Am Anfang fehlte es an allem, bis sich meine Frau beschweren wollte und sich das Blatt wendete Alle Mängel wurden behoben Auch wenn das Frühstück schon kalt war, wurde schnell nachgefüllt Lediglich der Fitnessraum lässt zu wünschen übrig, aber kaum jemand trainiert dort Das Essen ist lecker und günstig, der Service ist für Notfälle gut Alles in allem ein guter Aufenthalt!

酒店設施還不錯，外牆荷蘭風，空氣清新。就是酒店的WIFI信號有點差，整個晚上斷斷續續。酒店離機場也不算太遠。

Personnel au top et hotel bien entretenu, ça fait du bien après une croisière de 2 nuits à Tanjung Putih ! Large choix pour le petit dej ! Seul hic : la salle de sport n’est pas entretenue…

Ivm met overstroming was het hotel niet bereikbaar voor transport. Getracht het hotel te bereiken telefonisch en per WhatsUp geen reactie gehad. Ander hotel moeten boeken, geen geld terug gehad!!!!!

friendly service, delicious breakfast, complete hotel facilities, very happy staying here, and the front office so informative. awsome travel in indonessia, i love the nature forest of tanjung puting, its the firts experience i see orang utan in tanjung puting national park, i love pangkalan bun, next year i will back to this cityy, and you guys must try tradisional food from pangkalan bun its so yummy, coto manggala, keropok basah i love it!!!🤩

I chose this hotel in part because it has a large pool. It was less than half filled, up to crotch level, which made swimming impossible. There were numerous tiles missing, some of which were on the floor of the pool. When you swim, inevitably some water enters your mouth, which I never thought about before, but I kept thinking: I must brush my teeth -- until I realized that the flavor of the water was like liquefied bad breath. The electricity went out twice the night I was there. The hall carpets smell musty, but at least they help muffle the sounds of the insufferable muzak that they pipe through the hallways. Internet did not work at all in the room, I had to go down to the lobby to use it. On the plus side, the shower was great, and they gave me early check-in.

Representative hotel with good facilities and service. Room was so clean and amenities was complete. Near from Airport is one of benefit from this hotel. Barbeque dinner was so great, thanks for friendly staff and services.
