and shame this place!! Avoid avoid avoid , stayed in room 7e

Before we went I had read mixed reviews about this hotel so I was a little bit wary. It's true that it is at the top of a massive hill, however there is a free shuttle bus so it's really not an issue. Just be aware that they do not run during siesta time so plan your trips out accordingly, alternatively you can flag down a cab for about 5 euros as a one off if need be. The reception and general look is very nice. It's very clean and the staff were lovely. Although I have basic Spanish and try to use it when I can, all staff spoke excellent English, which incidentally I don't believe we should expect, when in Rome and all that.. The rooms were quite spacious and cool, if a little dated, but were perfectly clean and housekeeping kept them that way all week. My only bugbare being our fridge didn't really work and it would have been nice to keep things cold in our room. The balcony overlooking the pool was a delight. I'm going to slip this part in here because I really want to end on a high note , even though the hotel says it doesn't cater to stag and hen parties, there were several staying there and the noise level could become very annoying at times, along with heckling from the balconies. We experienced this on 3 of our 7 nights so I can understand if people would find this irritating. I only had breakfast in the dining room. The majority of which was very nice. Lots of choice of both hot and cold food, fruits, juices and coffee. No complaints here. The grounds and the pool are lovely. There is unfortunately the need to line up if you want your pick of sunbeds. The pool isn't large so can get busy. If someone could help the bar staff there with some new music..there are only so many times you can listen to Lewis cappaldi. The outside bar was our chosen evening destination, entertainment was a little old fashioned but somewhat quaint and enjoyable. The Spanish love to dance! Overall we had a fantastic week, helped by pleasant staff. A special mention to Veronica at the bar, she was our favourite. Would definitely go back.

Avoid this hotel at all costs! Staff are rude and un helpful. When we asked for a 4th towel as we had only been given 3 for 4 people you had thought we were treated as though we were lying! We paid a €200 deposit which we have been told we are not getting back due to the apartment being left “messy”! This is a total lie. We stripped all beds and folded up sheets before leaving, made sure all rubbish was in the bin. What more do they want?! It’s a total con. After reading other reviews I know we are not the only ones this has happened to. This place needs to be shut down seriously they do not deserve customers!

Just got back home from a long weekend with friends,nothing wrong with the hotel great location if you don’t want be in the middle of it all but a few minutes walk away and it’s ideal,deposit back before they even checked the room and the staff are pleasant when speaking to them.a little wait for the room to be ready when arriving early morning.

Worst place we have ever stayed! Didn't get a kettle for two days the staff was rude & arrogant! Handed a lost phone in which a member of staff at reception actually took it home & denied id handed it in! Didn't drink in the bar as he clearly had attitude. Couldn't check in for 5 hours after arrival to find out they make money on last day for late check outs instead so expect to sit around for hours! Don't slouch on sofa in reception otherwise soar face shouts! Stairs full of bags of rubbish as guests hadn't put there rubbish in large fly infested bin out front like told you have to do. See no cleaners what so ever oh and hope lift doesn't break down on you otherwise they take the 150 euros out of the 200 euro deposit! You have to go reception to ask for toilet roll and charge you for extra towels! No toaster iron hairdryer or kettle available after stating these was available! Slept on top of my own beach towels as mattress & mattress protector was stained. Absolute dive hell hole!!!!

Travelled with friends in a 1 bedroom apartment for 4 nights . Room was clean and tidy with a huge balcony had no problems with staff members who were polite and friendly gave us a kettle to use in our room free of charge if you follow the rules set out in hotel you shouldn't encounter any problems .. Plenty of places to eat and drink around local area to hotel .Would stay again and also got our deposit back quickly

Booked in, paid my deposit on my debit card and currently up to now they haven’t paid me back, called the hotel today who said it’s my problem and to contact my bank with the issue, the hotel also stated that the money never left my account which is false as it clearly states on my bank statement that the deposit was taken. Would not recommend this hotel.

Upon on arrival we had to wait 2 hours for our room because they were doing Halloween decorations!!! We had been travelling from 2am! It was now 2pm! Entering the room, there was no kettle or blankets/quilts. The door to the terrace didn’t close fully. The bathroom absolutely stunk the whole trip of sewage. The toilet was coming off the wall. The staff were rude and dismissive, except one staff member I believe to be named Sonya, she was absolutely lovely polite helpful and kind.

This was a family & friends trip 15 of us. we had a great time and no a lot to complain about other than it’s now 14th October and I still have not received my €200 deposit back, we checked out on the 27th Aug, everyone who paid cash got it back that day yet myself and another person who paid with bank card are still waiting. Yous told me to contact my bank and my bank are saying it’s nothing to do with them if you had refunded the money it would be back in my account. Could someone please contact me regarding this as no one will answer the phone number I have.

Worst place I've ever stayed and been to alot of hotels and apartments. No clean towels throughout our stay room not cleaned at all , in fact we were left cleaning stuff to do it ourselves. The table on the balcony was filthy had to wash it before we used it. Given 2 keys if we lost one we were told we had to pay 25 euros if we lost one . And then to get in the lift and the notice read if the lift broke we would have to pay and they would take it out of the deposit for room . 200euro . I've never been to a place like it ever and would never return .

Worst holiday in my life you just get ripped off by the staff for not cleaning the room properly and only 1 towel for the full weeks stay ,if you want clean towel you need to pay £7 if you lock yourself out of the room by accident you have to pay £25 for them to let you back in your room if by any chance you lost your key you have to pay £50. Just a joke that hotel would never stay again, no cleaner for your room you have to clean your room your self if not cleaned you will be charged for the cleaning what a joke this hotel is, don't book it I repeat don't book it, you will be sorry
