Bed & Breakfasts in Venedig

The hotel apartment is arranged beyond our expectation with spacious room, very clean and tidy amenities, very thoughtful design with an open table of snacks and coffee which is so welcoming to guests. Only inconvenience we had is to find the check-in information. It is in the email and in Italian only. Luckily we had a local lady helped us to call the owner and confirmed everything for us. We later transfered the same to another group of guests. This is a challenge start with great ending!

ヴェネツィア滞在の際に1泊利用させていただきました。場所はヴェネツィア本土にあるため、観光名所から歩いていくことができ、とても便利です。サンタルチア駅からは徒歩20分くらいです。街の構造上、仕方がないですが、スーツケースを持ちながら宿泊先に向かうと、道の途中で階段がいくつもあるので、大きい荷物を持っての移動は大変でした。部屋は清潔感があり、シャワールームやトイレも不自由なく利用できました。朝食はクロワッサン（事前にクリームの種類が選べます。）、ヨーグルト、パンと種類が豊富でした。飲み物もコーヒー、ジュース、ティー等自由に選ぶことができました。全てとても美味しかったです。寝る直前に泊まった部屋のみ停電をしてしまったため、少し不便を感じましたが、朝には電気が復旧したので、特に大きな問題はありませんでした。（電気を一気に使いすぎなければ問題無かったのかなと思います。）チェックアウト後も、荷物を宿泊先に預けることが出来たので大変助かりました。またヴェネツィアを訪れた際はぜひ利用させていただきたいです。

Excellent little hotel. Very convenient location. Rooms are very nice and spacious. Good breakfast and Service is ok. Only two drawbacks: there is no elevator. Many stairs to handle luggage. And second No luggage storage room offered. If you have a late flight it can be a problem. The manager offered a locker service in the city area, but allowed to let us leave our luggage at the lobby area as an exception. Anyhow I recommend this hotel while visiting Venice

Das Frühstück ist recht Standard und entspricht einem westlichen Standard. Gebucht ist eine Vier-Personen-Suite mit Dachterrasse, man kann hochgehen und blasen, sehr komfortabel!

The location of this B&B/hotel was great. Very easy to walk around Venice from. However, it was not the most comfortable place. We were in the room closest to the front door and unfortunately could hear everything when people entered the building and if people were talking. It was very uncomfortable to have such interrupted sleep the two nights we were there. Additionally, the duvet cover on the bed was stained and very old without a cover on top of it.

Отель находится недалеко от жд вокзала, район хороший. Можно пешком дойти до Триумфальой арки, Лувра и остальных достопримечательностей Парижа. Из минусов, температуру кондиционера нужно регулировать на рецепшене, выше/ниже уже установленной нельзя поменять. Слишком долгий процесс чек-аута.

Die Lage des Hotels ist nahe der Hauptstraße. Obwohl es nur wenige Dutzende Meter gibt, ist es sofort in eine andere Welt gekommen, die von der Bevölkerungsgruppe entfernt ist. Obwohl die Adresse und der Ort, an dem Trip.com das Hotel übernachtet, nicht in der gleichen Position sind, ist es in der Nähe. Die Rezeption ist sehr enthusiastisch, sie sieht schön aus und Englisch ist sehr flüchtig. Da sie um zehn Uhr morgens im Hotel kam, überprüfte sie, dass mein Zimmer schon gut war, und gab mir einen Aufenthalt im Voraus (normal bis zwei Uhr abends). Sie beschreibt auch die lokalen Gemütlichkeiten und markiert sie auf der Karte. Von dem Hotel aus ist der linke 300 m am Meer gelegen. Sie können die weit entfernten Schneeberge sehen, aber die Nachtsicht ist allgemein. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber, gehört der Art des Anästheses, obwohl klein und schmutzig. Das Frühstück im Hotel ist sehr lecker und sehr reichhaltig. Im Allgemeinen ist es ein sehr gutes Hotel, das alles wert ist.

We found the location quite easily. It’s conveniently situated within a comfortable walking distance from the bus stop where the airport buses arrive, which was a big plus after traveling. The administrator was very welcoming — we would especially like to thank her for the warm reception. We arrived before check-in time and were able to leave our bags, which was very convenient. When we returned at the scheduled time, we were able to access our room without any issues. During our stay, renovation works started in a neighboring apartment (apparently upstairs). Because of this, there was a bit less natural light in our room, and we could hear construction noise in the mornings, which started quite early. It turned out that the host was not aware that the work would begin so early either. We would like to especially highlight how the situation was handled. The host personally spoke with us, apologized, and managed to arrange for the work to start later. It was clear that our comfort truly mattered. For us, the situation was completely resolved. The room itself met our expectations. It was spacious — not one of those layouts where you walk straight into the bed with the bathroom door right there. The room was warm thanks to central heating. The water pressure was excellent, and the bathroom was simple but cozy. There was no breakfast option during our stay, but that did not significantly affect our overall experience. We had a pleasant stay and are grateful for the hospitality. It is clear that guest comfort is a priority here — if you experience any issues or need assistance, don’t hesitate to ask.

Wir kamen ziemlich spät mit dem Flughafenbus am Bahnhof Venedig an. In letzter Minute fanden wir über Ctrip ein Hotel in der Nähe. Kann sich jemand vorstellen, wie nervös man ist, mitten in der Nacht ohne Reservierung die Tür zu einem Hotel zu öffnen? Die Rezeptionistin war unglaublich freundlich und geduldig und erlaubte uns, zwei Erwachsenen und einem Kind ein Doppelzimmer zu buchen. Obwohl wir das Badezimmer teilten, war es sauber und praktisch. Der Preis inklusive Frühstück war fantastisch! Das Hotel liegt direkt am Pier, sodass wir unser Gepäck dort unterstellen konnten. Wir entschieden uns für eine Bootsfahrt zum Marco-Polo-Platz und einen Spaziergang zurück – ein wirklich perfektes Erlebnis.
