Wir wurden ein Zimmer mit Zigarettengeräusche gegeben und wurden sofort geändert. Dusche und Toilette sind getrennt und geräumig. Saubere und komfortable Betten, freundliches Personal und effiziente Service. MTR und Busshalte sind in der Nähe und es war auch einfach, einen Taxi zu bekommen. Wird nächstes Mal wieder bleiben.

Dieses Unterkunftserlebnis hat mir wirklich das Gefühl gegeben, zu Hause zu sein. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr herzlich und freundlich. Sie haben nicht nur Kinderzahnbürsten mitgebracht, sondern den Kindern auch kleine Snacks gegeben, was großartig war! Ich fühle mich sehr wohl. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist sehr vollständig, das Zimmer ist sauber und die Betten sind neu und sauber, was meinen Aufenthalt sehr angenehm macht. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, ganz in der Nähe der Peking-Universität. Ich werde dieses Hotel bei meiner nächsten Reise wirklich empfehlen.

Ich hatte auch alle Arten von Sorgen, um die Kinder nach Beijing zu bringen, ich dachte nicht, das Hotel hat uns eine große Überraschung gegeben, der Verkehr ist super bequem, alle Arten von Snacks unten, der Supermarkt ist neben. Excellent location, guest-facing staff that was lovely and as helpful and cheerful and professional as could be. The room itself had very stained carpets and broken and rusted portions in the bathroom. But was otherwise comfortable and had a nice view and a perfect temperature. The cleaning staff frequently would not replace things - we were there for 12 days. So no replacement bathrobes or teacups and sometimes not enough water in the room. They took our room key once but I think it was an innocent mistake. It feels like a lot of untrained folks working this department with not a lot of quality control discipline. The food was awful and oily. Definitely some reusing of old food going on. It was a chaotic mess, with food everywhere and somewhat rude, young staff and grumpy elder chefs. Sometimes it was tough to find a seat to enjoy your meal. The last straw came when I poured my tea into a clean cup and there was a residue of oil on the top. Solid nope. I tried to get my prepaid meal back for my teen daughter since she refused to eat downstairs after a few days. They refused but sent tea, cakes and fruit to our room every day which we found to be a nice and relaxing compromise from the frustrations downstairs. I can’t compliment the front desk staff enough!! They were always lovely and friendly despite the language barrier. We really appreciated it. I’d stay here again especially since it’s so close to the subway, to the summer palace and Peking uni, but would advise other travelers not expect it to be 5 stars.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, direkt neben Tsinghua, der Verkehr ist sehr bequem, erst am Morgen kam es zum Grand Hotel, der Service des Rezeptions- und Rezeptionsmanagers ist besonders gut und sehr enthusiastisch, auch hilfreich, das Gepäck zu ziehen, das Aufenthaltsmanagement ist besonders schnell, und das Zimmer wurde kostenlos aktualisiert, so lobenswert 😄, das Zimmer ist auch besonders sauber und komfortabel, Es ist sehr angenehm, morgens aufzustehen und das Sonnenlicht ins Zimmer zu beleuchten 😌. Nächstes Mal kommt es wieder.

跟着導航走到酒店後，乘坐電梯到3樓，是酒店的前台。酒店裡的所有工作人員見到客人都會打招呼問好。前台很熱情的給我們升級大床觀景房，辦理入住期間，前台給做了兩杯熱咖啡。認真給選房間。電梯刷卡到5樓客房，因為個人原因，又換了房間，樓層保潔大姐和客房大姐，很熱情的帶我們看房換房間。還幫我拿東西。有好多房間。進入房間後，忘了拍照，直接就休息了，酒店宣傳介紹的就是真實的房間情況，所以我用了現成的圖片。房間衞生乾淨，最主要的是我的房間很安靜！房間內有智能的小度，開燈開空調開電視打電話，都可以躺在床上喊小度😄因為新開業，暫時沒有早餐。不過樓下出門左轉就有護國寺小吃。附近好多小吃。酒店細節做的很到位！毛巾定製打簽有酒店訊息，還有2024年3月的日期。房間床頭操控面板也美觀。總之，這次入住非常滿意！下次再來北京中關村還會選擇喆啡酒店中關村地鐵站店。

I have been a regular at Ariva for last 10 years. It’s a 4 star property which you could easily mistake for 5 star, but that was before the pandemic. After the pandemic, their service quality had dropped significantly. We returned to China and had 5 pieces of big suitcase plus additional hand luggage. Guess what, we were told there is no person who can help us to carry the luggage to our rooms. After repeated reminder, one boy named Tommy who looked like a trainee helped to carry the luggage to the room. Same thing happened at checkout. The reception person was straight and honest “we don’t have a person available who can help you with the luggage”. I had to take 4 rounds to carry the luggage down by myself. And we are talking of a property which is rated as 4 star!! I felt sad, perhaps the hotel had a hard time during the pandemic and was still recovering from bad financial situation that they don’t have full service staff yet. The reception staff, all were trainees from colleges. In terms of facilities, its still a good place. They have swimming pool, gym, spa and every room I have stayed here is spacious and has a bathtub. I have always loved their Aviva center on 6th floor which has DIY kitchen and laundry area which helps if you are staying for long duration or are traveling with kids. I haven’t lost faith and hope Ariva will have its glory days once again.

Es liegt ganz in der Nähe der U-Bahn-Station Wudaokou. In etwa 200 bis 300 Metern Entfernung gibt es Einkaufszentren, verschiedene kommerzielle Bürogebäude und viele Lebensmittel. Zhongguancun ist ebenfalls in der Nähe. Insbesondere der Hotelservice ist sehr gut. Es gibt eine Mikrowelle für Mitarbeiter, die kostenlos genutzt werden kann, und ein Teller wurde liebevoll bereitgestellt, 👍. Ausstattung: relativ neu Gesundheit: relativ gut Umgebung: sauber Service: sehr gut

服務：服務到位，一開始訂的房間無窗，提醒了樓上在裝修的情況，還免費換到了帶窗的房間，空氣流動不錯。 衞生：乾淨整潔，沒有發現污漬等問題。 環境：房間寬敞，周圍離公交地鐵站也近。 設施：電視不能投屏，但有高清頻道，不錯。另外房間裏至少有五個充電插頭，非常方便。
