"The place was really nice. It was a little too far from the center, though, so access is quite difficult (had to ask a bunch of people for jeep access). I had a mini fridge, a bathtub, a tv, table, bed, etc. I didn't need to use the aircon because the place was already really cold, the fan was enough. Oh, and bring slippers!
It was a good trip. I had fun trekking down the road in the fog early in the morning. It's also near Arca's Yard.
The people were nice too!"

"Abseits vom Burnham Park und in der Nähe des Botanischen Gartens. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, daher ist es gut, sich auszuruhen, und wenn Sie die Stadt verlassen, ruft der Wächter ein Taxi, sodass Sie leicht dorthin gelangen und sich schnell fortbewegen können. Schön, dass es in Baguio keine Taxibar gibt. Es ist gut für eine 4-köpfige Familie zu bleiben. Das Essen beim Frühstück war köstlich. Die Speisekarte änderte sich jeden Tag, also habe ich gut gegessen. Wenn ich wieder nach Baguio gehe, werde ich es wieder besuchen."

"We absolutely love our stay at Azalea. The hotel was surprisingly comparabke to the best hotels at Camp John Hay where we usually stay. The entire hotel is big, room is spacious and clean. The location is just walking distance to supermaket, restaurants and city hub center along Leonard Wood. Its vrery accesible to so many establishments. The staff were so courteous ans attentive of all our concerns. Food from the restaurant Kuya J is absolutely delicious. The hotel facilities is well maintained. We enjoyed our stay and we will definitely book again and recommend this hotel to our family and friends."

AAnonymer BenutzerWir blieben Nov im 3. Stock zurückblick und es war so heiß, besonders am Morgen war die Sonne vor dem Fenster. Sie können nicht stehen, im Zimmer zu bleiben und das heiße Wetter in dem Zimmer tragen. Und am Abend, da Sie das Fenster öffnen müssen, um kalten Wind im Zimmer zu lassen, aber die Nebenseite können Sie die laute Stimme anderer Gäste chatten bis spät Stunden. Auch wenn sie Erinnerungen im Zimmer über die stille Zeit ist von 10 Uhr. Ich habe den Empfangsmann gebeten, sich zu beschweren, aber sie haben noch nichts davon.
Ich denke, das Hotelmanagement sollte die Installation von Klimaanlagen in Betracht ziehen, da wir alle über den Klimawandel wissen. Es ist nicht so kalt in Baguio, da es bereits im November.

CChrish_OGThe family room #2 that we got is super spacious!! Its bigger than my actual house. The location is quite good, a lot of taxis drive by the area. You just have to walk uphill to the hotel (if you are walking from Burnham Park) and downhill to get to the main road. The breakfast meal was ok. They will ask your preferred breakfast a day before, and in the morning, they will knock on your door to ask what time you would like to eat. The comfort room is also big, and the hot shower is thankfully working very well. There is also a walk in closet spacious enough for your luggage. The staffs were very nice and accommodating. But… Of course there were downsides during our stay. First, when we entered the room, the room hits your nose with a very slight hint of cat pee. For cat owners, you know the smell when your cat pees on your carpet or curtain? And it was not cleaned right away? I guess a stray cat got inside the room and marked it, or delivered a litter of kittens. Since its a very subtle smell of cat pee, the smell kinda disappears… or my brain just forgets the smell. 🤣 another thing is that there is a separate room for the 2 single beds. We ended up sleeping altogether on the double bed because none of us wants to sleep in the other room. The double bed was a little to firm for our liking. The check out time is too early, which is 11:30am-no extensions. We ended up checking out at 8am (since we have a tour) and left our luggage in front of the front desk lobby. No room service available as well, since they have a restaurant/dining hall where every guest should eat.
Am I going to stay here again? Probably yes, but I would probably ask to stay in another room, if I get assigned to room #2 again. 🤣

GGastnutzerThe overall service was truly excellent. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. Every request I made was handled promptly and with care, which I deeply appreciated. One highlight was how they surprised my mom for her birthday — a thoughtful gesture that made the experience even more special for our family.
The only downside was the therapist they arranged for my mom. Unfortunately, she seemed distracted during the massage, frequently using her phone, which affected the quality of the service. Despite this minor issue, everything else exceeded our expectations, and we had a wonderful time overall.

112MariaDies ist unser zweiter Aufenthalt im Logkabine, mit dem ersten eine wunderbare Erfahrung in Q4 von 2017. Dieses Mal haben wir die Pine Suite gebucht, die uns mit seinen Einrichtungen und einer Terrasse mit Blick auf den Botanischen Garten beeindruckt.
Während die Logkabine selbst ein bisschen älter erschien, schätze ich die exklusiven Parkplätze im Vorderlobby.
Das kostenlose Frühstücksbuffet war ein wenig von einem Abfall, so dass wir nach dem ersten Versuch auswählen.
Insgesamt haben wir unseren Aufenthalt genossen und würden wahrscheinlich zurückkehren, aber vielleicht das Frühstücksbuffet noch einmal verschieben, wenn es keine Verbesserungen gibt.

