Strandhotels in Rhodos

Location: Hotel is 15-20 min walk from the bus station drop off from Rhodes and 15-20 mins from the town/ beach. Small market located closed by. Cleanliness: Hotel and facilities are very clean and in good condition Service: staff are generally nice. Check-in could be improved to provide guest important details (where and what time is breakfast, internet access, external blinds to block out light in the room, restaurant hours...). Dinner at the restaurant is quite good. Hotel: it is a small, intimate-feel hotel, pool can feel a little big-brother due to small size All in all, great stay- welcome drink at arrival is a nice touch, breakfast is great and there is a bag with towels in the room to use at the beach/ pool

Such a great stay at an authentic Greek hotel with a fantastic atmosphere. The hotel is small which gives it a really friendly vibe and the team there could not be more helpful - nothing was too much trouble and they were always happy to help. Great facilities, rooms are basic but very comfortable and clean, lovely pool with beds always available with no race in the mornings (a rare find!). Breakfast was perfect - something for everyone - loads of choice and great coffees!. The pool bar had a great selection of food and drinks during the day from the lovely Maria and in the evening Kevin’s cocktails were fantastic 🍸 in the stunning ‘mama Mia’ setting 😍 Special mention to Michael for being so helpful and hospitable and giving us such a warm welcome. Would definitely return and highly recommend. Thanks to everyone there for making it such an enjoyable, friendly and fun stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Lindos Sun. The service was excellent, the food good, and the poolside restaurant was a pleasant surprise — offering generous portions at very reasonable prices. We were lucky to receive a complimentary upgrade from a superior room to one with a private pool, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A few minor downsides: the nearest supermarket is about a 25-minute walk away along a busy road, so we recommend taking the bus, which conveniently stops right outside the hotel. Breakfast was good overall, though drinks had to be ordered through the staff rather than being self-serve. This sometimes led to delays — drinks arrived 10–15 minutes after we’d finished eating, which was a bit inconvenient. All in all, we had a great experience at Lindos Sun. While there are a few small areas for improvement, it’s a lovely hotel that offers great value and service.

Ródos ist wie alle Hotels hochwertig und kostengünstig. Nur für die alte Stadt ist es zu weit. Aber alles ist in Ihrer Hand.

This is a very good hotel, the location is brilliant, 1 minute walk away from the beach. The Old Town where the main attractions are is 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive away. There is parking right out the front free of charge, it can be tricky to find a space, I imagine in the summer it would be difficult but May was fine, I was able to park every day. The breakfast was fine as well but very busy with not many tables left over. There was also a good choice. The rooms were clean, although I could not find any controls for the air conditioning so it did get quite stuffy. The air con comes on very briefly when the balcony door is closed and then goes off again after a minute. There were also quite a few small bugs around the balcony door and a few in the bathroom but this may just be because it was very hot in there. All in all though, a great hotel

Gut gelegenes Hotel, ganz in der Nähe von Rhodos-Stadt und dem Flughafen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit herrlichem Meerblick. Der Pool und die Umgebung sind sehr angenehm und gut ausgestattet. Der Strand ist leicht zu erreichen und bietet kostenlose, bequeme Liegestühle. Der Strand ist kieselig und liegt direkt am Meer. Sehr gutes und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht und uns für das Abendessen entschieden. Das Abendbuffet war während unseres viertägigen Aufenthalts ausgezeichnet.

