Aircon was broken in whole hotel. Wasn't fixed during my 2 week stay. There's a KTV in the same building which makes the room a bit noisy. Washing machines / dryers work well for clothes and the room is very new (when I stayed in March 2025). Staff were friendly.

Der Wasserdruck im Zimmer war am ersten Tag nicht ausreichend und es gab kein Warmwasser Am nächsten Tag, nach dem Zimmerwechsel, funktionierte der Kühlschrank nicht. Am Schalter stand, dass alle Kühlschränke gekühlt sind. Am ersten Tag halfen sie uns beim Gepäcktransport. Am letzten Tag, als wir bereits ausgecheckt hatten, halfen sie uns nicht mehr beim Gepäcktransport. Wir mussten unser Gepäck selbst transportieren. Es gab einen nicht netten Rezeptionisten, meine Mutter und ich mochten ihn nicht besonders.
