SSagar DodejaWe became Hyatt Member and still we had to call so many times for just 2 bottles of water.
Moreso, it’s been 20 days and still they have not released the security deposit. Everywhere we went in our USA trip, the security deposit was released the very same day of checkout. We called them so many times, they say that we have unblocked it but it still show pending in our credit card.
Then we saw many google reviews that this is a common problem of Hyatt Place at Anaheim.
We will try to avoid staying here the next time.

GGuest UserLocation is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

GGastnutzerDie Lage ist großartig, sichere Nachbarschaft. Reiset für ein Konzert im Honda Zentrum und konnte dort in 5 Minuten mit wenig Verkehr oder Schwierigkeiten zu erreichen. Hotel hat eine große Atmosphäre, möchte dort buchen. Sauberkeit des Zimmers war nicht das beste. Seitentisch hatte Pen-Töchter. Fixierung im Badezimmer wurde gebrochen. Es gab Müll in verschiedenen Bereichen von früheren Besuchern. Pee-Fliesen auf der Badezimmerwand und andere Fliesen um die Möbel.

드드라이어Very clean. And 10mints to go to the Disney by walk. Many people walk. After fireworks many people go along the street together so it is feel safe. There was ice machine every floor. I fill my bottle with ice. It was very helpful. It is in so room door is espoused out there so A little noisy. If I go Disney again, then I will visit this hotel again. Reasonable price and good to sleep. You can use pool early in the morning.

MMARK1972酒店位置很好，辦理入住的姐姐很熱情，還親自出來幫我們寄存行李，帶我們去吃早餐，酒店有特別通道提前半小時入園，位置就在游泳池邊上，房間很小，洗手間很小，酒店設施很舊，洗澡水流很小，也就是快捷酒店水平，是我們住過最差的迪斯尼酒店，下午三點以後才能拿到入住的門卡，停車費六十多美金一天，有代客泊車，服務很好，也很方便，總體來講，如果過來玩住在這裏那是絕對方便，但是設施肯定是差強人意，不值這個價錢，早餐一位加税六十多美金，沒有幾樣吃的，就是那種典型的白人餐，還要付款小費。還有我都離店了結帳了，酒店又兩次刷了我的信用卡，不過兩次都沒有成功，我發現以後把這張卡凍結了，不清楚什麼原因，而且是在半夜的時候，大家要注意！

MMr TongDie Lage des Hotels ist nicht schlecht, wenn Sie ART Bus, nur 10 Minuten und 1 Haltestelle zum Disneyland Park. Allerdings ist die Zeit nicht genau. Sie folgen nicht immer dem Zeitplan bei seiner App. Verrückt für mich.
Wenn Sie in die Innenstadt Disney gehen wollen, müssen Sie 20-25 Minen verbringen, aber leicht zugänglich.
Frühstück ist jeden Morgen die gleiche, keine Änderung. Grundnahrung. Aber gut für das geschriebene Kcal für Nahrung. 😄
Kein heißes Wasser, das auch ein Restaurant oder ein Zimmer zur Verfügung steht.

AAnonymer BenutzerEs gibt einen kleinen Laden im Hotel und einen Supermarkt und Starbucks erreichen Sie nach einem kurzen Spaziergang. Obwohl es in gerader Linie in der Nähe des Angels Stadium liegt, ist es ein langer Umweg und der Fußweg dauert etwa 30 Minuten. Es war schwer, nach dem Spiel ein Uber zu bekommen, aber es war schön, zu Fuß nach Hause gehen zu können. Das Hotel war sauber und das Personal freundlich. Das Restaurant im ersten Stock ist nicht zu teuer und das Essen ist zufriedenstellend. Ich denke, es ist ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Hotel.

GGuest UserDas Hotel war kurz zu Fuß zum Eingang in Disneyland und Kalifornien Abenteuer. Einchecken war sehr schnell und das Personal war unglaublich hilfreich und freundlich. Parkplatz war zusätzlicher, aber nicht ein Deal-breaker, obwohl andere Hotels im Block kostenfreie Parkplätze bieten. Sie garantieren einen Platz für jedes Zimmer, so dass es hilfreich ist. Nach dem Parkplatz wurden wir von der Person kontaktiert, um unseren Truck zu einem größeren Ort zu bewegen, wo es sicherer wäre, sehr schöne Berührung! Das Zimmer war sauber und leicht zugänglich durch Treppen oder Aufzug. Der gemeinsame Raum für das Zimmer und das Badezimmer waren sehr klein, aber günstig. Keurig Typ Kaffeemacher und Kaffee/Tee im Zimmer mit einem Mini-Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle alle in Betriebsordnung. Bett und Kuchen waren komfortable. Ich würde sicherlich noch einmal buchen, vor allem bei der Geschwindigkeit, die wir auf Trip.

On our forat day hte rooms.wanst cleaned. Every day after, I had to wait for.thwm.to come by and we had to go.outsode the door.for.them.to clean it even then, they did not really clean it to standarda I.whad to ask them to vacuum the floor. They also do not give us 4.towels as what I have reserved. They want us to call the service desk and they come to.del8ver it so not bad. I just think it's ridiculous when the housekeeping itself.reuse to give extra.
I only went.t9 a breakfast once. It looks like they always have the same menu every day.
Overall, it's not that bad. But if they improve the service, that would be a wonderful hotel.
