An excellent hotel with all the necessary facilities in the heart of Belgrade. The rooms are spacious and tidy, the beds are very comfortable, no complaints! The staff and employees are very friendly and professional, a restaurant with a variety of high-quality food. Everything is within walking distance of the city center.

Das Zimmer ist wirklich in Ordnung und die sanitären Einrichtungen sind in Ordnung. Das Wichtigste ist, dass es zwei Betten bietet, von denen eines ein Schlafsofa ist, sodass jede Person einen kleinen privaten Raum hat Aufzug, kein Aufzug, kein Aufzug. Großes Zimmer, Zitatplatz und Spazierweiterung zum Zentrum. Hotelpersonal ist ausgezeichnet, ich bin spät 2 AM angekommen und er antwortete meine Anrufe und gab mir alles, was ich brauchte, um in mein Zimmer zu kommen.👍

My wife and I were excited to be among the earliest visitors to this stunningly renovated hotel. Hotel staff was extremely pleasant and welcoming. Unfortunately, our enthusiasm waned as we discovered that the hotel still has some way to go before we could confidently recommend it to others. Issues started cropping up shortly after check-in. Our key card for the room didn’t work, and took several trips back and forth before it was properly activated. In our room, the air conditioning was non-functional, with the temperature remaining at 26°C / 79°F. Despite bringing this to the attention of multiple staff members, the problem remained unresolved. After an uncomfortable first night of attempting to sleep in a warm room, the hotel offered to change our room. We undertook the task of relocating from the 5th floor to the 2nd floor, only to realize that the AC in the new room wasn't working either, with no solution from the staff. It left us wondering why the room wasn't checked for proper functioning before having us move. In the second room, we noticed peculiar marks on the sheets. Pulling them back, we encountered bugs crawling on the mattress, leaving us feeling repulsed. We checked out, providing the front desk with photos and details of the situation. They offered no support or refund, only an apology and said they’ll call an exterminator. Pros: * Very friendly staff, especially in the restaurant * Excellent inclusive breakfast * Upscale design elements Cons: * Presence of bugs/insects on the mattress (I won't speculate on the type) * Non functioning AC * Showers leak, leading to bathroom flooding * Automatic closet light turns off when opened and remains on when closed, causing light leakage into the room at night * Absence of top sheets on the bed

Das Hotel liegt in einem großen Ort, einfach zu Fuß vom Zentrum entfernt mit allen Restaurants und Bars. Wir kamen zum West Ham Spiel in Backa Topola - wir haben ein Auto am Flughafen geleistet. Es gibt keine Parkplätze im Hotel, da es in einem Fußgängergebiet ist. Wir wurden angeraten, in einem Autopark um die Ecke zu parken, die ganz einen Spaziergang sein könnte, wenn Sie Gepäck hatten. Das Hotel ist in einem Gebäude mit vielen Etagen und ist auf der fünften Etage. Es gibt einen Aufzug, aber es ist sehr klein. Sonst ist es ein langes Aufstieg. Eines Mal war die Kontrolle dort sehr glatt - wir waren zu früh, aber sie schauten nach unserem Gepäck. Das Zimmer war ausreichend, schön und warm und sauber. Die Dusche war ausgezeichnet. Ein guter Ort, um in Belgrad zu bleiben.

Wir hatten diesmal aufgrund der Lage das courtyard genommen. Wir haben es keinen Moment bereut. Wir waren zu 7 und haben 4 Zimmer gebucht. Alle fanden das Hotel und den Service perfekt. Herausragend war der Service vom front desk supervisor aleksandar. Ob ihr einen Ausflug, Tickets oder ein Fahrzeug benötigt. Er kümmert sich in kurzer Zeit um alles. Frühstück ist sehr zu empfehlen. Preis ca.13-14€ Die lage ist wirklich perfekt. Es ist alles schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Schöne Grüße an Stana und aleksandar für den Top Service. Wir kommen wieder.

I stayed one night at the Location Hotel so didn't spend very long there. The hotel was fine and the room was clean and comfortable. Despite the room facing on to a road and being on the ground floor, it wasn't noisy at all. Finding parking was very difficult but that's not surprising given the the town centre location. The hotel did have a reserved space outside which cost €12 per night. The location was excellent, being close to shops and a 10min walk to the main square.

Ich ging mit meinem Sohn nach Belgrad, um dort seinen 18.Geburtstag zu feiern. Wir waren ein par Tage im Hotel Townhouse 27. Das Zimmer war 40m2 gross und wir hatten unseren kleinen Hund dabei. Sehr grosszügiges Zimmer mit 2Badzimmer und zwei Schlafzimmer. Ein sehr hundefreundliches Hotel. Das ganze Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Sie haben am Geburtstag meines Sohnes, das Hotelzimmer mit Ballone ausgestattet (nach meinem Wunsch) . Den Geburtstagkuchen hat das Hotel geschenkt. Sie haben uns Ausflugstipps gegeben und immer geholfen. Das Frühstück war genial und eine grosszügige Auswahl. Ich kann dieses Hotel jedem weiterempfehlen. Der Standort war super. in 3Minuten (zu Fuss) kommt man zum Knez Mihajlov Strasse. Ich kenne Serbien sehr gut und muss sagen, dass dieses Hotel alles übertrifft. Ich danke noch mal dem ganzen Personal und komme gerne wieder. G.S.

Das Zimmer ist groß, das Wohnzimmer geräumig, sauber und hygienisch, in der Nähe des Flughafens, es gibt einen Bringservice und das Frühstück ist für den frühen Flug vorbereitet. Es gibt auch einen Schach- und Kartentisch, was für eine Überraschung!
