"When we arrived we proceeded to stand in line behind the ONLY other person in the check in line and that was also standing behind the lady checking in, in front of the ONLY person sitting at the check in desk. After a few minutes another man walked up behind us. The lady in front of us was called to the desk and then another lady walked up into the entrance on the other side of us. I was next but instead of calling me up she asked if I was VIP. I wasn't so she told me that I was in the VIP line and had to wait until the lady that had JUST walked up was finished before she could take me..... WAIT - WHAT??? There were NO SIGNS stating this line is for the people who are more important, the guy behind us even asked where was the sign stating that this was a VIP line. We asked for a manager, but she also dismissed the situation and said that she knows that the lines are not marked (so somehow we are supposed to know) and she was SORRY that it was a mix up. All of a sudden it was important that there be more than 1 person sitting at the desk. Neither of the two photos say VIP."

"We felt like the room was our personal condo and the staff was property management taking care of us like we were a permanent tenants. And the price of a 1,300 sq ft 2-bed 2-bath with balcony and floor to ceiling windows with ocean view was about the same as economy-size rooms I had gotten the same month on Bourbon Street in New Orleans and in Panama City Beach. If you want a quiet and very comfortable stay in Biloxi, you’ll want to be at the South beach Biloxi Hotel & Suites."

"If you're seeing a show, this is the best choice for an overnight or weekend stay! There's so many food choices. The pool area is so nice. Really enjoyed my stay and the concert!!"

"Even though there was a parking garage I hated no valet. Dining o. Christmas was not an option since the restaurants were closed."

"We enjoyed everything. Staff were all great. Room was very nice. The only complaint is the armbands. Our kids armbands broke while going down the waterside the first day we were there, and through our stay we noticed multiple people that have lost theirs. If you're going to charge $50 for loosing it, they need to be more durable. I find this extremely unreasonable since they obviously break very easily."

"Ausgezeichneter Aufenthalt, schönes und freundliches Personal, einfache Eincheckung. Königssuite sehr schön und zimmer. Bett war hart für meinen Geschmack, aber Mann mag es. Pissen hart, nächstes Mal werde ich mein eigenes bringen! 2 kostenlose Getränke in der Hotelbar war eine zusätzliche unerwartete Behandlung. Sie werden sicher wieder bleiben."

"Great resort! Amazing service all the way around! Very clean and love that it was smoke free! The casino was also great and had a great selection of tables and machines. The cafe food was great for most of our meals and the restaurants were perfect for our dinners!"
