Es ist ein Hotel, das erst im Dezember eröffnet wurde. Es ist sehr neu und verfügt über gute Einrichtungen. Doch der offensichtliche Dekorationsgeruch verschwand nicht ganz, wir fanden auch eine Ameise im Zimmer. Auf der anderen Straßenseite gibt es eine 711 und ein Einkaufszentrum, was zum Essen sehr praktisch ist. Es gibt auch einen kostenlosen Shuttlebus vom und zum Flughafen. Der Service an der Rezeption war einwandfrei und der Concierge war sehr freundlich. Ich werde dieses Hotel das nächste Mal in der Nähe des Flughafens in Betracht ziehen.

This is the worst hotel I have been in my entire life. How can I start writing this review without going to the emergency department of the hospital for high blood pressure. The check-in went very smooth, the hotel is quite new, friendly staff, I was content until I went to the bar lounge. This is where pleasant turn into a nightmare. I ordered a Manhattan Cocktail drink ( color was redish wine) I was wearing my white gucci shoes , a white LV shirt. I was minding my own business until the waitress brings the drinks to my table and spills the entire drink onto my white shirt pants and shoes. The manager did not even bother to offer free laundry service all they offered was a 30% discount on the drink and free snacks. When I went up to my room, I was ready to shower because of the incident that happened at bar, I noticed that there was an old used tower hanging at the top of the shower door... It is so disgusting, I wonder if the bed cover and pillow cover are all newly washed or they used the the old used sheets and fixed the bed. I didn't want to take any chance to sleep on dirty old sheet that may have some ***** stain .. I ended up sleeping on the floor. Never even go to this hotel.

It was so clean because it was a new hotel and it was so close to the airport that it was so nice to stop by. I want to come again next time

Very new and very clean. The staffs including security, concierge, service staffs to the front desk & managers are very friendly and helpful during my short stay. many thanks for the hospitality! A great place to stay for transits or departure from Bangkok. Helps alot that they do have a shuttle service to the bkk airport. Departs hourly and be at the airport in 15mins, depending on traffic conditions. Book in advance during check-in to reserve your seats. A little far from the airport line but has reasonable amenities around the area ie. cross the road to paseo mall and food court/ mall. McDonald's is at the area. There is also a burger king a couple mins walk along the hotel. Will return if need a place to stay near bkk airport.

This was a great location, 15 min from the airport. There were delicious food options in the hotel but also just outside of the hotel were so many restaurants, malls and grocery stores. The breakfast was AMAZING. The pool was nice and a perfect way to relax after a long flight. This will be my new go to hotel in Bangkok.

Perfect stay if your work area is within Survanabumi airport. Clean and very good facilities

I would like to say the rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds.Great place to stay because it is very close to shopping mall

I had informed the hotel that I will only check in after 12 midnight of 8/2/24 as my flight only arrive in Bangkok at 10.35pm. The hotel has plenty of time to make sure the room is in good working condition but to my surprise, after I came into my room (2061) and after I put all my stuff, toiletries in place, I wanted to take a hot shower. You guess what? There is no hot water! I rang the front desk and all the duty manager could say is there is an issue on the hot water for the room and ask me if I want to wait 20 minutes to let Engrg Dept rectify it or he change the room for me. I took the option of change room as I do not want to have to wait another 20 minutes. It was only after another 5 minutes and my call again to front desk that a hotel staff came and took my bags to bring me to another room (2055). Now guess what? It is a disable room! I make a complaint to the duty manager and all he could say was sorry that he overlook? So much for the slogan stated on the keycard - “Your Key to an extraordinary stay”. Indeed extraordinary in the poor sense! It will be the last time I will stay with Marriott and I can’t help if I am not treated properly because I book through trip.com (agent) and not through the hotel itself. Kind of like they are not too concern with guests that do not come through their hotel booking system.

Very new nice Not easy to get a shuttle from BKK as it is impossible to call the hotel. The phone didn't answer.

Flight is in the next morning, good hotel to catch flight the next morning

Great hotel close to the airport. Shuttle bus service every hour.
