Great location .Rooms not very clean ,smells .No bathroom slippers ,the shower gel and shampoo bottles are not cleaned .I suggest you wash them everytime because there were obvious traces of soap on the bottle from the last person to use them .The cleaners are not doing a good job.The rooms are so small it must be easy to clean .Please do better .

Location very close Indonesian Embassy, and to other embassy in fact. Easy access and accommodation from everywhere. Very friendly staff. We booked tatami room, but when they saw us with the luggage, they help us to upgrade the room for easy access. Will return to this hotel again when visiting Beijing in the future.

The hotel is clean and the environment is very good The front desk staff is very nice and very helpful. Coffee and tea in the lobby were of good quality. Highly recommend.

Good location, traffic is an issue getting in at peak times. Neighbors often noisy late at night, but rooms clean. Smelled a whiff of cigarette smoke at door.

Not to happy that my room on the fifth floor couldn't be accessed from inside the hotel. Instead I head to go past the liquor store next door and up the stairs. Otherwise it's a good location, though a bit hard to get to cuz of traffic.

The breakfast is arranged with free voucher (40rmb). The housekeeping is good. The door cannot be locked easily. The receptionist needs more training in handling guest request to improve customer satisfaction. At check-in, the receptionist asks the guest to add WeChat to give positive review. In general, it is a convenient hotel with acceptable conditions but needs to emphasise staff empathy and professional attitude training.
