Strandhotels in Kapstadt

Nicely decorated lodge in safe neighborhood. Breakfast is good but choice is limited and same menu everyday, I stayed for 5 nights so it can get boring. Staffs are friendly and try to be helpful but lack follow ups. Cleanliness is good but my house keeping opened all my balcony door and toilet windows everyday after cleaning despite the fact that I requested them not to open any of them due to safety in Cape Town as well as bugs kept coming into my room with the wide open balcony and toilet. On the last night the house keeping even left their cleaning towel in my room on my night stand, and tried barging into my room with me being inside in early morning. Somewhat questionable on the high rating.

We received the most friendliest service, when we arrived. The owners Jenny and Sebastian was so welcoming and me and my two kids really enjoyed it there. They offered us a delicious breakfast Saturday and Sunday and throughout, they told us about a little book store in the area that we visited three times! It was like heaven for my daughter who love bookstores. We took walks on the beach which is just opposite and took lots of photos. Manor on the bay is definitely a place I would go to again for a weekend stay.

This stay was absolutely magnificent from arrival to departure, upgraded as we arrived at the hotel. The staff, incredible! Always doing more than asked, going out of their way to assist in making plans, arranging transport or just providing extra information. Shout out to Claudia, who was patient and articulate. She stopped her work in order to attend to me at all times. Shout out to Dewald, humorous, witty and exquisitely piquant. Always up for a conversation amd willing to make anything amd everything more convenient for the guests. Rennia and Alice, ebullient and light-hearted, i felt the care and meticulous nature of their work through all they did, and the smiles they provided, thank you! The entire staff, quite warm and accommodating! Clean room, aesthetically modern and quaint. 100% recommended, convenient location for all your needs!

Ein großes schönes Zimmer mit allen Einrichtungen (Netflix TV, Kapselkaffeemaschine, Safe, sogar Computer). Gutes WLAN, Lärmisolation. Von kleinen Nebenwirkungen - im Zimmer geräucherte Feuchtigkeit. Tag für Tag gereinigt. Sehr angenehmes Personal. Die Meerblicke sind nur seitlich aufgrund der Lage des Hotels. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, in der Entfernung 5-10 Minuten von einem großen Fußboden und Einkaufszentrum. In 2 Minuten ist die Einhänge ein Einhänge. Es war etwas verwirrt, dass wenn Sie den Schlüssel auf der Rezepschnee verlassen, es ist der ganze Tag auf dem Count nicht versteckt, und die Rezepschnee ist unmittelbar nach dem Restaurant und es gibt keine Kontrolle, das heißt, Jeder kann kommen und den Schlüssel von Ihrem Zimmer nehmen, Der Schlüssel wurde daher mit Ihnen genommen. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker, bietet das Menü, aus dem Sie das Hauptgericht wählen, macht auch leckeren Kaffee, frisch gemahlenes Orangensaft und frisch gebackene Maffin. Der einzige Moment - Frühstück beginnt in 7.30 und bereitet es ganz unverzüglich vor, so bereitet sich vorbereitet, es nicht vor 8.15/8.30 Morgen rauszukommen. Es war mein erster Besuch in Kapstadt, daher kannte ich mich in der Gegend nicht so gut aus und habe vom 28. bis 30. Juni drei Nächte dort verbracht. Falls Sie einen Ausflug zum Kap der Guten Hoffnung planen, können Sie statt in Kapstadt im nahegelegenen Simon’s Town übernachten. Das Hotel ist ein Gebäude im Villenstil; die Zimmer und öffentlichen Bereiche sind klein und gemütlich. Es gibt nicht viele Zimmer, und diese sind auch nicht besonders groß. Die Möbel sind eher für Familien gedacht. Im Speisesaal stehen vier oder fünf Tische, was wohl der maximalen Zimmeranzahl entspricht. Es gibt drei Parkplätze; ich frage mich, wo man das Auto eines vierten Gastes parken soll. Die Zimmer verfügen über WLAN, allerdings ist das Signal nicht sehr stark. Das Hotel liegt direkt gegenüber der Haupteinkaufsstraße, was es ideal zum Einkaufen, Essen und für Barbesuche macht. Auch der Strand ist nicht weit entfernt; ein Spaziergang am Strand vor dem Abendessen, um den Sonnenuntergang über dem Meer und dem Signal Hill zu genießen, wäre sehr schön.

Wir hatten einen schönen 2-Nacht-Unterkunft in diesem Hotel. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Nicht luxuriös, aber sicherlich sehr komfortabel. Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt neben dem Pier, wenn Sie Tauchen/Bootsreisen machen. Unten liegen Restaurants (einschließlich einer koreanischen und chinesischen) und ein Massage-Parlor. Die Aussicht auf den Hafen vom Fenster ist erstaunlich, genau wie die Bilder zeigen. Es gibt auch kostenlose Parkplätze (im Gegensatz zu dem, was Trip zeigt) gerade vor dem Hotel. Baboons wandern den Ort und es gab einen, der direkt außerhalb unseres Fensters gegangen ist. Sehr empfehlen Sie hier zu bleiben!

A wonderful place to stay. The owners have a very special place here. Lovely room with views out to the ocean. So peaceful and quiet. The stairs up to the property with lovely mosaic features. Would love to stay again as one night wasn't enough. An honesty fridge with cold drinks and snacks was great.

I had the most relaxing and comfortable stay, and infact extended my trip to make the most of my time in Camps Bay. From the location and views, to the rooms and breakfast, and most importantly the staff - it was an absolute pleasure to stay here and I will be back on my next visit!

Le Bay Lodge is very close to the beach front and some nice little restaurants. We arrived late the evening and was welcomed very warmly and showed to our room. We had a balcony up stairs and a great view in the morning with the sea and mountains around us. Breakfast was great and I bumped over a cup of coffee which was cleaned quickly without any fuss. Our car was parked safely with 24 hour surveillance, which made me very comfortable. Thank you for a good stay

Schönes Hotel, aber super kleines Zimmer. Ich hatte nicht erwartet, dass das Zimmer so klein ist nach dem zahlen so viel Geld. Ich habe das Hotel für 4 Nächte gebucht, aber die anderen 3 Nächte musste storniert werden, weil es sehr klein war und nicht einmal konnte mein Gepäck gut öffnen, es gab nur keinen Platz. Das Zimmer war nur ok, nur ein Standardzimmer.