GGastnutzerMyself and wife, looking for some relief from the heat and humidity had an overnight stay in Baguio. Both seniors by Philippine standards, though still working in UK.
We booked a suite and requested view over countryside or city, king sized double required.
For less than £60 including breakfasts it was a done deal.
We were allocated room 501, up 1 level ( bear in mind there are rooms above and below the reception level), normal for Baguio given the topology of the area.
Room views are spectacular, no noise from adjoining lift at all, 2 quarter windows opened and had gnat
Mesh covers ( we left these ajar to hear the local sounds that were hardly audible). Efficient Air con in room (though no remote control), good sized, wall mounted TV ( a UK news channel would have been appreciated), room mini bar doesn't exist ( not the stated required P2000 deposit at book on as booking was prepaid online)
2x std sized bottles of water, kettle, hairdryer, small fridge, 2x tea coffee sugar and creamer, 2x cups and saucers, a Bible ( missed from other 2 hotels stayed at this vacation)
Breakfast was a good selection buffet that sated our appetites until the evening.

1. Great buffet bfast with a variety of food selections. I like their dried fish, omelette, langgonisa, coffee, breads, fruits. But noticed they did not serve bananas. Staff looks attentive to the needs of guests.
2. Have greats restos and shops nearby. Also near the CJH Conference area.
3. Has ample parking and nice garden plus heated pool.
However this hotel also needs improvement on the following areas:
1. Front desk looks like they are not coordinated. Made separate booking for three nights via Agoda and Trip.com and informed the hotel about this arrangement. However, after our first night, front desk asked us if we are extending our stay. Worst, they deactivated our key cards so we have to go down again to have them activated again which caused some inconvenience.
2. Toilet has a foul odor so called housekeeping who took some time to attend to us. They told us what to do to avoid the foul smell but some unpleasant smell still remained so reported this to the team leader who sent their engineering to check. The hotel staff told us they will return but never did. So problem was not solved.
3. Requested for late checkout since our trip back to Manila was still at 2pm. However, front desk cannot commit and said will require approval. We followed up and got no positive feedback. Called team leader and made complaints about issues 1-3 and had our request accepted.
4. Very difficult to book a taxi or grab and the guards said because of too many guests or tourists. But it’s a pity that such an expensive hotel also has no shuttles service.
We booked this hotel because it’s near the conference area but disappointed because we felt we didn’t get the value and services we were expecting. Anyway, thanks to the great staff.

1. Wifi connection needs improvement. Average speed is 10mbps. Network is not very stable. Network gets disconnected every now and then.
2. Shower needs to be on 10mins prior the water gets warm (only gets to lukewarm). Would have been a plus if water gets heated without wasting water and if water gets warmer than lukewarm.
Overall, pleasant stay. Really good value for money. Bed is really comfortable and staff is pleasing.
Location is really where it is best, 5min walk to Burnham Park which is the center of everything. :)

KKSD31We recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a good experience. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, with friendly and helpful staff who made our stay pleasant.
The room was also clean and comfortable, especially the bathroom it was spotless, with no signs of prior use or any foul smells. However, the lack of an exhaust fan meant that any odors stayed trapped inside. Additionally, the room had no windows that could be opened for fresh air circulation. While there was an air conditioner, it still felt like the air wasn’t circulating well.
Breakfast was just okay nothing special. The selection was quite limited, so you’re left with only what’s available. Compared to Elizabeth Hotel, which is more affordable and offers a more appetizing breakfast buffet with a wider variety, this was a bit of a letdown.
As for amenities, the hotel offers a jacuzzi and a heated pool, which is great in theory. However, their location in the middle of a restaurant makes it awkward to use since you’ll likely have an audience while swimming.
We also tried the Japanese restaurant on the mezzanine level. The food was good and affordable, but the sashimi was cut too thick about an inch which made it difficult to eat.
Despite these minor inconveniences, I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional cleanliness. If cleanliness is a top priority for you, this hotel is a great choice!

1. The ceiling fan in the room is functional,
However, the wind is totally not strong enough, so turning it on means not turning it on.
2. No YouTube/Netflix function on TV. Staying other hotels in Baguio which the said functions are available as well. But here no.
3. The hangers in wardrobe are so inconvenient, It can only be hung in the closet and cannot be taken away. Sometime want to hang clothes at the balcony but have no way.
4. Suggest to have USB socket ports at the bed side would be more convenient
5. Seems no individual button could control the light of baloncy. Seems the light is connected to some of the lights in room.
6. Front desk are friendly but can be more professional. Approached to the reception but no one acknowledged. We have to tell them ”check in” proactively
7. Prior arrival, sent the message to hotel for the room inquire, the first they replied, but afterwards, no replied from hotel anymore.
8. Breakfast not much selection. And many staffs at the counter
9. Shower water pressure not strong enough and hot water not hot enough. And no water refill after make up room service.
Even so, base on the hotel location and the mountain view, will consider staying again in the future. Hope the management will review the comments and hopefully will see some improvements by then.

However:
❎ The room hallway is eerie as it was located under. More like a bunker.
❎ Phone service not working, staff said it was unplugged as is
❎ The one and only small cabinet is damaged
❎ The bedsheets were itchy
❎ Electricfan is not clean
❎ Limited options on breakfast buffet, as in, limited 😩 not the typical breakfast buffet
