The room was acceptable, good size but rather charmless and dark. Access was through the parking garage and up a narrow staircase to the third floor--no elevator, which was not in the description; luckily for us it was not an issue but could be. The apar**ent is a 5 minute walk to Badal metro, which is a one stop to switch over to the L9 Sud line to get to the airport, so convenient for us on our final night in Spain. The neighborhood is also very non-descript, a bit rough around the edges but fine. I won't recommend the property, but as an option, it will do.

In a residential area. 8 mins walk to BABAL Metro station and 30 mins walk to Barcelona Sants Long Distance train station. FC Barcelona is 10 mins walk away and hop on hop off bus stops here. Supermarket Dia is next door. Room size is okay. Has microwave, fridge, kettle, cutlery , pots, and stovetop. Bed is comfortable. Clean.

Lovely loft apar**ent in the Badal/Sants part of Barcelona , metro station really close and convenient situated in a lively neighbourhood with shops and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff ! Be aware that some rooms/apar**ents are situated in a part of the building where no elevator is available ! Room 307 was on the 3rd floor. .. I got informed ahead of time about this. The apar**ent I had was need , clean and efficient , with a mini kitchenette, fridge, airco and comfortable bed. Can recommend !

Staff excellent and very helpful - rooms big and everything you need to hand. Beds comfortable. Area everything you need and busy most of the time - with food outlets all around the area. Metro 5 minutes walk and 10 minutes into the centre of town whislt only 20 minutes to the airport

If we could give this place 0 we would. Having notified the owner about a flight change (to a later flight) they kindly told us that we would receive our room access code so we could get in (check in the following morning)..... The code arrived and we got to the accommodation at 00:15. The code did not match the room number given, and when we tried we woke up another resident who was in that room (she quite rightly was very very annoyed). We messaged the property 4 times and called the "emergency number"..... Neither answered. Therefore we had to sit downstairs (very hot as air con was off) on a hard chair for 7 hours (after leaving home at 10:30am the previous day), with no water, food or toilet. At 07:10 someone arrived at reception...... NO APOLOGY, NO EXPLANATION, NOTHING..... Just the words "oh dear" as he walked past us!! They gave us the incorrect room number but couldn't even be bothered to apologise for the complete farce. If even 1 person replied to the messages or picked up the emergency phone, then it could have been sorted in 2 minutes. We got into the room at 07:30, had a quick nap and shower..... Then checked out! Short break away completely ruined, and well out of pocket (££)

We had an excellent 4-day stay in DV Barcelona. Very well-equipped rooms and loft. All very clean and good isolation. Great and comfortable beds. The indoor parking is a great advantage. Metro nearby (150m) very clean, practical, and safe. Due to an unfortunate incident of car crime (rear tire punctured while standing in line, but luckily, I was able to escape further consequences), we were unable to fully enjoy our stay, but a lot was made up for by the staff of the house. Charming, sweet, and very helpful staff they managed to help us, and everything went perfectly.

Estuvimos este finde en la habitación 303, una habitación amplia y limpia con una cama y bañera grandes hasta ahí todo genial… Durante la madrugada mientras dormíamos nos despertamos sobresaltados por un ruido y movimiento extraño de la cama, la pata de la cama se había doblado hundiéndose la parte central de la cama. Esto puede ocurrir hasta en los mejores hoteles. A la mañana siguiente encontramos al ‘señor’ si así se le puede llamar de recepción al cual le comentamos lo ocurrido, entra en la habitación nos mira con mala cara y empieza a reír a carcajadas lo cual fue muy molesto e incómodo, nosotros nos callamos por no tener problemas. El hombre nos dice que nos puede cambiar de habitación sin problema, nos ofrece una habitación (301), sale de la habitación mofándose de nosotros y contándoles el caso a las chicas de la limpieza de la habitación de al lado. Entramos en la habitación que nos habían ofrecido y dejado la puerta abierta para que cambiáramos las cosas y vemos que era una habitación con una cama de 135 cm (pequeña para nosotros) así que decidimos bajar a recepción y comentárselo al recepcionista preguntándole si no podia ser posible que reparasen la pata ya que la habitación que nos habían dado tenía la cama muy pequeña. Nos respondió muy molesto que todas las camas eran iguales gritándonos ahí ya explotamos y le dijimos que ya valía de burl**** de nosotros primero ridiculizándonos en la habitación y ahora diciéndonos que las camas eran iguales y de malas maneras, este empezó a tratarnos fatal y a decirnos que si lo acusábamos de homófobo que todos éramos iguales y buscábamos problemas que si éramos muy hombres saliésemos a pegarnos a la calle que no había cámaras. He de decir que en ningún momento hicimos alusión a nuestra orientación sexual pero tras la frase sois todos iguales ya entendimos cual era el problema. Subimos a la habitación decidimos no arruinar nuestro fin de semana así que pedimos que no limpiasen la habitación y nos fuimos. Cuando salíamos del hotel el hombre seguía diciendo ojalá nos veamos en la calle como hombres que os tengo muchas ganas a lo cual respondí nos veremos en los judgados. La siguiente noche dormimos con el colchón en el suelo y solucionado. Agradeciera que se pusiese en contacto con nosotros el encargado del hotel a que este dijo que ahí el responsable de todo era el recepcionista.

Apart'hôtel très bien situé, à 5 mns de la station de métro et à 2 pas de l'arrêt de bus. Nombreux bars, restos et supérettes dans ce quartier tranquille. Hôtel très propre,grande chambre, lit confortable, salle de bain avec une grande baignoire et coin kitchenette idéal pour cuisiner ou réchauffer un petit plat lorsque l'on ne veut pas ressortir dîner ou pour prendre son petit déj.
