Amazing Hotel

Adoramos. Já é a 2 vez que vamos e somos sempre muito bem recebidos e atendidos.

Es un establecimiento muy bueno, con habitaciones amplias, luminosas, confortables, he repetido varias veces, y siempre con el mismo nivel.

Hotel bien ubicado, a un paso de la zona centro y al lado del paseo fluvial. Bonita piscina, con servicio de toallas y cafetería. Aunque el agua estaba un poco fría y los niños salpican demasiado tirándose sin parar. Desayuno muy completo y variado. Recomendable.

Bem localizado muito perto do centro histórico e de um parque agradável à beira rio. Relação preço qualidade muito boa. Bastante limpo e bem conservado.

Quarto limpo, situado perto do rio. Funcionários bastante simpáticos.

A janela do quarto além de não abrir direito, estava toda mas toda suja, nem dava para ver fora, além da falta de empatia do hotel e do seu staff, que mal fizemos checkout disseram que não podíamos ficar no hotel ou na piscina do hotel! Nas próprias palavras, “no máximo pode ficar meia horinha” completamente ridiculo, fomos para chaves para aproveitar o bom tempo e calor, escolhemos um hotel com piscina pois TODOS permitem o cliente ficar até ao fim do dia. A vossa arrogância valeu-vos nota 0 para mim! Acabei por vir embora sem aproveitar sequer a piscina! Completamente horrível não recomendo.

This hotel is well situated and has spacious rooms and we were able to park our motorbikes outside the front entrance. WiFi and TV was good. However there were a few not so good points. Housekeeping was poor. We had to ask for basic amenities and the bathroom had a bad smell. Breakfast choices were limited and there was no variety.

Travelling from Santander ( H O G) to Faro, we decided to visit Chaves and stay at this Hotel. The reception staff were friendly and helpful,loved the availability of the underground parking, The Room was immaculate and very comfortable, although no iron in Room and be careful if you are going to take a Bath, very slippery! Would have loved to use the pool but it was out of use during our duration! Breakfast was spot on, plenty of choice, overall experience was a very pleasant and positive one! Chaves well worth a visit!

Very well received, kind and dedicated staff, we travelled on a motorcycle which was aloud to stay in the front of the hotel, where it was safe. The room was very nice and quiet. The shower was very good, the breakfast exceeded the expectations.
