Sehr schönes und zentral gelegenes Hotel. An der einen oder anderen Stelle etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Gutes Frühstück und schöne executive Lounge.

Das war die schlimmste Erfahrung, die ich jemals in meinem Leben gemacht habe. Im Zimmer gab es seltsame Geräusche (alle 3-4 Minuten). Wir mussten dreimal das Zimmer wechseln und dafür brauchten sie fast 3 Stunden. Können Sie das glauben???? Es hat uns die ganze Nacht verdorben und wir haben unseren Plan für unseren Jahrestag versäumt. Die Einstellung der Rezeption (eine Frau) war nett, aber die Einstellung des Managers war noch schlimmer. Er war unhöflich. Er wusste nicht, wie man gut kommuniziert und hat den Vorfall extrem schlecht gehandhabt. Die Gruppe muss ihre Mitarbeiter wirklich besser schulen. Für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel ist das überhaupt nicht professionell. Das Einzige, was ich sagen kann, ist, dass sie uns beim Auschecken am nächsten Tag die Zimmerservice-Gebühr (2 Suppen) vom anderen Manager erlassen haben, aber ich war immer noch wütend über das, was passiert war.

I must say this hotel is really well convenient to BTS Chitlom station. About 8-10min walk and u have to walk inside, and 7-11 is nearby BTS. Bed is super comfortable with shower amenities provided. However staff can be improved with better service attitude at times, as I was there when the earthquake happened.

Stayed for two nights with breakfast. Location was nesr the shopping malls and convenient.

Thank you so much for surprising and effort on arrangement . We had a great and wonderful stayed. Will stay again on next visit.

Nice hotel good location close to central world and big c breakfast is good

The hotel is a bit dated but clean. Staff are excellent very welcoming. The gym wasn’t as good as I’d hoped. Indoor pool looks a bit shabby especially compared to the photos. Great location next to BTS station.

Perfect location , good and helpful staff .

I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel that exceeded my expectations! The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were incredibly courteous, always greeting me with a smile and ready to assist with any requests. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and pleasant stay!

Great place for take a rest and more convenience. We will come back again :)

The property is a little dated but it's clean overall. Location wise, it's pretty convenient as it's about a 3-5 mins walk to the Skywalk which connects you to Chitlom BTS or CentralWorld.

The hotel staffs are friendly and location is super.  Near to World Trade Center and Pratunam within walking distance.  Breakfast is fantastic lots of variety and taste good.

Nice hotel, very good location. The only downside is, the traffic on the Main Street could be horrible, was stuck in the traffic jam for more than 30mins.

The location is excellent. It rained during my stays but I don't have to worry. I can go big C, central world, skytrain station and other shopping malls the bridge connects them all
