I stayed two nights during the Eid holiday. And the hotel was busy. + The location is in a famous mall in Lampung +The bellboy is very friendly +The room atmosphere is very warm +clean bathroom +housekeeping was friendly and alert when we asked for help +breakfast with a delicious cheese omelet -I booked a type room with a kitchen. But I didn't find any cooking equipment that could be used. So the kitchen seems like it's just a display -Hotel receptionist look a fake friendly -Car parking for hotel guests is the same as mall parking, and valet parking is not always available -Pointless radisson member app. Because I had problems check in. My order via the Radisson hotel application was not recorded. -I don't know why the room type that I ordered was not available. So my room type was upgraded to a better one, but my child wanted a room with a bathtub like what I actually ordered. My daughter was a little disappointed However, the Radisson Lampung Hotel is always the best hotel in Bandar Lampung ❤️

We are very satisfied with the whole of Hotel services It was our 2nd surprise gift from my beloved sister. Iftar at Radison was very enjoyable, the food was delicious and varied, the staff were friendly, especially housekeeping brothers Zainal and Rahul who told me where the bathroom was, the waiters were also friendly. It was a pleasure to break the fast at the Radisson Lampung Kedaton Hotel. It is highly recommended for millennials to break their fast here, if I have time I will come back again

The best hotel service when I was on holiday in Sumatra, Radisson Lampung provided the best service and facilities and for gym & swimming pool facilities, public toilets were very clean, neat, comfortable, facilities. very satisfied room, clean comfortable, friendly staff Daffa, Angga & Fauzy thank you very much, satisfied

The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast has a wide range of good food, the staff is cheerful and professional, the pool is well maintained and the cost is reasonable. The only possible negative is that it is not easy to walk anywhere from that site except to the mall next door. Otherwise, recommended.

The best hotel in Lampung with excellent service from the humble staff, good facilities including a pool, gym, and playground for kids, and the hotel is connected to the mall . A comfort place to stay with family and next time i will definitely stay again at Radisson hotel

The hotel is nice, i felt comfortable when staying. I get room with a good view, nice room and spacious. The receptionist was nice and arrange me a good room thanks Mr. Morry i'm sure i'll be back again with my family for leisure. Also, i will try the breakfast next visit

The only complaint was Dea, reservation desk officer. She served me with anger. No smile on her face. I realy disappointed. I saw anger. I did not know why she hate me. I thougt I should have changed the hotel. Never ever again. I had good experienced when I stayed at Radisson Waterloo London late 2019.

Kindhearted staffs, shining rooms, breathtaking view and delightful breakfast, convenient location (very close to the Mall Bumi Kedaton, Tanjung Karang train station, and any other public places). We will be back some day In syaa Allah.

Radisson lampung is my favorite place to stay any time during my visit to lampung ,really they have amazing and friendly, stuff,and here ishould thank Mr.BARA who is always showing professional work and help wheneverwe need him ....thanks BARA for your kindness and professional work.
