Location: Infront of a street. Can easily get a taxi. Walking distance down the street to reach a supermarket, laundry and food shops. Part city view and part mountain view in front of my business suite room, best view at night with all the bustling city lights next to the silent mountains. Near Botanical Gardens park where I go for a daily walk. Cleanliness: My room was cleaned and tidied up well on my request on alternate days. The toilet at the ground floor next to the restaurant needs constant cleaning and drying up. My frequent visitors find the floor mini - flooded few times. Service: Best service so far was from the amazing lovely room cleaners who were always smiling and quite courteous as they work tirelessly. The hotel's Elements Restaurant staff were also hardworking and respectful. The proficient chefs and sous chefs cooked relentlessly without pressure to deliver yummy food on the table! I ate way too much delicious Filipino food! The front desk staff needs to be a bit more approachable by smiling a little more as they are the first main contact of clients. Also I reckon management staff responsible in receiving communication via emails from clients need to be more pro-active by replying or acknowledging receipt of emails. Facilities: I enjoyed using the treadmill at the hotel gym. They have the equipment that you can find in a basic gym which is wonderful albeit one of the 2 treadmills was out of order. The hotel restaurant is mostly busy and cramped. They have delicious buffets for breakfast, lunch, merienda/snack and dinner and are not too expensive. Hence a huge crowd from outside the hotel also flock this restaurant. There is a small pool next to the restaurant but way too closed to the dining tables where patrons are eating. My other suggestion for hotel management is to ensure that the electric power points are safe. All the power points in my room were eliciting a mini-spark every time I plug in to charge my laptop, mobile phones and electric gadgets including the room's bedside lamps, lounge lamp, kitchen kettle. Beware to foreign hotel guests not to flush used toilet tissues as it can block the toilet bowl which happened on the second day of my one-month stay. Yes, chuck it into the bin next to it instead. The room lounge's sofas are already worn-out and scratchy; covering it with throw blankets would be much comfortable and cleaner-looking. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will potentially return in a year's time.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳 Our stay at Selendra Suites was absolutely wonderful! Location: If you're looking for a quiet, laid-back vacation in Baguio away from the busy city center, I highly recommend this place. The area is peaceful, relaxing, and surrounded by nature, yet still very accessible. We had no trouble booking Grab rides at any time of the day or night, with an average wait time of less than 4 minutes. Cleanliness: The unit was spotless when we arrived. Everything was squeaky clean, fresh, and well-maintained, which immediately made us feel comfortable and at home. Accuracy: The property was exactly as advertised, if not better. The photos don't fully capture how beautiful the place is in person. The balcony ambiance and view were spectacular and became one of our favorite parts of the stay. Communication: Maryam was an exceptional host. She was very responsive, welcoming, and made the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. She provided clear instructions and was always available whenever we had questions. Overall Experience: We highly recommend this place! What made our stay even more special was that it was my partner's birthday, and Maryam graciously agreed to help arrange a simple birthday surprise setup for him. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our celebration even more memorable. We truly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, and warm hospitality. We'll definitely be coming back on our next trip to Baguio. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The hotel is located in Camp John Hay, a private, peaceful, and well-guarded community. Although the room is somewhat old, it is very clean and offers a great view from the balcony. Overall, it’s a good choice for those visiting Baguio.

We had a wonderful stay at Sotogrande Hotel Baguio as a family. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable—perfect for traveling with a child. The staff were warm, polite, and very accommodating, which made our stay even more pleasant. We loved the quiet, relaxing atmosphere and the cool Baguio weather. Overall, it was a comfortable and stress-free stay, and we’d gladly recommend it to families visiting Baguio.

