"Insgesamt war alles gut. Aber was den Reinigungsservice betrifft, war es ein bisschen enttäuschend, weil wir im Haus schliefen, die Reinigungskräfte öffneten einfach das Haus und gingen hinein, um zu putzen. Wir waren schockiert. Zum Glück war mein Bruder da und bat sie, draußen zu warten. Wir waren schockiert, dass er die Tür öffnen konnte, nicht einmal anklopfen ✊, bevor er hineinging. Nur das, aber ansonsten finden wir alles gut. Ich habe diese Einrichtung auch meiner Freundin für ihren Familienurlaub empfohlen."

"The  hotel has the best location, it is on top of a mega mall with a supermarket, everything opens from 10am to 10pm. The variety of food made us keep going back. The hotel includes breakfast buffet which it is very decent and has good selection for locals and visitors, and the menu is slightly different everyday for a good surprise. The staff is very friendly, and they greet us every time.  We certainly will stay there again."

"The staffs are excellent and location is great, just 100 meters from KSL city. Lots of eateries around and there is night market on every Monday evening. Only couple of things that can be better. One is the shower pressure and toilet flushing pressure. Then is the sound proofing problem, I had a connecting room and imagine I can clearly the snoring of next door guest, and the conversation from doorway and next door. Last is the table light, there’s no switch to switch it off but to unplug from the outlet? Or I don’t know the the switch is located at the table light 🤪 Overall great stay and love the breakfast spread, will come back but I’ll sure ask for non-connected room."

"We headed to R&F link bridge from CIQ-City Square mall right after we were informed check-in is available around 2pm+.  We were quite disappointed with the long walk with breakage of the link bridge due to RTS construction works ongoing. The long climbs of stairs down then up to the continuation link bridge is rather a hassle especially for guest who carries luggage as we have seen along the way. Luckily we only carried light backpack as we only stay for one night. The procedure of checking in to R&F Princess Cove is rather simple by following a step-by-step instruction via WhatsApp. The unit assigned to us is at B1-1 Block on the 33rd floor. It was right after the rain stopped when we reached. There is a broken-handle window along the corridor hence not properly closed.  The heavy rain has actually poured onto the corridor flooring and we almost slipped as we didn’t see the patch of water. The unit assigned to us was according to our request (away from lift, non-smoking & high floor).  The unit we should say, is well maintained, clean and really nice!!! The only flaw is that the seaview is not as expected (only a slant opening seaview perhaps). The only bedroom ceiling light cum fan is great. However, the bedroom entrance downlight electrical point is tied to the ceiling light cum fan which the entrance downlight can’t be switched off when the fan is in operation during sleep….anyway, we turned on the aircon thereafter in order not to be affected by the glaring bedroom entrance downlight. Even there are 2 pillows each, they are rather too soft and we couldn’t sleep well.  Apart from the above, we enjoyed very much at the Living and Kitchen areas where we watched TV drama & having our meals. The next morning while heading out to walk around the premises, a pale stale stink smell from the rubbish chute on our level can be smelt while waiting for the lift to go down…… The exterior environment of R&F Princess Cove (phase 2) is comfortable especially on the 8th floor where gardens, swimming pool, gym, viewing deck, jogging track and link bridge to R&F mall are resided. One thing to praise is that R&F Princess Cove has friendly, nice security guards and staffs who have communicated via WhatsApp, thumbsup!  Overall we think it is good to stay provided the CIQ to R&F Princess Cove link bridge is complete."

"Das Hotel ist insgesamt in Ordnung. Das Zimmer war sauber. Aber wir waren unsagbar überrascht, als wir die Fenster öffneten und die Aussicht aus unserem Zimmer im 23. Stock genossen. Sie können selbst sehen, wie schlecht es gepflegt ist. Ansonsten sind sie nicht entgegenkommend, wenn wir nach zusätzlichen Mineralwasserflaschen fragen, im Gegensatz zu 5-Sterne-Hotels, die uns auf Anfrage ein paar geben. Hier ist es anscheinend kostenpflichtig. Einer der männlichen Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war nicht sehr freundlich, als er unsere Fragen beantwortete. Keine Wärme, kein Lächeln oder freundliche Ausstrahlung von ihm. Das ist eine Überraschung für einen Hotelangestellten. Da kann man besser sein. Das Frühstück war nicht allzu schlecht und bot eine gute Auswahl. Prost!"

"First time heading to mid valley area, thus decide to try out this hotel. After a challenging egate downtime day, I had finally arrived at hotel O PE RO. Pros: Soothing aroma smelly lobby reminds me to Big box hotel. Room was compact but comfortable to sleep well. Giant sogo view motivates my shopping time. Hotel staffs were generous to provide more water as my child was having a nasty sore throat. Thank you. Breakfast - Chicken rendang is towards the sweeter side but bursting with tasty coconut milk. I adored the proficient roti prata chef who won me over with his crispy prata. Cons: As an avid hotel guest swimmer, this is the first time I had to share a pool with a few intelligent crows who dripped their beak into the minimum chlolrine pool. How bizzare.. Safety come first when making your way to Mid valley shopping mall. Many vehicles which include coach buses making their way to the carpark.. Bring along an umbrella and put spf."

"We stayed at the hotel at very last minute and it came as a recommendation from someone. However the room amenities were not up to expectation coming in on Berjaya branding. The toilet were not furnished properly as it doesn't give you a bath mat and the floor was slippery coming out of the bath tub. No face towel provided, just a bath towel. The water flow for the rain shower was so low pressure and the water tap hard to turn. Ours were separate single beds, but one of the bedsheets was not clean. Breakfast was provided as part of the stay and the spread was acceptable. Normal local delights provided. Downside, getting to the car park was a hassle and signage not too clear. Long drive up the ramp to level 6C and long walk to hotel room (go thru the whole ballroom, function rooms area). Unlikely to return stay unless no choice."

"The room is clean and spacious, all is good is just some of the room amenities are not good which include the toiletries provided. 1) The toothpaste is in a packet form, difficult to use, and reuse. Also, the hand wash pump seems faulty soap is very difficult to squeeze out. 2) They only provide 1 hair wash gel, no conditioner. 3) In the shower area, there is no extra stand to put our own facial foam/toiletries. 4) The air conditioning in the living room is very cold, no matter how much adjustment is made with the remote. All these could be improved, hopefully the hotel takes into consideration all these feedback."

"Ich blieb vor kurzem an einem Ort und es verdient wirklich seine fünf-Sterne-Bewertung; die Anlage war spotless und außergewöhnlich gut gepflegt. Es ist auch bequem in der Nähe einer Mall 🛍️, so dass es super einfach zu verabschieden in einer Einzelhandelstherapie. Die Lage selbst ist fantastisch, bietet einfachen Zugang zu vielen Attraktionen. Darüber hinaus war der Zimmerservice beeindruckend gut, immer schnell und das Essen lecker. Insgesamt hatte ich eine erstaunliche Erfahrung und würde es definitiv empfehlen."

"The hotel is at a convenient location near Johor Causeway. The Hotel is clean and have good interiors. Check in and checkout process very smooth. Hotel in room food menu is good. Buffet breakfast is awesome. Have plenty of option for every food preferences."
