Es gibt ein sehr kleines Wasserleck im Badezimmer, was bedeutet, dass man beim Toilettengang mit den Füßen im Wasser steht. Der Fernseher funktioniert trotz Ankunft eines Mitarbeiters nicht. Das Sofa ist zerrissen und am Ende seiner Lebensdauer gibt es einen Zigarettenbrand auf dem Toilettendeckel und eine geschwärzte Pfanne darin. Ansonsten ist der Ort sehr ruhig. Es gibt 33 Stockwerke in diesem Gebäude und ich war im 25. Stock. Das Gebäude und der Raum sind sehr sicher. Auch für den Zugang zum Aufzug benötigen Sie einen magnetischen Ausweis, ebenso wie für den Raum.

My best friend of 20 years and I recently went on our first ever girls trip (we are now both 40) and booked our first 3 nights at Sun Island Hotel and Spa Legian. Upon arrival we were both delighted with the architecture and presentation of the hotel, both clean and modern, yet still authentically Bali and traditional. Check in was a breeze, and every staff member we encountered was not only friendly and helpful, but genuinely cheerful. It says a lot about a place when ALL the staff are that happy all the time! Particular mention goes to the Restaurant manager who welcomed us warmly by name every morning with the most beautiful smile and upmost of care. We stayed on the ground floor in a twin share room, which was spotlessly clean, with fantastic aircon. It had a small balcony big enough for one person to stand on to vape, and the absence of any cigarette smoke on the premises was a DELIGHT. The pool areas (there are 2) are truly spectacular! We stayed away from the rooftop as we are both sun sensitive and it is better suited to sun worshippers working on their tan. The 4th floor pool bar suited us perfectly, with plenty of shaded areas for relaxing on sun lounges. Yes, the decking is in need of maintenance, but from what I understand works are set to replace the decking starting June. I can't wait to return to see the upgrade. Although the pool bars were not permanently staffed throughout our stay, a quick call using the bar phone, had whatever we required delivered quickly to us with no issue at all. It was actually such a luxury to have that pool area to ourselves most of the time. The view from the 4th floor Infinity pool is pretty special, and I thoroughly enjoyed living my best mermaid life splashing about. Breakfast every morning was basic, but delicious, consisting of fresh cooked eggs to order, alongside a buffet of noodles, rice, fruit and pastries. Food service was consistently great every morning. At the end of our 3 night stay we were both so sad to leave as the location of the hotel is absolutey PERFECT. Close enough to be walking distance to all the action and nightlife, we felt completely safe at all times, yet far enough away to be silent of a night time when we needed to sleep (in super comfy beds mind you). After a hiccup at our next hotel within a couple of hours of arriving,that we both couldn't look past, we made the decision to check out and return to Sun Island. To our delight, not only were we welcomed back with literal open arms, we were offered the same rate we had been paying (was an early bird rate when we booked and this was now a weekend) but put straight back into our freshly cleaned original room. Above and beyond doesn't even come close to the service we received. A small issue with the aircon was attended to as soon as we made mention of it and the remainder of our stay just felt like home. We both can't WAIT to return to Sun Island Legian on our next Bali adventure!

Insgesamt ist das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist direkt im Zentrum von Kuta, Central Kuta Park ist ideal. Aber seien Sie nicht überrascht, wenn Sie ein Vielfaches der Parkgebühr zahlen müssen, weil das Hotel nicht mit dem dortigen Parksystem zusammenarbeitet, wenn Sie im Hotel nebenan übernachten. Dort ist die Parkgebühr inbegriffen. Das Kuta Hotel hat dieses Privileg nicht täglich, Sie MÜSSEN also extra Parkgebühr zahlen! Das Zimmer ist einfach und ok. Sauber? Ich habe Erfahrung mit Zimmer 1217, wo es viele Flecken und Schmutz auf den Bettlaken gab, das Fenster ist nicht sauber und wenn man nach draußen schaut, war direkt vor dem Zimmer eine tote Maus. Seien Sie nicht überrascht, wenn es überall riecht. Das Badezimmer ist ok, es dauert 2 Minuten, bis man eine heiße Dusche bekommt, Sie müssen es neu einrichten, da es keine warme Dusche, sondern superheißes Wasser war. Der Abfluss ist verstopft, Sie werden dadurch einen überschwemmten Boden haben. und es dauert ein paar Minuten, sie loszulassen. Das war meine Erfahrung bei meinem Aufenthalt im Every day, vielleicht machen Sie eine andere und gute Erfahrung. Ich habe nur das Zimmer gebucht, da ich superfrüh zu meinem Flug aufbreche, also gab es kein Frühstück, da ich es auch nicht gebucht habe. Werde in Erwägung ziehen, wiederzukommen. Verspreche es nicht!

