Excellent 💯 it’s clean and the service is really good  Also the employees working there were very helpful and respectful.

A Tranquil Escape Steeped in Heritage If you're looking for an unforgettable blend of cultural richness and refined luxury, Bab Samhan in Diriyah is simply exceptional. Nestled in the heart of Saudi Arabia’s historic Diriyah district, this Luxury Collection Hotel captures the soul of Najdi tradition with world-class hospitality. From the stunning mud-brick architecture to the serene courtyards and curated Saudi interiors, every corner of the property tells a story. The service is warm and intuitive — genuinely some of the best I’ve experienced. The rooms are peaceful sanctuaries, and the dining experience celebrates local flavors with elegance and creativity. Bab Samhan is more than just a hotel — it's a cultural experience. Highly recommended for anyone seeking authenticity, comfort, and a deep sense of place.

As a result of a big delay in one of our flights, we missed the connecting flight, so we booked the Radisson near the airport for the night. We arrived at the hotel half an hour after we booked on trip.com. It was late and we were exhausted after the flight delay. The hotel couldn’t find our booking. I don’t know if it’s trip.com’s problem or the hotel’s but I suspect it’s the latter’s. It took us more than half an hour arguing with the hotel that we have a confirmed booking that has been prepaid. It was frustrating as it was nearly midnight. We were very disappointed with the reception. Luckily the room was ok.

Wonderful family stay. Wonderful family stay. We spent two nights here with our child and had a great experience. The hotel was really clean and our room was pleasantly big, giving us plenty of space. All the staff were very helpful. The location in Al Hamra is decent; the nearest metro station is about a 15-minute walk away, and it's a short drive to main attractions. We would happily stay again.
