Baymont by Wyndham Bartonsville Poconos

Our family stayed at hotel for 2 nights for snowtubing trip. Hotel staff/lounge crew was very friendly. The only thing about hotel was the shower. The was barely any water pressure. Temperature changes mid shower were terrible! My son took a shower and began screaming that the water was burning him! It then turned to freezing cold. So he ended his shower with soup on him. One morning my husband stepped in the shower and after 5 mins. of waiting for water to warm up got out because he said there was NO hot water at all coming out.

Stayed 1 night with my friend and we had a great stay and time here! Was able to check in quickly and easy with all needed information. Place is decent and perfect for our mini adventure. Enjoyed the hot tub and lounge after a long cold day of snow tubing and our room was clean and warm. No complaints and would definitely book again! Thank you😁

We've been coming to Baymont Inn & Suites for several years. The staff is very helpful and the hotel is in a convenient location. They updated most of the rooms, and it looks like they have plans to make the property even better. I'd love to see what they have in store for our next stay.

We only stayed for a night, the price was not bad. Our son enjoyed the pool. The room was ok but the bathroom need improvement and the main door for the room needs to be replaced, paints are chipping off and the door is not really securely locked.

I would’ve expected more from a Wyndham owned property. Overall the property was fine. The on site bar had good drinks and great food and was very reasonably priced. The bed was comfortable. Now for the bad. Really strange having people lounging in the hallways everywhere, people yelling at midnight. They didn’t get the playoff game because of their satellite contract. Had a jacuzzi room and the front desk had to bring pliers up to turn it on and off so rather uncomfortable having to cover up after getting out of the bath. Overall def won’t be back.

I come here to go ski at Camelback resort that is only a few minutes drive from the property. Additionally, I have a service dogs who likes to walk trails and there is the HJP regional park with many trails and doggy park for dogs also minutes away from this hotel. If one likes to shop, you have the Pocono outlets also minutes away. It's a very convenient location and the property and rooms are very decent for the price. The breakfast is also good and the staff is friendly and helpful. I will come back to this location.

The stay was pretty good. Easy check in and out. Shower temperature was just fine. Heated pool was great. Breakfast could’ve been a little better.

The staff was wonderful. The room was very spacious except for the tiny bathroom. The popcorn ceiling was falling onto the bed. There was a funny smell in the bathroom and the outlets were not secured to the wall. This place would be nice with some renovations.

The hotel seems outdated and the condition inside my room was not so great, paint chip on the bathroom door. The breakfast was good. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, except it was crowded. The location was convenient to Camelback. The best part of this hotel was the workers are nice.