Dies war mein erster Aufenthalt an diesem Standort des Sheraton. Jede einzelne Minute unseres Aufenthalts war absolut unglaublich. Anggi checkte uns ein und war so freundlich und gastfreundlich, sie hat wirklich eine sehr herzliche Ausstrahlung und ist in der besten Position vor dem Haus, um neue Gäste zu begrüßen. Unser Zimmer war noch nicht fertig, und als es fertig war, kontaktierte mich Anggi umgehend über WhatsApp, und als wir im Zimmer ankamen, war unser Gepäck bereits da, was sehr praktisch war. Der Frühstücksservice ist tadellos. Das Personal begrüßt Sie immer mit Namen und ist sehr hilfsbereit, wenn es darum geht, Ihre Kaffee- und Essensbestellungen entgegenzunehmen. Wir genossen die Sundowner an der Bar auf dem Dach sowie die Happy Hour im Pool. Der Service war immer großartig. Alles war immer frisch, gut zubereitet und köstlich. Das Hotel ist mit einem Einkaufszentrum verbunden, was sehr praktisch ist, und liegt auch direkt gegenüber vom Strand von Kuta. Diese Straße ist zwar wahnsinnig befahren und der Verkehr ist ein Problem, aber dieses Hotel und die Gastfreundlichkeit des Personals machen das mehr als wett. Ich kann dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen. Wenn ich nach Kuta zurückkomme, werde ich auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten. 

Für Ihr Geld ein Top. $25 mit Frühstück für 2x. Frischreparatur. Personal sehr willkommen Aber es ist wichtig, die Minus zu kennen: 1. Das WC im kleinen Zimmer ist sehr schlecht gemacht. Das Wasser spült einen großen Pool auf dem gesamten Badezimmer. Die Kanten schmelzen und riechen 2. Halbtransparente Toilette ist im Grunde eine schlechte Idee, wenn Sie in einem Zimmer mit zwei 3. Anhörung ist phänomenal. Erwachen von Nachbarnsgesprächen um 6 Uhr ist einfach und angenehm. Mit einer niedrige Hotelunterkunft können Sie sich durch das Zimmer verlegen 4. Der Klimaanlage ist alt und laut. Wirkt die Normen

The hotel staff and management were exceptional. Friendly and accommodating. I stayed at this hotel twice for a total of 17 nights and was very comfortable. The rooms are spacious with an en-suite with a bath as well as a shower over and the rooms are dated but being renovated. The pool on the rooftop is large enough to swim properly but the stairwell accessing it is old and poorly maintained and not suitable for those with mobility problems. The quality and quantity of food was variable. I saw guests complaining, on more than one occasion that there was no breakfast foods left. I also ordered a spaghetti bolognaise which had no bolognese on it at all! Saying that, I had a delicious pizza loaded with toppings. I think I’d they can get the food service consistent, they will have nailed it. The net curtains in the room were black at the bottom and the curtains were heavily stained and the bath wasn’t cleaned ever during my stay, despite the room being cleaned. But, these are small issues which most places have. For value for money, I shopped around and my second stay was half the price of the first, simply by shopping around. It was very good value for money and a short walk from the beachfront, so I’d definitely recommend this hotel and I’d stay there again.

Es war mein 1. Besuch sowohl auf Bali wie auch in diesem Hotel. Meiner Meinung nach war es fast Perfekt. Die Lage mit nur 15 Gehminuten vom Flughafen sowie 15 Minuten vom Großen Strand in Kuta, super vielen kleinen Stores, Restaurants usw. ist einfach klasse. Auch das Hotel an sich war grundlegend sauber und Personal sehr freundlich. Ausstattung war top, es war alles da was ich brauchte. Somit habe ich nichts aus zusetzen, ich denke wenn die Poolbar besetzt wäre und man irgendwie abends noch gemütlich an einer Hotelbar oder Poolbar sich aufhalten könnte und wenn die kleinen Balkone nicht vom KlimaAnlagen Wasser voll Tropfen würden, wäre es eine 10 von 10, so eher eine 9, was heißt ich würde jedes mal wieder Eden buchen wenn ich nach Kuta käme.

I stayed at Grand Sovereign Hotel Kuta Bali from Jul 11th to Jul 14th. The hotel was great, the service was excellent, etc, with only one miss: I forgot my laptop charger and left it in hotel meeting room. After I flew back home to Java, I finally realized that I forgot my charger and immediately look a way to contact the hotel. Well, the response was quick and one of the hotel staff, Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL kindly help and sent the charger back to me (I include the pics of the charger and the receipt of the delivery service). What a great post service! With this kind of service, I really recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Thank you Grand Sovereign, Matur Suksma Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL. 👍👍🙏🙏

Really nice hotel in the ITDC area of Nusa Dua, easily accessible, safe and with a long pool and an Indonesian Style buffet breakfast. The rooms are a good size and very clean, well worth the price. Staff are super friendly and helpful, they are incredibly polite and accommodating to guests . Special shout-out to Dewak who was very very helpful throughout my stay here and helped me out without fail. He knows the area well too and so gave me good recommendations for coffee places and places to get good food and drink! Will stay here again for sure!

We have just completed a magical 10 days at Wyndham Jivva Beach. We are long term Wyndham members (owners) and have stayed at many of their hotels and resorts. Jivva Beach rates at the top of the list for us. It's just far North East of Denpasar to be out of the rat race but still within easy reach of Sanur and other tourist attractions. Apart from its idyllic setting, the staff were fantastic and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. A special mention to the head chef Gusti who has a wealth of experience at 5 star international hotels. His leadership ensured a high level of cuisine at every meal. And Wijaya, the food and beverage manager led a team of wait staff which would be hard to beat anywhere. There are no shops close by, but we booked half day tours using local drivers at very reasonable prices (IDR 600,000 for 5 hours), so we were able to visit many local attractions. We also took the ferry to the island of Penida across the Badung Strait ~ well worth the time to do this. We were surprised that the beach (which is very close), is made of black sand ~ not a problem for us, but maybe for some. In essence, we love Wyndham Jivva and intend to visit again in 2024.
