This is my second stay in 2023 and it did not disappoint. I usually come with my husband and family but had a week solo and chose this hotel. Not only have we had wonderful holidays here in the past, being on my own, I liked the idea of security at the gate. I stayed in a pool view deluxe and although these rooms are a little dated, it was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Having a welcome platter of fruit was a lovely touch and much appreciated. The lovely staff are another reason we return again and again to this hotel. Lintang is a wonderful asset to this hotel and makes me feel like family. Wirik in the restaurant realised I was travelling alone and went out of her way to ensure I was comfortable and had a friendly smile and chat for me each morning. She does an excellent job and also makes me feel like family The pool is one of the best in Sanur. Perfect temperature and huge, so you never feel crowded and can move around freely. It would be good if there were more lounges though. Pool bar staff are lovely and efficient. The hotel is located a short distance from the beach and has numerous excellent restaurants out front. It’s an easy walk to night markets as well Lastly, the security guards were wonderful. Very diligent at their jobs and so friendly and helpful to me. The Swissbel is my go to hotel in Sanur. It’s such great value for money and its buffet breakfast is great. Try a themed dinner night as the food is sensational and great value being “all you can eat”! Thanks again Swissbel, we will be back!

Recommended hotel located at strategic location at the center of Seminyak area Junior Suite of Kamaniiya is so spacious and feels like home! Has a sofa that could be lay down as an extra bed. Friendly staff and good hospitality. The gym is comfy and have almost all the basic equipments. Tasty food and great stuff, very good atmosphere! And clean swimming pool. Great location, near many nice restaurants. I had a great time here. Worth it place for every penny you spend!

Insgesamt ist das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist direkt im Zentrum von Kuta, Central Kuta Park ist ideal. Aber seien Sie nicht überrascht, wenn Sie ein Vielfaches der Parkgebühr zahlen müssen, weil das Hotel nicht mit dem dortigen Parksystem zusammenarbeitet, wenn Sie im Hotel nebenan übernachten. Dort ist die Parkgebühr inbegriffen. Das Kuta Hotel hat dieses Privileg nicht täglich, Sie MÜSSEN also extra Parkgebühr zahlen! Das Zimmer ist einfach und ok. Sauber? Ich habe Erfahrung mit Zimmer 1217, wo es viele Flecken und Schmutz auf den Bettlaken gab, das Fenster ist nicht sauber und wenn man nach draußen schaut, war direkt vor dem Zimmer eine tote Maus. Seien Sie nicht überrascht, wenn es überall riecht. Das Badezimmer ist ok, es dauert 2 Minuten, bis man eine heiße Dusche bekommt, Sie müssen es neu einrichten, da es keine warme Dusche, sondern superheißes Wasser war. Der Abfluss ist verstopft, Sie werden dadurch einen überschwemmten Boden haben. und es dauert ein paar Minuten, sie loszulassen. Das war meine Erfahrung bei meinem Aufenthalt im Every day, vielleicht machen Sie eine andere und gute Erfahrung. Ich habe nur das Zimmer gebucht, da ich superfrüh zu meinem Flug aufbreche, also gab es kein Frühstück, da ich es auch nicht gebucht habe. Werde in Erwägung ziehen, wiederzukommen. Verspreche es nicht!

Unser Aufenthalt in Mega Boutique, Zimmer 502, war eigentlich mehr als schön. Das Zimmer, in dem wir geblieben waren, war sauber und das Personal war ziemlich reaktiv. Aber nachdem wir am 8. Januar morgens abwarten, realisierten wir es in der Nacht, dass unsere 2 Pakete gefrorenes Essen im Kühlschrank im Zimmer 502. Ich rief das Hotel sofort ... Es wurde von dem Mitarbeiter, der mich gebeten, Zeit zu geben, um die Hausaufbewahrung zu überprüfen. 5 Minuten später riefen wir nur zurück, um eine Antwort zu erhalten, dass sie unsere gefrorene Nahrung im Kühlschrank nicht gefunden haben. Wir wussten, dass sie genau in den Kühlschrank gelegt haben. Aber, mirakulos, abracadabra ... hocus pocus ... das Nahrung verschwand ohne Spur. Es ist eine Schande, Unsere Aufenthaltserfahrung war ziemlich gut, aber hinterlässt einen unbehaglichen Eindruck auf den verlorenen & gefundenen Hotelservice. Hoffentlich schenkt die Hotelmanagement-Betreuung in ihrer haushaltstechnischen Integrität eine enge Aufmerksamkeit.

