Strandhotels in Noord

Die Lage des Hotels und die Landschaft sind hervorragend. In der Nähe aller Restaurants im Freien und am Strand. Die Pools sind schön und das Nachtschwimmen fühlt sich gut, da das Wasser warm ist. Der einzige negative Punkt ist das Frühstück(so grundsätzlich für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel wie Hyatt)

We were aware that there would be construction around the hotel while Hilton expands, and for the most part it wasn’t an issue. The disappointment was that only one of two pools was open, meaning that sometimes it was hard to find seating around the pool area. Beach loungers were easy to book and a selection of them were free each day. Palm beach is really beautiful and it was nice to have it so accessible to the hotel. On the whole, service at the hotel was great, there were a couple of staff members who were potentially having a bad day but generally Aruban’s are extremely friendly. Violet, was in charge of cleaning our room throughout our stay and she was just lovely! Although not the hotel’s fault, I was told at Che k-in that there was an extra resort charge each day. Trip.com said there would be a small government tax. But mentioned nothing about the resort fee. The government tax was also more than trip.com stated on our booking confirmation.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, im Bereich des Geschäftszentrums, es ist sehr bequem, Lebensmittel zu kaufen und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel zu benutzen. Das Hotel liegt nahe dem Strand und ist ein paar Schritte entfernt, um die Sonne zu schwimmen. Aber beim Gipfel fehlt es an Schnauze. Die Schnauze braucht eine Buchung und eine zusätzliche Zahlung. Die Hoteleinrichtungen sind etwas alt, aber das Zimmer ist immer noch sauber. Mein Schlafzimmer ist zerbrochen und die Warmluft kann nicht schnell ausgelassen werden. Zuhause prüfen Sie die Kreditkartenrechnung und das Hotel hat meine Buchungsgebühren falsch erhöht. Sie sprechen mit dem Hotelpartner und ich weiß nicht, ob es zurückerstattet werden kann.
