We only had breakfast, which was fine. Busy between 9am and 10am, better to go for breakfast before 9am if possible. Location good for Harbour and Old Town, about 15 minute walk. Beach directly in front of hotel. Pool on the small side, but there is good shade when it’s too hot. Only issue was the pool closed at 7pm. Would of been nice if it was open a little later to cool off after being out all day. Staff were helpful and polite. Hotel clean

Wir waren zu zweit von Ende März bis Anfang April für eine Woche im Hotel direkt am Strand an der nördlichsten Spitze von Rhodos untergekommen. Das Hotel besticht mit seiner hervorragend zentralen Lage und wunderbarer Erreichbarkeit mit dem Auto. Es gibt mehr als genügend Parkplätze und man ist fußläufig binnen weniger Minuten in der Stadt sowie Altstadt und am Hafen. Zahlreiche Restaurants (unser klarer Favorit ist das Ronda) und Sehenswürdigkeiten runden das Bild der Lage ab. Das Hotel selber ist sehr sauber, modern und wir konnten keine Mängel beklagen. Alles in allem ist es sehr gut gewesen und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. (Spa und Pool waren wegen Renovierungsarbeiten geschlossen) Leider merkt man aber, dass das Personal und die Küche durchaus das Potential dafür hätten, ausgezeichnet zu sein. Sei es, dass dreckige/ fleckige Tischdecken nicht gewechselt werden, oder die Kellner mal vergessen mit Kaffee und Milch beim Frühstück herum zu gehen, oder den Gästen an den Tischen Wasser anbieten/ die Gläser auffüllen wenn diese leer sind. Die Küche hat uns am ersten Abend mit einem traumhaften à-la-carte Menü umgehauen nur um dann an den folgenden Abenden ein sehr eintöniges Buffet anzubieten mit wenig Variation (der sprunghafte Gästeanstieg erfolgte erst nach dem 1. April) Ebenso wurde die Kühlfunktion der Klimaanlage erst ab dem 3. April eingeschaltet, davor diente sie als Heizung, trotz mehr als 20 Grad Celsius Außentemperatur. Das ist einfach Schade, weil eben gezeigt wird, dass dieses Potential durchaus vorhanden ist nur leider nicht regelmäßig ausgeschöpft wird. Trotzdem gilt es abschließend nochmals zu betonen: es ist ein sehr gutes Hotel in einer ausgezeichneten Lage.

Top Lage direkt am Strand neben dem ****** und Aquarium. Zu Fuss 10min. zur Altstadt. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter und ein vielfähltiges Frühstück. Das Zimmer war gross, sauber mit Balkon und Kaffeemaschine. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Loistava sijainti, ystävällinen henkilökunta, sopi hyvin myös lapsiperheelle vaikka suurin osa muista vieraista oli pariskuntia. Hotellin palveluista ei kerrottu mitään vierailun aikana. Öisin tuli ajoittain melua huoneisiin ulkopuolelta.

Hotel had been recently renovated and our room was lovely, spacious and modern. However, our room didn’t have a safe, you could hear everything from the next room (even suitcases being zipped up) and the bed is rather hard. We stayed half board and the food was good, it became a bit repetitive especially for breakfast but we could always find something to eat. The real bonus of the restaurant is the staff they are friendly, cheerful and always willing to have a chat which was nice as they provided knowledge about Rhodes. The hotel is rated as 5 stars but it is not to a 5 star standard at all I would say it is a 4 star at best but personally it sits in the 3-4 star range. As mentioned the restaurant staff were all lovely but front of house service on the reception desk really needs work as there is a stark contrast of friendliness between the reception staff and the restaurant staff. The location is perfect the beach is right across the road and Rhodes old town is not a far walk at all. Advice to people staying is to check your final bill as we were charged for towels that we supposedly didn’t return eventhough we had. This was resolved quickly with the receptionist confirming we had returned the towels and we were refunded. But this also happened to someone checking out at the same time as us so be wary of that as we were over charged €20 . Overall it was an ok stay but as mentioned it is not a 5 star experience and we would not stay here again as we paid 5 star prices without the 5 star.

This hotel is on the beach - just cross the street. The hotel offers buffet breakfast and dinner and a la carte dinner. There are rooms facing the sea. Most rooms face the backyard. The staff are friendly, efficient, professional and genuinely happy to assist. The rooms are not large and the bathrooms are quite small. The hotel was recently renovated. Everything you need is there - Nespresso coffee machine, toiletries, beach towels, fan, TV, USB connectors by the bed. Balcony is nice and you have 2 chairs and a table to enjoy. A number of rooms has a view of other hotel rooms balconies. Plenty of restaurants around, also small convenience stores, hair and nail salons and shops. There is a nice walkway that takes you to the Aquarium and further to the more windy beaches.

This is a third time I come to this hotel, and it was great until this summer after renovation. In 2022 it had 4 stars, and now 5 stars. Price has gone up, but hotel has gone from great to worse. After the renovation room comfort is very bad, and from huge closet, now there is a tiny one, where you cannot put anything, and we are supposed to stay 12 days. We are sooooo disappointed and we will never come again. Unbelievable!!!!! Don't go to this hotel.

Property is in a GREAT location. Very nice design i have to believe it was recently updated, in good taste. The draw back is that the cleaning in the room was not up to par with the class of the hotel. It was not a busy time of the year and hair was all over the bathroom and I'm bald