Ich bin froh, dass ich dieses Hotel für meine erste Unterkunft in Bali gewählt habe. Da ich aus der Karibik reiste, dauerte es mich 4 Tage auf die Insel und die Unterkunft bietet gute Ruhe, großer Service und Zugänglichkeit ist sehr wichtig. Ich bin ein Industrieprofessor und ich gebe dieses Hotel Top-Marken. Schönes Eigentum und sehr freundliches und wunderbares Personal. Sukur und Helen von der Rezeption sind absolut erstaunlich. Es war wirklich wunderbar, mit ihnen während der Ein- und Auscheckverfahren zu interagieren. P.S. Helen’s Mandarin ist ausgezeichnet, ein großes Vermögen in der Hotelindustrie und Sukur Leidenschaft für die Industrie und seine Arbeit macht einen sehr guten ersten Eindruck. Das Frühstücksteam, das Sevira, Manik, Adi, Havita und Arik umfasste, waren alle erstaunlich und identifizierte mich durch den Namen und wusste meine Präferenzen jeden Morgen. Ich empfehle dieser Immobilie sehr, seine Lage ist ideal, neue und moderne Einrichtungen und der Wert für Geld. Ich werde sicher wieder zurückkommen.

The hotel staff and management were exceptional. Friendly and accommodating. I stayed at this hotel twice for a total of 17 nights and was very comfortable. The rooms are spacious with an en-suite with a bath as well as a shower over and the rooms are dated but being renovated. The pool on the rooftop is large enough to swim properly but the stairwell accessing it is old and poorly maintained and not suitable for those with mobility problems. The quality and quantity of food was variable. I saw guests complaining, on more than one occasion that there was no breakfast foods left. I also ordered a spaghetti bolognaise which had no bolognese on it at all! Saying that, I had a delicious pizza loaded with toppings. I think I’d they can get the food service consistent, they will have nailed it. The net curtains in the room were black at the bottom and the curtains were heavily stained and the bath wasn’t cleaned ever during my stay, despite the room being cleaned. But, these are small issues which most places have. For value for money, I shopped around and my second stay was half the price of the first, simply by shopping around. It was very good value for money and a short walk from the beachfront, so I’d definitely recommend this hotel and I’d stay there again.

I stayed at Grand Sovereign Hotel Kuta Bali from Jul 11th to Jul 14th. The hotel was great, the service was excellent, etc, with only one miss: I forgot my laptop charger and left it in hotel meeting room. After I flew back home to Java, I finally realized that I forgot my charger and immediately look a way to contact the hotel. Well, the response was quick and one of the hotel staff, Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL kindly help and sent the charger back to me (I include the pics of the charger and the receipt of the delivery service). What a great post service! With this kind of service, I really recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Thank you Grand Sovereign, Matur Suksma Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL. 👍👍🙏🙏

Es war mein 1. Besuch sowohl auf Bali wie auch in diesem Hotel. Meiner Meinung nach war es fast Perfekt. Die Lage mit nur 15 Gehminuten vom Flughafen sowie 15 Minuten vom Großen Strand in Kuta, super vielen kleinen Stores, Restaurants usw. ist einfach klasse. Auch das Hotel an sich war grundlegend sauber und Personal sehr freundlich. Ausstattung war top, es war alles da was ich brauchte. Somit habe ich nichts aus zusetzen, ich denke wenn die Poolbar besetzt wäre und man irgendwie abends noch gemütlich an einer Hotelbar oder Poolbar sich aufhalten könnte und wenn die kleinen Balkone nicht vom KlimaAnlagen Wasser voll Tropfen würden, wäre es eine 10 von 10, so eher eine 9, was heißt ich würde jedes mal wieder Eden buchen wenn ich nach Kuta käme.

