Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich außergewöhnlich, und es war zweifellos eine der besten Hotelerfahrungen, die wir je hatten. Wir waren unglaublich beeindruckt von den Bemühungen, Jaybie, Kim und Kelvin, unseren besonderen Tag so erinnerebar zu machen. Die Überraschung war das absolute Highlight unserer Reise, und wir sind so dankbar für den unverschämten Service und echte Wärme.

The rooms have been refurbished recently but the spa and fitness amenities are very dated and tired. They urgently need to be refurbished too as they don’t offer the comfort and luxury you would expect from Four Seasons. Service was mixed, some of the stuff was very attentive and other was just indifferent, so for us service was again not what we are used to by FS. We would recommend staying here only if you are on business trip because of the location.

Mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été tout simplement exceptionnel. Dès mon arrivée, le personnel a été attentif, offrant un service personnalisé et me faisant me sentir chaleureusement accueilli. La chambre était spacieuse, décorée avec élégance et dotée de grandes fenêtres offrant une belle vue sur la ville. Le lit était incroyablement confortable, garantissant une nuit de sommeil reposante. Les options de restauration étaient fantastiques, avec une variété de cuisines internationales et locales. Le petit-déjeuner a été un véritable point fort, avec des options fraîches et délicieuses pour tous les goûts. Les équipements de l’hôtel étaient de haute qualité, y compris une salle de fitness bien équipée et un spa relaxant. L’emplacement était également parfait, avec des attractions à proximité. Dans l’ensemble, j’ai eu une expérience inoubliable et je recommande vivement cet hôtel à ceux qui recherchent un séjour luxueux.

Das Zimmer war insgesamt sauber und gemütlich. Aber ein wenig Rauch von Rauchen kam in unser Zimmer, das ein wenig unbehaglich ist, weil wir ein Baby mit uns haben.

The hotel was super and amazing, I was there because I was attending a sports even in Riyadh Arena, and it was 10 minutes walking distance from the location. It was also walking distance from Granada Mall, which was good enough for shopping all your needs. The room was spacious, you will be amazed by the space considering it is a 4 stars hotel. The bathroom was super clean and well equipped with your necessities. I had iron, bath robe, extra pillows, extra bed covers, all in the room ready to use, without the need to request from the hotel. The employees were helpful and their service was superb. The breakfast was decent, small but it had all the varieties. The breakfast area was extra super cold, but this is a personal preference as some people like it that way... An extra note that their check out is at 2.00 p.m. which actually amazed me, since all hotels checks you out at 12 pm. I would definitely stay again there. Thank you

Everything that you want from a hotel - clean rooms (spacious and quite - cannot hear neighbours or the highway infront of the house), good service (after two days the staff made me omelette without me even asking for it) and perfect location (central and 2-3mins walking distance from Al Mourabba metro and Lulu hypermarket). If - like me - you can’t go a day without exercise, the gym offers the basic equipment, too. Recommend you book with breakfast - it’s buffet and has sufficient choice.

В целом не плохой отель для своей цены, в Саудовской Аравии тяжело найти что-то не дорогое и нормальное. Тут надо понимать, что все ездят на машинах, поэтому чуть был напряг в дороге. Я была с детьми и единственное, что не совсем устроило ходить мимо 2-х строек до метро (в общем с детьми подумайте нужны ли вам такие приключения). Но до метро идти 13-15 минут, по дороге отличное индийское кафе + рядом с метро круглосуточный продуктовый, где отличные цены на все. И банкомат где получилось снять деньги в риалах в РФ карты Россельхозбанка. И есть БаскинРобинс, бургерные, улицы с магазинами. Мы посиди не убираться, были 3 дня. В номере чайник и холодильник, микроволновки нет, еду погреть негде, учитывайте, но там такая жара, что это не проблема особо. Кондиционер работают отлично, с душем и туалетом не было проблем. В общем 6 из 10.
