Das Hotel hatte eine gute Lage, nahe dem Stadtzentrum. Es ist gemütlich und die Zimmer sind groß. Es verfügt über einen kostenlosen Pool und eine Sauna. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und perfekt für einen Urlaub.

It is great hotel and location is very convenient. I and my daughter enjoyed it and she said she got good sleep with comfortable bed.

The location is great, not far from city centre. I had an issue with fan in the bathroom but it was solved on the next morning with compensation

We enjoy our stay in Apex very much. We received a warm welcome from Tony at the front desk. He was being very friendly the whole time and even recommended us places to visit in Bath. The room was exactly how we expected. The swimming pool and spa facilities were spectacular. Tony suggested us to reserve the time slot that was least busy so that we could enjoy the best of them.

It was a wonderful experience in the hotel. Firstly I would like to really appreciate the service of the receptionist named “Nina “. She made our stay really great by managing arrangements for our anniversary day with her smile. The view was great from the balcony in the hotel room. It was clean . Memorable stay , humble staff. Great day . 😀😀

I stayed at the Apex City of Bath Hotel with three other people in a room with two queen beds. The room was big, comfortable, and had a window, which was nice. The hotel is a little far from the train station, about a 10-minute walk, but it’s an easy walk to the city center, which takes around 5-7 minutes. The price was good, especially since I got a discount on Trip.com after booking train tickets. Compared to the Apex City of London, this hotel felt a bit less fancy. The London hotel had more special things for birthdays, like free extras. We didn’t try the hotel’s breakfast, but there are many good places for breakfast nearby. Overall, the stay was nice. If you don’t mind walking a bit, it’s a good choice. Next time, I might stay in a hotel more in the center of town.

All the services received from hotel staff were exceptional. Would def recommend to friends and family. Cant wait for my next stay.

Having stayed at Apex (same location) previously we knew what to expect, but because we’d come from another hotel chain that morning we were reminded about how much better Apex really is. From the moment we walked through the front door and were greeted by friendly, knowledgeable staff that checked us in without any fuss to the comfortable and spacious room with balloons (ordered separately) and delicious food for breakfast. Great location and great accommodation. Highly recommended.

The size of the family room and the beds are good. Good location, a 10 min walk from Bah Spa Train station. Near to all attractions. Lots of restaurants around and a large supermarket across the road. The only complain is about the cleanliness of the room, we found some children handprints near the bottom part of the mirror near the door. This reflected that the room is not thoroughly cleaned before we check-in.

It takes 10-12 mins to walk from the station, which is not good for those have luggages. The hotel is nice and convenient while the staff are all very nice. Only one of the lift is broken during our stay which cause certain inconvenience. Anyway, it is a good choice for family trip, the family suit is big enough for 4 people and very comfortable.

The room is very spacious and tidy, with modern style.  The staff is very professional and friendly.  There is a gym, pool and sauna there, which are free to use. The hotel is near the city centre, and shops and attractions.  It is within 10-minute walk from the Bath Spa Station. Very convenient.

It‘s a good place and close to everywhere. the room is big and yhe toilet is clean.
