Gute Unterkunft, komfortabel, sauber, schöne Aussicht, gutes Servicepersonal, gute Aufmerksamkeit, sowohl das Personal an der Rezeption als auch der Service im Restaurant, günstige Lage, es gibt eine Verbindung zu The Market, Big C, Central World. Alles in allem beeindruckend. und möchte dem Service des Personals eine ganz besondere Note geben

Convenient location, next to Platinum Mall. However we feel that amenities are a bit old. Some of the switches are not working and the water from the basin keep spraying on us as its too strong.

First time I stayed at Novotel Platinum Pratunam. I’ve tried other hotels in the Pratunam area. I must say I should have stayed here earlier! The location is fantastic, the service is great, and the rooms are nice and clean. It is next to the bridge to Central World and Big C. Platinum Mall and its McDonald’s are right next to it. Pratunam Market is also just across the street. This hotel is truly the most convenient for business travellers with limited time to shop when in Bangkok 🙂👍

Am happy with the location of hotel which is near all the shopping areas and also have many options for a nice massage

Pro: location convenience, hotel room is big, room come with nice view, afternoon and evening cocktails food are nice. Service staff are friendly. Con: water pressure and temperature not consistent. I indicated birthday celebration, understand subjected to hotel but was expecting a small deco but did not have it when other hotels i stayed usually will do such nice gestures.

10/10 for the location. Easy access and less traffic when ordered Grab taxi. Great SPA. No USB plug in room. Some Amenities only upon request. Complimentary water was sufficient. Air-conditioning not sufficient during day time although full blast. Shower pressure not strong enough.

Fabulous hotel location. Room aircon is cooling enough. Bathroom shower pressure was awesome. Overall clean and nice.

Not really Welcoming by the staff at the lobby .Lobby at Level 6,not convenient because need to transfer lift .Bathroom smaller than expected,the toilet room needless to be that big.Bed is comfort ,silent night .Good Location if you’re shopping at Pratunam ,CentralWorld and Platinum Mall. Breakfast is good and plenty of choices .Pool and bar at level 9,we didn’t use it because the weather is super hot ,36*C.Overall good

In between to both airports of BKK. Short distance to Airport Rail Link station Rajaprarop, also skywalk connection to skytrain station Chit Lom. Siam Square near many footcourts and a BigC too. Good homebase to explore BKK or even for a stopover between two flights. Very appreciating to children and families. Two things I would have liked to know in advance: 1) When arriving from skytrain Chid Lom we just encountered a sign indicating the way to the receiption via a long stairway, so we had to search for it the other way due to heavy suitcases; so ignore the stairway and remain on skywalk. Surround the building outside (do not enter the shopping mall). 2) all is quite clean (for what to expect in Thailand). But for some unknown reason Even in a hotel of this class the don‘t clean wall switches, they seemed to have all dirt and microbes on it from years. So I‘d better had a strong desinfectant with me. View from the bar (9th level together with the pool): See picture. Mojito was international standard and very good. A very good surprise was the breakfast: Several livecooking stations, serving the preferences of many cultures and better plan a hour to enjoy it. From 10:30h they start clearing away the buffet.

Quite disappointed, the room is quite outdated and old. Nothing to shout about. The lift has no air con, poorly maintained. Will never stay again, far cry from what’s advertised

The location is very advantageous. We can easily access to convenient stores, Central would and Big C.

Curtain got stains not sure is wine stain or blood stain that made me unable to sleep well for three days.
