The best hotel I've ever been to. Highly recommended. Everything was just right. Good employees also. Can't wait to visit again

Hey bad so they do is strap your money

Room outdated, drawers on dresser wouldn’t shut. Remote wouldn’t control tv volume or turn it off or on had to unplug it. Cheap room.

Had no microwave or fridge in a smelly dirty room. Looked nothing like the picture and smelled the **** real bad.

I liked absolutely nothing. It was terrible. If it would be so much trouble to try to get a rfund i would. But its not even worht the time.

They gave me a room that had people already in it, and then the room they gave me was dirty, with bugs and no towels. TV didn't work and the lock on the door barely held the door closed

The toilet ran continuously all night as well as leaked water. It had fried chicken crumbs behind the nightstand I had to get a broom and dust pan to clean the room. Also small roaches behind the baseboards, and the remote didn’t control the tv.

Didn't like they trying to charge me for a dirty room like I'm some kind of bum and don't deserve better than what I paid for I didn't stay at the hotel

Check in clerk was rude. I asked for upstairs she said No. I seen people in rooms above from my room. Dirty and dusty

Snobby receptionist very rude didn't want to change rooms there were no towels no smoke detector and room was smelly. She was very rude saying we couldn't change rooms. Then gave me another room that was not up to code. But the maintenance guy checked a room and gave me a good one and receptionist got mad at him because he was being helpful. She also gave the same key to our room to another guest and he opened our room door. Very uncomfortable because of the rude receptionist.

The office is difficult to find. The staff was silent. The room is atrocious-broken bed, paint on floor. No toiletries no blow dryer. The shower head was not secured in place.

I got switched rooms three times because the keys wouldn't work for the doors. Only one person on staff working, So it took long for help. Once I finally got into a room, there were holes in the ceiling, food and other crumbs on the floor, bugs, burn marks and holes and stains on the sheets, and the toilet was only 2 inches from the tub so there was no room to sit and put your legs anywhere.

Asked for a non smoking room. Room smelled like smoke. Staff harassed you about if you’re staying over or checking out. Mind you check out is at 11 but they came beating on the door at 9am. The housekeeper older guy is very rude. Smoke detectors doesn’t work. Killed dunno how many roaches. Had to shake everything out when left. Lady in office is sooooo disrespectful and talks about every one. Smh. Just sad.

The lady at check in was very rude. The room reeked of cat urine so bad i could taste it. And the window didnt close all the way. There was a stick hilding it closed. When i asked to switch rooms i was told they were all full but only 2 other cars in the parking lot. Since i prebooked the room, it was non refundable. I went and bought candles and air freshener so i could at least breathe. I barely slept in fear someone was going to break in the room because the emergency lock didnt work. I slept for 2 hrs and left. Lady at checkout was nice. But too little too late. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!
