At check in, front desk personnel Todd, denied that payment had been made through *******. Even though payment had been made a month prior and I had the itinerary #. He asked for a credit card to hold for room charges and ended up charging the credit card for the stay. I have been attempting to resolve this for a month and still have not. When calling the hotel they claim they did not charge the card meanwhile my credit card statement says otherwise. On another note, at 10 pm on the first night of my stay I went downstairs to ask if they had any salt and pepper packets. I found the front desk clerk and a member of housekeeping in an extremely inappropriate situation with one another in the back area behind the counter. I had to clear my throat and say excuse me several times before they could even hear me. Upon noticing me the housekeeping staff left quickly and Todd came to the front to see what I needed. It was very uncomfortable. I find this staff member to be inappropriate as well as incompetent.