Es liegt ganz in der Nähe des Flughafens, 1 km entfernt. Es dauert 25 Minuten zu Fuß und 2 Minuten mit dem Auto. Es ist sehr gut für Freunde geeignet, die einen Flug erwischen müssen. Das Duschwasser im Zimmer ist sehr bündig. Der Ventilator im Das Zimmer ist etwas laut und kann nachts nicht ausgeschaltet werden. Die Klimaanlage ist nach dem Ausschalten recht kalt und heiß. Die Handtücher sind etwas schmutzig und alles andere ist sehr schmutzig. Gutes Essen und sehr günstig. Der Preis pro Person beträgt 60 . Es gibt so viele Arten von Frühstück, dass ich es nicht essen kann. Es ist sehr kostengünstig.

YYang Xun, GailDie Lage ist etwas abseits, aber das trägt zum idyllischen Charme des Hotels bei. Alles war fantastisch und das gesamte Personal äußerst höflich und freundlich. Wir waren besonders beeindruckt, dass das Restaurantpersonal unsere Ernährungsbedürfnisse gewissenhaft aufzeichnete, um sicherzustellen, dass wir für den gesamten Aufenthalt versorgt waren. Großes Lob an das Restaurant für die Auswahl an interessanten vegetarischen Optionen und die tollen Cocktails! Die zweimal tägliche Zimmerreinigung ist auch großartig in einer Zeit, in der viele Hotels auf einmal alle 2-3 Tage reduzieren. Das Black Sands Spa wird seinen Bewertungen gerecht und die Massage und das Bad waren unglaublich entspannend. Wir haben unser kleines Stück Paradies wirklich genossen und es war ein perfekter Wochenendausflug!

GGuest UserWir haben das Angebot „Twice the Magic“ von Four Seasons in Bali in Anspruch genommen und haben erst im Four Seasons in Ubud Sayan und anschließend im Four Seasons in Jimbaran Bay einige Tage verbracht. Die Qualität von wirklich allem ist ausgesprochen gut. Die Mitarbeiter sehr aufmerksam und professionell, alle Bereiche bewundernswert gepflegt und sauber, alles sehr gut in Stand gehalten. Man hat fast von überall aus einen herrlichen Meerblick. Unsere Villa mit Pool und Meerblick war so unfassbar schön, man fühlte sich überall wohl und hatte überall das Gefühl von Sauberkeit. Das Sundara Restaurant bietet unglaublich gute Speisen an, genauso wie das kleine Restaurant/Snack Bar am Pool. Die Gäste sind aus aller Welt. Es fühlt sich überall ruhig an, mit den wunderschönen Blumen und Pflanzen wie Balsam für die Augen.. Das Meer ist zum Anschauen sehr toll, zum Surfen vielleicht auch aber nicht zum Schwimmen. Beim Frühstück läuft alles sehr organisiert und gelassen. Nach den beiden Aufenthalten in Ubud Sayan und Jimbaran Bay bin ich ein großer Fan von Four Seasons in Bali geworden und neugierig, woanders auch deren Resorts zu erkunden. Anschließend wechselten wir nach Nusa Dua in das St Regis, wozu ich eine eigene Bewertung schreibe.

