The staff were friendly and polite, unfortunately our room was dirty, there was make up on the pillows hair in the bed, the toilet was dirty. They changed our room fairly swiftly however the second room didn't have the double bed so my wife and I had to sleep separately, it also had a bogey on the wall by the curtains. However the breakfast was amazing, it was cook to order I didn't get the chefs name but the waitress introduced herself as Teresa. This was on the 2nd Feb 2025 so which ever chef was working can I just say thank you for an incredible breakfast. Best poached eggs ever. Everything was cooked perfectly. You made my rating go up.

The refurbed Premier Inn Craven Drive is excellent and provides good value. Plenty of car parking and good access to the motorway network with a wonderful breakfast. Comfortable guest rooms have been modernised which make for an enjoyable stay. The staff are very helpful and friendly,

The best Premier Inn I have ever stayed in. Friendly reception, exceptional quality rooms, perfect freshly made breakfast and great value for money. I stay at Premier Inn on a regular basis and found Preston South the best example i have ever come across

You always know what you're getting from a Premier Inn (something which can't be said for the wildly varied experience at other budget-friendly chains), but even so this Premier Inn was excellent. On arrival we were greeted by a friendly member of staff*, who chatted pleasantly and advised us about the free kids breakfast. The room was spotless, had a good size TV, a powerful shower and 2 very comfy beds. On coming down to breakfast, we discovered there was no lukewarm buffet here, there was breakfast cooked to order exactly how you wanted it, plus a large selection of cereals, pastries, juices and even decent coffee! The breakfast team were doing a brilliant job, with the staff member on reception coming to help when it got very busy. And I have to give a special mention to Kerry who cheerfully navigated a full dining room, making sure everyone had what they needed, keeping tables clear ready for the steady stream of incoming guests. An excellent hotel, with brilliant staff - would definitely stay here again. *Note to the Premier Inn person reading this: I'm sorry I was too tired to remember the name of the lovely guy on reception, but we checked in around 7.30 ish on Fri 1 / 11 / 24. Hoping you can figure out who he was and make sure he knows he's doing a great job too!!

Lovely peaceful location & nice spacious clean rooms. Good facilities, friendly staff. Rates could be lower but I had a good stay & woukd stay again. If I had one critiscm it's booking on your own website, it's not user friendly & takes to much time.

from booking in to time we left everyone, and everything was far better than my expectations, staff were helpful, friendly, courteous with sense of humour, mindful of my mobility problems, the room was spotless, wet room well planned, linen fresh and clean, bed very comfortable. Breakfast put the cherry on the cake, delicious. Thank you Preston South Craven Drive.

Beds and breakfasts were very good. Staff friendly and welcoming. The visit for the night enabled us to attend a friends 50th birthday party near by. The room was clean and whilst there was no air conditioning the heating was easy to control and responsive.

Just a note to say what a great job Sara does at the front of house. Every time we come for breakfast she greets us with a big smile and a professional and polite demeanour. As with everyone we come into contact with she is a credit to the Premier Inn.

I spend a lot of time in premier inns travelling the country and this one by far is outstanding!! The whole hotel has had a complete refurb and is all brand new! I've stayed in a lot of different rooms here and they are all fresh and new as each other. The staff are very polite, professional and cheerful. Always look forward to staying here!!
