My first time to be at tenera hotel,it was so excellent service and breakfast also superb good and so many variety,location nearby kipmall and my daughter and i so excited when we are here.keep it a good service

Everything was good. Some changes on parking fees, must validate ur car plate number at the counter to get flat rate of rm5/day.. The rest were good as always

I am so satisfied with all the accommodation ie rooms, the bellboy staffs, the parking bay n vallet parking staff also help much. The room was spectacular and very clean.

Lovely stay at Tenera Hotel, clean room, very friendly staff, the fantastic breakfirst with fish swimming around the pool. Have a good breakfirst with lot of selection. Very spacious breakfirst area and nice coffee. Would recommend this hotel.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making check-in a breeze. The room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated with modern amenities. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

I can say it is a Muslim friendly hotel with special secluded pool for women. They have a spacious lobby with a round the clock Cafe with FnB items at very reasonable prices. I had booked deluxe king room and its facing the road side. The room is well maintained spacious, clean and comfortable room. The parking is free and the buffet Breakfast spread was good with variety but too crowded and need to queue the line. Another things is the lift, should consider to make more lift available and can be used to avoid waiting time. So far my experience staying here was good and will stay again in future.

facilities,food all good…female pool are isolated and closed for female only which is female can enjoy by them only..view also good..

My 2nd time staying at this hotel. The two bedrooms apartment was so superb. Cleanliness tip top. Modern decorations. No issues on air cond and water supply. Ample parking. But u have to pay if u park in the basement. Overall, I am very satisfied. Will recommend and come back again. TQ 😊☺️☺️