Wir verbrachten 3 Nächte im Belair Hotel mit gekauften Frühstücken. Am ersten Abend erhielten wir ein kleines Zimmer 10-12 m2 mit Meerblick, obwohl ich ein Zimmer von 22 m2 reserviert (Standardzimmer auf Trip.com). Die zweite Rezeption hat uns ohne Probleme das Zimmer mit der rechten - größeren angeboten. Die Zimmer sind ziemlich modern eingerichtet in einem Urlaubsstil mit einem Kühlschrank, Kessel und einem Badezimmer mit einem Trockner. Im Hotel gibt es 2 Schwimmbads. Anstatt des Pools empfehle ich Ihnen, den ganzen Tag zum Strand zu gehen - das beste ist 30 m vom Hotel (auf der Höhe des Hotels Rodos Palace - der Pass unter dem Boden nur am Zeichen des Rhodos Palace). Wir werden jeden zweiten Tag zum Austausch von Handtüchern angeboten. Im Hotel in der Saison Abendattraktionen vor der Hotelbar direkt in der Nähe der besetzten Straße. Unter dem Hotel gibt es zwei Supermärkte, wo man von Essen durch Erinnerungen kaufen kann. Frühstück ist gut, kleine Auswahl und ziemlich monoton. Dienst vom Rezeption - schön und kommunizieren in Englisch. Vor dem Hotel gibt es Busshalte, von denen Busse Sie vom/ zum Flughafen und zum Zentrum von Rodos nehmen. Tickets für Reisen sollten im Supermarkt unter dem Hotel gekauft werden. Trotz einiger ungünstiger Hotels bewerte ich für einen starken 4/5 Punkt.

We regularly visit Rhodes and usually stay at Mitsis Resorts, but this time we decided to try something different and booked the Aulus. Overall, the staff were pleasant and friendly throughout our stay, and the drinks/cocktails were very nice. The pizza restaurant was definitely the highlight food-wise, although service there felt quite disorganised at times. Unfortunately, the main buffet food was disappointing and nowhere near the standard we expected. Most dishes were cold, overcooked, and very dry. Booking the à la carte restaurants was also frustrating, as many seemed fully booked before we had even arrived at the hotel. Another downside was the lack of sunbeds around the pool area, which made it difficult to relax unless you were up very early. There also didn’t seem to be enough staff around during busy times. Overall, I’d rate the hotel around 6/10. It wasn’t a terrible stay, but compared to other resorts we’ve experienced in Rhodes, I don’t think we would return again.

Wir hatten nur Frühstück, das war gut. Beschäftigt zwischen 9 und 10am, besser zum Frühstück vor 9am gehen, wenn möglich. Lage gut für Hafen und Altstadt, ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Strand direkt vor dem Hotel. Pool auf der kleinen Seite, aber es gibt gute Schatten, wenn es zu heiß ist. Nur die Frage war der Pool geschlossen um 7:00 Uhr. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn es ein bisschen später geöffnet wäre, nachdem es den ganzen Tag rausgekommen war. Personal war hilfsbereit und freundlich. Hotel sauber

Hallo, das klingt vielleicht hart, aber ich kam spät an, um 22 Uhr, für einen frühen Flug am nächsten Tag. Es gab einen Stromausfall. Nach einem Tag auf Reisen war mein Telefon fast leer, ich hatte weder WLAN noch Strom. Als Alleinreisende wollte ich nicht allein in einem dunklen Raum bleiben und hatte Angst. Es wurde kein Versuch unternommen, mich vor dem Problem zu warnen oder mir einen Vorwand zu geben. Ich fragte die Rezeptionistin, wo ich Strom bekommen könnte, und sie empfahl mir eine Bar in der Nähe. Ich lief die Straße hinauf, um ein Hotel in der entgegengesetzten Richtung zu finden, und bekam dort Strom. Ich fühlte mich sehr verwundbar, wenn ich in der Nacht unterwegs war, brauchte aber das Telefon für meine Bordkarte und meinen Wecker. Am Ende hat alles geklappt. Als ich gegen 1 Uhr morgens zurückkam, war der Strom wieder da. Das Hotel sah im Licht ziemlich beeindruckend aus. Und ich stellte meinen Wecker auf 3 Uhr morgens. Ein Taxi war für 4 Uhr morgens bestellt. Die Rezeptionistin war freundlich und gab mir morgens Flaschen Wasser und Kuchen. Das Personal war äußerst zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, es war nur ein unglücklicher Vorfall.