AAbe StarEndlich zurück zu einem meiner Lieblingshotels in Sanur. Wie üblich ist die Auswahl an Speisen gut, das Zimmer ist sauber, der Pool ist wunderschön. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber, der Reinigungsservice ist schnell und gut. Das Hotel hat einige wirklich schöne Renovierungsarbeiten an der Strandseite des Hotels vorgenommen, einschließlich des Restaurants. Sie haben den Ort so erweitert, dass es mehr Sitzplätze zum Entspannen und Sitzen mit Blick auf den Strand gibt. Das Hotel könnte dem Pool mehr Aufmerksamkeit schenken - es gab niemanden, der aufräumte, nachdem die Gäste geschwommen und gegangen waren und Müll hinterlassen hatten. Abgesehen davon bin ich froh, dass Maya Sanur die Pandemie überlebt und gut gepflegt hat. Kommen wieder.

PPEILUNYunita ist sehr aufrichtig und nett. Wir waren für 3 Nächte hier. Wir haben 2 Kinder im Alter von 7 und 8 Jahren. Am ersten Tag wurde uns eine zusätzliche Frühstücksgebühr von 211.750 indonesischen Rupiah für 1 Person berechnet. Am zweiten Tag wurde uns mitgeteilt dass wir 2 zusätzliche Frühstücke wollten. Wir sagten, dass uns gestern 1 zusätzliche Person für die 2 Kinder berechnet wurde. Die Frühstücksgebühr für Erwachsene gilt nur für eine Person und die gleiche Gebühr wird für eine weitere Person am dritten Tag erhoben. Yunita gab uns Kostenloser Nachmittagstee am ersten Tag mit 4 Desserts und 2 Getränken. Wir haben vergessen, ihn am zweiten Tag zu essen, und Nachmittagstee am dritten Tag. Anderer Empfang, wir bekamen 2 Desserts und 2 Getränke. Der Nachmittagstee war kein Kind -freundlich. Es gab keinen Latte zum Frühstück. Man konnte nur schwarzen Kaffee mit Milch hinzufügen. Die Getränke waren keine Selbstbedienung. Es gab nur schwarzen Kaffee, Tee und Orangensaft. Für Kinder wurde ein Aufpreis berechnet. Das Frühstück kostete fast 500 NT$. Ich glaube Der CP-Wert ist ziemlich niedrig. Ich fand das Frühstück durchschnittlich. Ich habe ein Zimmer mit Gartenblick gebucht. Das Zimmer war wunderschön und das öffentliche Schwimmbad war wunderschön. Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass Yunita uns am herzlichsten und aufrichtigsten bewirtete, und EKA, wenn Ich erinnere mich richtig. Name, er hat uns geholfen, Notizen zu schreiben, um uns an die Shuttlebus-Zeit, die kostenlose Fußmassage für 15 Minuten und den kostenlosen Nachmittagstee zu erinnern. Vielen Dank an Yunita und Eka. Die Gesamtatmosphäre im Hotel ist großartig und einen Besuch wert Ich hoffe, dass es im Restaurant wenigstens einen Latte Macchiato und eine Pizza gibt. Sehr lecker, ich werde gerne wiederkommen

LlctdlIch war im April letzten Jahres im Executive-Zimmer dieses Hotels und fand den Service sehr gut. Der Kellner, der den Shuttlebus fuhr, hat immer um Hilfe gebeten, also habe ich mich für eine Villa entschieden Dieses Mal kostet es mehr als 3.000 und verfügt über ein Executive-Zimmer. Die Behandlung ist immer noch das Geld wert. Dieses Mal lobe ich immer noch den Service, das Lächeln des Kellners ist immer so strahlend. Obwohl Kinder unter 12 Jahren Zutritt zum Club haben, ist es benutzerfreundlicher, einen einmaligen Gutschein für den Strand zu erhalten. Der Club und das Empfangs- und Begrüßungspersonal verdienen ein Lob, der Service war ausgezeichnet. Was jedoch unbefriedigend ist, ist, dass es in der Villa zu viele Käfer gibt, nicht nur im Hof, sondern auch im Haus. Es gab sogar Geckos im Haus, und sogar ein Geckobaby gab mir eine Chance einen fangen. Das Wasser im Schwimmbad ist nicht sehr sauber und am Boden liegen tote Insekten, was etwas ekelhaft ist. Was noch verabscheuungswürdiger ist, sind die Affen, die uns jeden Tag besuchen. Da wir Affen im Schwimmbad der Villa gefunden haben, haben wir einfach aufgehört, hier zu schwimmen. Zum Glück ist das große Schwimmbad noch sauber. Im Kühlschrank befand sich ein Getränk, aber der Affe konnte die Kühlschranktür öffnen, den Flaschenverschluss abschrauben und das Getränk trinken.

