Had great 3nights stay. The hotell staff is lovely, service is their priority. Our room located highest floor, great view but they are little old and lacking amenities (need improvement) . Breakfast was good. Beach is so peaceful and nice clean.

The hotel needs renovating. The images online are not the same as reality. No smart tv, dirty sheets and holes in towels. The only thing that makes it worth the money is it faces the sunrise.

Great location, room is old including amenities in room. Mold is in beach bag and Head lump is broken . Breakfast was limited choice compared to our previous stay at this hotel.

Great location. The beach is great, easy to access. Hotel stuffs are friendly and helpful, even security guard is very friendly. The room is not in great condition. It is a bit old and needs some maintainance.

On the day chech in (Tuesday), we got the room late because they had not finished cleaning yet , even we arrived at 2.50 p.m. (their checkin time is 3 p.m.) the room was ready around 3.15 p.m.

The hotel construction is a bit aged but the room is so spaceful. Bathroom is huge like a bedroom. They have a bathtub with free bubble foam prepared aside.

Far from the center and nothing around. Sands are in the room. Wine pride is very expensive.

Locates at Ao Khai. Almost private Beach. Staff were nice and friendly. Building and design is not suitable for elderly andsmall kids because of stairs. Breakfast venue too small for guests, even during the week. Many people waited for seats

1. Safety - balcony sliding door is not working, unable to lock, intruders can easily get into the guestroom any time 2. Privacy - room next door is renovated from 9am-6pm 3. Hygiene - a poorly maintaied guestroom 4. Hospitality - most of staff are not friends, especially, frontdesk. 5. Hotel facility - it's quit hard to access. 6. Pleasant stay - there are better hotels nearby. If you dont concern about those things, this hotel might be your choice. From my experience, i wont go there ever. I should have stayed for 2 nights,however I left the hotel after one night. WORST EVER!!!
