Casa Jam Barcelona

服務很好，前台工作人員很熱情，給我推薦景點餐廳並且很關心我這個旅客，還和我們愉快聊天，但是房間很差，大概三個房間12人共同一個浴室廁所，室友素質一般，床很硬，房間有異味，一晚上沒睡好

非常完美的旅館，裝修非常新，環境很棒，廚房無敵！

Ein Ort voller Studenten und Familien, eine kleine Realität, die aus dem Wesentlichen besteht. Die Jungs Lucia und Damian sind sehr zuvorkommend und gastfreundlich. In der Nähe von zwei U-Bahn-Stationen erreichen Sie bequem das Zentrum und das Stadion mit nur wenigen Haltestellen. Die Einfachheit einer Herberge in einem Barrio voller ethnischer Gruppen und wo Sie Barcelona so a**en können, wie die Barcelonier es leben. Wer keine Ansprüche hat und wieder 20 sein möchte, ist hier genau richtig!

We (a family of 4, two adults, two teens) stayed at Casa Jam during October half term. Casa Jam is really close to Joanic station, and Joanic links up to many other metro lines, so it's easy to get around Barcelona. We arrived quite late at night as we had a late flight. The receptionist welcomed us to Casa Jam, gave us the key to our room and explained how things worked. She also gave us a map of Barcelona and explained how to get around. I would like to mention that there's ALWAYS somebody at reception (unless they've gone for a minute to sort something out, but they're always back quickly). Staff is really friendly, and happy to help. We got the "Bon Jour" room that you can see on their website, but they've replaced the lockers with a different unit which includes a safe (very, VERY helpful!!!). The room, including the bathroom, was very clean, and it has a view of the lovely patio. Each bed has a little recess with a light and a socket to plug in your charger, etc. The size of the room is good, but we mostly relaxed in the shared area (which includes the kitchen) or the patio. In the kitchen/shared area, there are cupboards and fridges where you can store your food (there are labels to stick on your food). It's also equipped with an electric cooker and a microwave, cutlery, plates and cups, etc. There are several shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. Any requests (for example, an extra pillow) were dealt with immediately. We found Casa Jam to be a very quiet place. We had noisy neighbours one night (just talking loudly, laughing, etc, no antisocial behaviour), but as it was very late (past 11pm) I went to speak to the young man at reception and he sorted it out immediately. And I mean, immediately. There's organic coffee and black and green tea (proper tea leaves!) from the organic, fair-trade, eco-friendly shop nearby. My teenage son cheered up every morning at the thought of popping down to the kitchen to help himself to some "real coffee". In the shared area there's also a section for younger kids. Mine are in their teens, so I didn't pay attention, but there's a bean bag, a table and books (possibly some toys as well?). There are also books in different languages, some board games and a deck of cards on the shelves. In summary: well communicated but far enough from the town centre that is quiet, excellent value for money, clean, quiet and safe.

The people where so friendly and welcoming they couldn't have done any more to help and accommodate us. The place itself was so clean and cool on a few very hot summer days. Both my kids (9 and 6) felt happy and at ease and there where lots of things for them to do in the common spaces including games, books, jigsaws and colouring. The staff also gave us some great recommendations for places to eat and visit. The area is so lovely and chilled and felt very safe. With lots of squares where families hang out at night and lovely restaurants. Overall Casa JAM made me and my whole family feel safe, comfortable and very welcome. We will definitely be back.

Very bad experience, until I reach the hostel then they told me wrong reservation!!!!! I spend a lot of money to find another accommodation. Then I went to another hostel I paid 400 euros for 2 night only which is expensive, all because of this Casa jam hostel, Not recommended at all.

Ficamos 2 noites e foram de uma amabilidade incrível desde o momento da reserva. Ao check in ofereceram-se para recomendar alguns pontos turísticos e restaurantes na zona! O quarto era espaçoso o suficiente para os dois e a casa de banho muito bem apresentada e cuidada. Um sítio a revisitar numa próxima ida a Barcelona!

Casa Jam si trova in un fantastico quartiere a misura di famiglia, la struttura è ben curata e pulita, letti abbastanza comodi (noi eravamo in una stanza con 2 letti a castello) Il bagno completamente rinnovato! La cucina condivisa risulta essere ben ordinata, pulita e un ottima soluzione se si vuol fare colazione portando proprie vivande. Personale giovane e gentilissimo. Tutto nel rispetto di un'impronta ecologica e sostenibile. Consigliatissimo

Auberge de jeunesse très propre et bien située. Accueil avec le sourire, on se sent comme à la maison. La cuisine située au sous sol est très pratique et bien agencée avec plusieurs tables, il y a de la place pour tout le monde. Le petit plus pour les parents de jeunes enfants, une salle de jeux y est aménagée! Nous y retournerons avec plaisir ☺️