RRimvydasSehr, sehr großes Hotel. Wenn Sie gerne in Ruhe und abseits von Menschen sind, ist dieses Hotel das Richtige für Sie. Der Strand ist jetzt sauber genug, wenn man ihn mit vor 1 oder 2 Jahren vergleicht. Das Essen ist lecker, es gibt 3 Restaurants. Mir hat das Restaurant in der Nähe des Hauptpools gefallen. Sehr leckerer koffeinfreier Kaffee ohne Milch und die Preise sind gleich oder günstiger als in den Restaurants außerhalb des Hotels. Die Zimmer sind groß und gut. Vielleicht ist etwas im Hotel und in den Zimmern ein bisschen alt, aber es ist ok. Gutes Fitnessstudio. Normales Personal. Sehr kalt in den Toiletten in der Lobby, die vollautomatisch sind, wie in Tokio.

GGuest UserVery disappointed stay! Stayed in October 2022 loved it loved everything. This stay we were not told about the breakfast not being buffet style well at least being dramatically downsized and put out the front at Papas Beach Cafe. The selections were bland and mostly asian style nothing like it was in October and that was why we rebooked! The pool deck is a accident waiting to happen very very dangerous. My daughter room key was re programmed at least 20 time is 6 days very very frustrating with 3 little boys in tow to have to go from 1 end of the property to the other to report it. On the good side the staff are amazing so friendly welcoming and 10/10 to the chef at Papa's cafe for inviting the 3 boys into the kitchen to make and prepare and serve the best Pizza's I have ever eaten. The Alam KulKul is in a great position and the staff are worth staying for but quite a bit needs to be done to make it great

GGuest UserWe have just completed a magical 10 days at Wyndham Jivva Beach. We are long term Wyndham members (owners) and have stayed at many of their hotels and resorts. Jivva Beach rates at the top of the list for us. It's just far North East of Denpasar to be out of the rat race but still within easy reach of Sanur and other tourist attractions. Apart from its idyllic setting, the staff were fantastic and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. A special mention to the head chef Gusti who has a wealth of experience at 5 star international hotels. His leadership ensured a high level of cuisine at every meal. And Wijaya, the food and beverage manager led a team of wait staff which would be hard to beat anywhere. There are no shops close by, but we booked half day tours using local drivers at very reasonable prices (IDR 600,000 for 5 hours), so we were able to visit many local attractions. We also took the ferry to the island of Penida across the Badung Strait ~ well worth the time to do this. We were surprised that the beach (which is very close), is made of black sand ~ not a problem for us, but maybe for some. In essence, we love Wyndham Jivva and intend to visit again in 2024.

