Bonavista Apartments - Eixample

The company is very organized and check-in/out is all done independently. You receive a code and are able to leave luggage in the building lockers while waiting for check-in at 3pm. You then have a code for the keybox to get the unit keys and upon departure just leave them in the unit. They are very responsive to any inquiries before and during your stay. The unit is basic and ok for a few nights if you seek an alternative and more affordable option to a hotel. They provide sheets and towels, starter kit for washing, and shampoo/conditioner in shower. There is a washer/dryer in the unit but please note that machines in Europe take longer for cycles. A small load can be up to 2 hours and you are better off using the drying rack to dry. Keep this in mind if you are doing laundry in a hurry! For cooking there are no staples just as salt, oil, sugar, etc. Used mostly to keep some fruit and drinks in the fridge, not for preparing meals! While the location is fabulous, if you have an apartment facing the street it will be VERY NOISY!! There is a school across the street and kids are loud in the am and during their breaks. There are also many nearby bars and the patrons are loud. And as it's on a main road, there is tons of traffic noise including the motorcycles contstantly buzzing by. Even if you keep the shutters and windows closed, you will hear the noise. The interior room has the noise of the elevator and the people talking in the stairwell. A few nights the noise from another unit with loud tenants could be heard. Perhaps consider one of the other properties that may be quieter but this location is not. Or get an interior apt but you would not have any view or natural light. The taxi stand across the street is convenient especially for getting to the airport. There are always taxis and if you need help, the H10 hotel is very good.

Apartamento muy bien ubicado y muy accesible a todos los lugares de interés. Pequeño y bien distribuído, aunque el baño es diminuto y la ducha regular. No nos agradó que nos dieran planta baja con vistas a un patio interior ni que no tuvieran preparadas las sabanas y toallas para uno de nosotros. No obstante, lo solucionaron con mucha rapidez. Agradecemos, por tanto, la buena comunicación en todo momento y disponer de consigna en el mismo bloque para dejar nuestro equipaje.

terribile. meglio dormire per strada, è più pulito. preservativo sotto il letto, polvere daopertutto, lavastoviglie rotta e bagni senza areazione. Posto minuscolo e servizi di pulizia totalmente inesistenti. vergognoso

Très belle surprise, l'appartement est comme sur les photos, j'avais peur du bruit car le nôtre est côté rue mais ça va. Les fenêtres sont vieillottes, mais ça paraît du double vitrage. En effet, la table est usée et on peut prévoir un rafraîchissement mais cela n'est pas urgent.. un kit de bienvenu est mis à disposition, mais il manque un liquide pour laver la vaisselle, sel, poivre ( j'en ai ramené avec moi). L'appartement sentait la javel un peu ce qui est positif surtout avec les virus Covid actifs. Plusieurs magasins et restaurants autour.Victor est très aimable et a répondu à nos questions avant le séjour. Je recommande car le tarif est avantageux par rapport au quartier et au service.
