GGastnutzerWhen we arrived we proceeded to stand in line behind the ONLY other person in the check in line and that was also standing behind the lady checking in, in front of the ONLY person sitting at the check in desk. After a few minutes another man walked up behind us. The lady in front of us was called to the desk and then another lady walked up into the entrance on the other side of us. I was next but instead of calling me up she asked if I was VIP. I wasn't so she told me that I was in the VIP line and had to wait until the lady that had JUST walked up was finished before she could take me..... WAIT - WHAT??? There were NO SIGNS stating this line is for the people who are more important, the guy behind us even asked where was the sign stating that this was a VIP line. We asked for a manager, but she also dismissed the situation and said that she knows that the lines are not marked (so somehow we are supposed to know) and she was SORRY that it was a mix up. All of a sudden it was important that there be more than 1 person sitting at the desk. Neither of the two photos say VIP.

GGastnutzerWe felt like the room was our personal condo and the staff was property management taking care of us like we were a permanent tenants. And the price of a 1,300 sq ft 2-bed 2-bath with balcony and floor to ceiling windows with ocean view was about the same as economy-size rooms I had gotten the same month on Bourbon Street in New Orleans and in Panama City Beach. If you want a quiet and very comfortable stay in Biloxi, you’ll want to be at the South beach Biloxi Hotel & Suites.

BBankheadDas Personal war nett. Große Lage. Das Bett war nicht komfortabel. Es war hart und die Hallen riechen wie Rauch, aber es war ein Rauchfreies Gebäude 😒. Nicht sicher, ob wir hier wieder bleiben werden.

LLisaWe never previously stayed at a LaQuinta and I can assure you we never will again!!! We were lied to about the room by the front desk person who got off at 3 p.m. The first room we were in, that the front desk person lied about and moved us to, appeared to have water coming up through the floor. When we entered the room water was puddles under the bed and around two sides of it. We cleaned it up except for the part to show the water was clear and not a mess made by our dog. When we tried to call the front desk, the room phone did not work at all not even a dial tone. While waiting for the front desk to change our room, we flushed the toilet and it was like a floodgate of water started appearing from the floor.
Getting back to the front desk girl lying to us. I told her that I cannot physically climb stairs because she was telling me i would have to climb 3 flights of stairs dur to problems with the elevator. We were told that though the room would be a queen bed, instead of a king, it was not as far to walk as the elevator and it was a drive up room. Well, let me tell you, we passed the elevator on the way to the room and it was all the way to the end of the hallway. Also, from the after 3 p.m. desk clerk, who straightened out the first desk clerk's mess and who did not lie to us, we found out this LaQuinta has NO drive up rooms!!!
I has prepaid our room with no mention of a fee for our dog. So, in addition, this dishonest front deskperson charges us a $25 fee for our dog.
When we checked out today, my husband asked for a receipt and the dishonest front desk person told him it would be emailed to us. Honestly, at this point we do not trust that our credit card information is secure and has not been lifted. Given all of this, we will NEVER stay at any LaQuinta again and will actively discourage our friends and family from staying in any LaQuinta.

GGastnutzerDas Inn war in einer tollen Lage, das Zimmer war sauber. Es war ruhig. Es war eine Zeit, sie das Wasser ausschalten, ohne dem Gast zu sagen, aber blieben nicht lange weg. Gesamt großartig Aufenthalt!!

MMari G GDas Zimmer ist sehr veraltet, aber Sie erhalten, was Sie zahlen. Das Toilette wurde nicht richtig eingestellt und steckte, wann immer es verwendet wurde. Schließlich leckte es, als es floss. Ich habe das Frontdesk wissen lassen. Es gab einen Mann, der mit dem Vorderbüro geredet hat und ihnen gesagt hat, dass das das zweite Toilette war, das ähnliche Fragen hatte.