Ich habe in Azalea Residences Baguio geblieben und leider war meine Erfahrung enttäuschend, trotz der guten und bequemen Lage des Hotels in Baguio. Die erste Frage geschah während der Eincheckung. Ich wurde zunächst ein Zimmer zugewiesen, das noch nicht bereit war. Ich ging nur auf, um zu sehen, dass das Zimmer noch bereit ist. Ich ging zurück zum Vordertisch, und hoffte, sie würden mir sofort ein anderes Zimmer geben. Stattdessen wurde mir gesagt, dass das Zimmer bereit war, aber nur von einem Aufsichtsbeamten geprüft werden musste. Da es Zeit dauerte, beschloss ich, einfach rauszugehen und zu Mittag zu essen. Als ich zurückkam, gab es mir endlich ein anderes Zimmer, das ehrlich gesagt von Anfang an getan hätte. Als ich endlich ins Zimmer kam, war die Sauberkeit fragwürdig. Es gab eine Wasserflasche im Kühlschrank, die wahrscheinlich dem vorherigen Gast gehörte, und es waren Schuhmarken auf den Fliesen sichtbar, so dass es fühlt, als ob das Zimmer nicht richtig gereinigt worden war. Das größte Problem für mich war das Wi-Fi. Zuverlässiges Internet ist heute schon eine Notwendigkeit. Obwohl die Hauptverbindung stark sein könnte, scheint der Signalverlänger oder Booster im Zimmer sehr schwach, was häufige Abschaltungen verursacht. Das Mobilfunksignal im Zimmer ist auch schlecht, so dass die Gäste stark auf Wi-Fi vertrauen. Die Verbesserung der Wi-Fi-Abdeckung würde den Aufenthalt erheblich verbessern. In Bezug auf den Preis ist das Hotel um die durchschnittliche Reichweite für Unterkünfte in Baguionicht besonders günstig, aber auch nicht luxuriös. Angesichts der Probleme, die ich erlebt habe, gibt es viele Airbnb Optionen und andere Hotels in Baguio, die einen besseren Preis bieten können. Die Lage ist sicherlich ein Plus, aber der Aufenthalt im Allgemeinen nicht den Erwartungen entsprach.

Das Familienzimmer Nr. 2, das wir bekamen, ist super geräumig!! Es ist größer als mein eigentliches Haus. Die Lage ist recht gut, viele Taxis fahren durch die Gegend. Sie müssen nur bergauf zum Hotel laufen (wenn Sie von Burnham Park kommen) und bergab, um zur Hauptstraße zu gelangen. Das Frühstück war ok. Sie fragen einen Tag vorher nach Ihrem bevorzugten Frühstück und klopfen morgens an Ihre Tür, um zu fragen, wann Sie essen möchten. Das Komfortzimmer ist auch groß und die heiße Dusche funktioniert glücklicherweise sehr gut. Es gibt auch einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank, der groß genug für Ihr Gepäck ist. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Aber… Natürlich gab es während unseres Aufenthalts auch Nachteile. Als wir das Zimmer betraten, schlug uns zuerst ein ganz leichter Hauch von Katzenurin in die Nase. An alle Katzenbesitzer: Kennen Sie den Geruch, wenn Ihre Katze auf Ihren Teppich oder Vorhang pinkelt? Und es wurde nicht sofort sauber gemacht? Ich schätze, eine streunende Katze ist ins Zimmer gekommen und hat es markiert oder einen Wurf Kätzchen zur Welt gebracht. Da es ein sehr subtiler Geruch nach Katzenpisse ist, verschwindet der Geruch irgendwie … oder mein Gehirn vergisst den Geruch einfach. 🤣 Außerdem gibt es ein separates Zimmer für die beiden Einzelbetten. Wir haben letztendlich alle zusammen im Doppelbett geschlafen, weil keiner von uns im anderen Zimmer schlafen wollte. Das Doppelbett war für unseren Geschmack etwas zu hart. Die Check-out-Zeit ist zu früh, nämlich 11:30 Uhr – keine Verlängerung. Wir haben letztendlich um 8 Uhr ausgecheckt (da wir eine Tour haben) und unser Gepäck vor der Lobby der Rezeption abgestellt. Es gibt auch keinen Zimmerservice, da sie ein Restaurant/einen Speisesaal haben, in dem jeder Gast essen sollte. Werde ich wieder hier übernachten? Wahrscheinlich ja, aber ich würde wahrscheinlich darum bitten, in einem anderen Zimmer zu übernachten, wenn ich wieder Zimmer Nr. 2 zugewiesen bekomme. 🤣

Das Hotelzimmer ist geräumig. Das Badezimmer ist sauber. Das Bett und die Bettwäsche aee sauber und kräftig ... wir haben nur mit Deckenfans in der Deluxe Queen gebucht, aber es fühlt sich wie Ihr Innenraum in einem klimatisierten Zimmer.. Personal ist freundlich und kücklich. Sie servieren Frühstücksbuffet, wenn die Gäste nur 30p ax und oberhalb sind.. obwohl nur wenige Auswahl an Lebensmitteln im Buffet, wir waren immer noch gefühlt gestausfied ... sicher, wir werden wieder buchen..

The place is cozy and homey. I wished however they check the showers if they are working properly. The staffs are very friendly and accommodating. Other than the concern with the shower it is a very lovely place to stay while in Baguio.

The hotel and staff were fine . The amenities over the road were excellent. Great restaurants and patisserie. Location was a nightmare to get to and from Baguio centre . But that was mainly due to it being the busiest most unfriendly city in the Philipunes. Not to be recommended to westerners