Rare in Bali! the rooms are extremely comfortable, with full amenities and extremely well maintained. Beautiful Balinese style with high end products, similar standards with any international Hotels. Amazing pool size middle of a beautiful landscape, just hard to believe you are at the heart of Kuta. Breakfast is one of the best around Kuta too. So much choice to accommodate large nationalities, from Balinese, Indian, asia, continental, international etc… The staff is just amazing, extremely friendly and efficient. Nothing is perfect in life and things can happened! just address it to the front office and in the next 5 minutes someone will fix your issues, including technical issues you could have in your room. Ayu at the front office is a gem! what an asset to the Ramayana. She is so efficient and professional. Same with Endra at the Gabbah restaurant - what an amazing waiter! kindness and so professional with perfect English skills…. just another amazing asset to the Ramayana. The Resort manager is new and what a difference since he joined the Ramayana - he is everywhere, extremely friendly and really manage the property extremely well. My only negative comment will be the pool water temperature - too cold , the water should be heated same as any 5 starts hotel . Many guests were saying the same things…. pool water temperature should be warmer. Nevertheless it is my favorite hotel in Kuta 15 minutes away from the Airport in front of Kuta Beach….

SSteffiBo123Vielen Dank an dieses tolle Hotel! Nach einer Rundreise durch Bali sowie einem Aufenthalt in einem Hotel am Strand war dieses Hotel für uns die Endstation, an der wir 5 Nächte blieben. Im Gegensatz zum vorherigen Strandhotel, das eher ein All-inclusive-Hotel mit Massentourismus war, fühlten wir uns im FuramaXclusive direkt viel wohler. Hier kam für uns richtig authentisches Bali-Feeling rüber. Unsere Villa mit eigenem Pool war traumhaft schön! Wir fühlten uns direkt wohl und konnten hier perfekt entspannen. Anfangs war ich etwas skeptisch, wie viele Insekten uns wohl, vor allem aufgrund der Dschungel-Lage, in der Unterkunft begrüßen würden, da bei der Tür im Bad ein Spalt nach draußen hin offen war, aber wir hatten keine einzigen Spinnen oder sonstige ungewollte Besucher bei uns (bis auf einmal eine Ameise). Draußen liefen lediglich einige Geckos und Eidechsen herum, die aber einfach nur niedlich und scheu waren. :) Insgesamt eine super tolle Unterkunft mit viel Platz und schöner Einrichtung. Die Außen-Dusche gibt das Extra ”Tropic-feeling”. Wir sind noch immer ganz begeistert vom Außenbereich der Unterkunft. Auch der gemeinsame Pool war toll, wenn man mal ein paar mehr Bahnen schwimmen wollte. Da die Unterkunft etwas außerhalb liegt und wir im Vorfeld schon viel herumgekommen waren, hatten wir Frühstück und auch Abendessen gebucht. Dies kann ich auf jeden Fall empfehlen! Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und für jeden Geschmack war etwas dabei! Einmal ließen wir uns das Frühstück auf unsere Terrasse liefern, was auch sehr schön war. Abends gab es eine Speisekarte für diejenigen, die das Abendessen nicht inklusive hatten und eine Speisekarte für uns mit einem gesetzten Menü. Es gab eine Vorspeise (meistens Suppe, wenn man diese nicht mochte, konnte man auf eine andere Suppe oder einen Salat ausweichen), zwei Hauptgerichte zur Auswahl (meistens Chicken und Fisch) sowie eine Nachspeise. Wir sind vor diesem Aufenthalt schon viel herumgekommen und können daher sagen, dass die Qualität der Gerichte wirklich gut war! Uns hat es immer super geschmeckt! Für 6 Tage war dies wirklich klasse, ich könnte mir vorstellen, dass man sich bei einem längeren Aufenthalt etwas mehr Vielfalt wünschen könnte - aber wie gesagt, für uns war es genau richtig so. Die Getränke, die wir dazuzahlen mussten, waren für balinesische Verhältnisse teuer. Aber in einem Hotel sind die Preise ja meistens teurer als anderswo. Die Aussicht beim Essen war super schön. Das Personal im Restaurant war einfach großartig! Alle waren super freundlich und haben sich toll um uns gekümmert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, viel wohler, als beispielsweise im vorherigen Hotel, indem man nur einer unter vielen Gästen war. Auch die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und bemüht. Teilweise wirkte die Rezeption etwas unorganisiert, was meiner Meinung nach aber überhaupt nicht schlimm ist.
