The place was great. FYI: It's a one-room (not bedroom) apartment with everything needed in an apartment to cook - I would think great for an extended stay for a couple or small family with the playground literally right outside the front door. The guy at the front desk was super-professional. The only trick to to this place was the €350 deposit which Trip.com doesn't cover - they do warn you about it in the fine print if you are diligent enough to read it, which I wasn't 😥. So, I had to go to the ATM, pull out €350 in cash to give to them which they won't return in cash. They will do an international bank transfer which can be a bit tricky if you don't do many of those. The guy at the desk was apologetic & said he wished it wasn't company policy & now I know why! I have had to go back and forth with their accounting & my bank trying to figure out how to do international bank transfers & I still don't have my €350 in my bank account in Texas now almost a month later.

La situación está genial, cerca de la parada de autobuses y líneas de metro. A un paso de la Rambla la catedral y también muchos supermercados alrededor, bares y restaurantes. Nos ha encantado.

非常差，check in在別的酒店打車需要十歐，這不扯淡麼，我check out之後還被無故扣了幾十歐，對！***晚上還沒有熱水了，我洗的涼水澡，不是一個差子能形容，室內也是非常簡陋。一個窮遊酒店也不是窮遊價。

服務人員友善，公寓內的設施跟照片一樣，使用起來也很方便，地點也很便利。床很好睡，空調設備非常好，暖氣很夠。

The apartment is right outside a restaurant so it was loud during weekends til about 1am.

Great location, steps away from many restaurants and shops, can be a bit noisy overnight on the weekends but to be expected in such a busy area!

Miguel was very helpful and came out to piazza to find us when we were lost. Lots of helpful information about the area and always happy to assist.

Fantastic location in a lovely part of town. I quickly adopted the square on which it was situated as home!

The reception is open from 10.30 to 18:00 and they can help you between those hours and also keep your luggage between them. The room was very clean and we were requested to clean it after we left.pretty nice staying

Lovely apartment, fantastic for a couples city break. The apartment had everything we needed and was close to the centre of Barcelona. The air-con was brilliant for when we came back after a day exploring. There were shops and restaurants close by which was very convient. We would definitely stay here again.

Could improve the roof top terrasse to Really used it The only négatif point, and i dont know if hotel or exepdia, we realised that we whant to leave 1 day earlier, since we tour Barcelone enough, on no one whants to crédit the night, we left anyway... But generally, really good hotel, thanks..
