Das Hotel liegt in einem großen Ort, einfach zu Fuß vom Zentrum entfernt mit allen Restaurants und Bars. Wir kamen zum West Ham Spiel in Backa Topola - wir haben ein Auto am Flughafen geleistet. Es gibt keine Parkplätze im Hotel, da es in einem Fußgängergebiet ist. Wir wurden angeraten, in einem Autopark um die Ecke zu parken, die ganz einen Spaziergang sein könnte, wenn Sie Gepäck hatten. Das Hotel ist in einem Gebäude mit vielen Etagen und ist auf der fünften Etage. Es gibt einen Aufzug, aber es ist sehr klein. Sonst ist es ein langes Aufstieg. Eines Mal war die Kontrolle dort sehr glatt - wir waren zu früh, aber sie schauten nach unserem Gepäck. Das Zimmer war ausreichend, schön und warm und sauber. Die Dusche war ausgezeichnet. Ein guter Ort, um in Belgrad zu bleiben.

I stayed one night at the Location Hotel so didn't spend very long there. The hotel was fine and the room was clean and comfortable. Despite the room facing on to a road and being on the ground floor, it wasn't noisy at all. Finding parking was very difficult but that's not surprising given the the town centre location. The hotel did have a reserved space outside which cost €12 per night. The location was excellent, being close to shops and a 10min walk to the main square.

My wife and I were excited to be among the earliest visitors to this stunningly renovated hotel. Hotel staff was extremely pleasant and welcoming. Unfortunately, our enthusiasm waned as we discovered that the hotel still has some way to go before we could confidently recommend it to others. Issues started cropping up shortly after check-in. Our key card for the room didn’t work, and took several trips back and forth before it was properly activated. In our room, the air conditioning was non-functional, with the temperature remaining at 26°C / 79°F. Despite bringing this to the attention of multiple staff members, the problem remained unresolved. After an uncomfortable first night of attempting to sleep in a warm room, the hotel offered to change our room. We undertook the task of relocating from the 5th floor to the 2nd floor, only to realize that the AC in the new room wasn't working either, with no solution from the staff. It left us wondering why the room wasn't checked for proper functioning before having us move. In the second room, we noticed peculiar marks on the sheets. Pulling them back, we encountered bugs crawling on the mattress, leaving us feeling repulsed. We checked out, providing the front desk with photos and details of the situation. They offered no support or refund, only an apology and said they’ll call an exterminator. Pros: * Very friendly staff, especially in the restaurant * Excellent inclusive breakfast * Upscale design elements Cons: * Presence of bugs/insects on the mattress (I won't speculate on the type) * Non functioning AC * Showers leak, leading to bathroom flooding * Automatic closet light turns off when opened and remains on when closed, causing light leakage into the room at night * Absence of top sheets on the bed

Großes Zimmer, Zitatplatz und Spazierweiterung zum Zentrum. Hotelpersonal ist ausgezeichnet, ich bin spät 2 AM angekommen und er antwortete meine Anrufe und gab mir alles, was ich brauchte, um in mein Zimmer zu kommen.👍

Плюсов только два.Местположение(центр Белграда). Исторические факты-кроме исторической ,,физитки,, отеля, останавливались и останавливаются мировые известности.И на этом всё.Да вас встречают,да вам помогают,как и положено вещи до номера.А вот номер...это наверное самое интересное...Пол шага вперёд ванная комната,пол шага комната, окно выходит внутр отеля.Откроете резко или по шире дверь в номер,можете попасть в зеркало,шкафа,который за дверью и мини-бар с холодильником тоже в шкафу.В общем номер,для малюток.Да и если вы привыкли или думаете у вас будет вода,её в принципе НЕТ!!! ВСЁ ПЛАТНО!!!А да если вы хотите что-то погладить вещи,вам предложат чуть больше 600 динар,а за скорость чуть больше 900.Зубной щетки нет.Завтраки в принципе пойдут, музыкальное сопровождение,молодцы.Не пускают в пляжной обуви.Да если вы хотите,то попробуйте пирожное Москва,оно только здесь настоящее и да возможно даже ,,попадется,,вам на завтраке, готовят конечно его везде,но здесь именно ОНО))Сами завтраки,нормальные.Стандартные,вы не увидите каких-либо илишек.В общем на твёрдую тройку.Если вы хотите ради интереса,пожить в историческом месте то да, возможно стоит взять номер по больше.Пару дней пожить и найти отель по лучше с обычными условиями проживания.

Die Lage ist perfekt, man kann fast überall hinlaufen und die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist ganz in der Nähe. Am ersten Abend war die Musik aus einem nahegelegenen Restaurant zu laut, sodass man nicht schlafen konnte. Und aus dem Badezimmer kam ein unangenehmer Geruch, ich musste mein Fenster die meiste Zeit offen lassen. Abgesehen davon waren alle so nett und hilfsbereit.

An excellent hotel with all the necessary facilities in the heart of Belgrade. The rooms are spacious and tidy, the beds are very comfortable, no complaints! The staff and employees are very friendly and professional, a restaurant with a variety of high-quality food. Everything is within walking distance of the city center.

Ich war beruflich in Belgrad. Um es vorwegzunehmen es sind sehr gute 4 Punkte aber für die die 5 fehlt noch die extra Meile. Diese extra Meile liegt vor allem am Ambiente, den das ist nicht zu 100% stimmig in den Bereichen der Lobby und des Restaurants. Es ist zwar ein Jammern auf sehr hohem Level aber in der Kategorie ist das der Ausschlag auf die 5 Punkte. Das Zimmer war sauber, gemütlich stimmig und es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Das heißt für die Zimmer gibt es 5 Punkte. Der Service war Top. Alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und bemüht dem Gast gerecht zu werden. Das gute Bild hat sich auch abends an der Bar fortgesetzt. Das Frühstück war absolut Top hier gibt es absolut nichts auszusetzen. Deswegen bleibe ich dabei, absolut nah an den 5 Sternen aber noch nicht ganz erreicht. Das einzige vielleicht noch… den Preis für den Parkplatz finde ich doch Verhältnis sehr hoch.

Die Hoteleinrichtungen sind alt, die Zimmer sind grau, die Toilette ist gründlich, die Whirlpools sind glatt und die Whirlpools sind glatt; zwei Whirlpools sind groß und klein, ein Whirlpool und ein Zimmer; zwei Zimmer haben einen Leitungsventil, eins nicht. Das Frühstück ist immer noch reichhaltig. Die Lage des Hotels ist nicht schlecht.

Zehn Tage nach der Rückkehr nach Hause, haben wir uns die Fernbedienung und Batterie vergessen, rufen Sie an, die Dinge sind immer noch gehalten, während der Boss die Schnelligkeit gegeben hat. Der Service ist sehr vorsichtig und sehr dankbar
