Lovely resort with great facilities and very hospitable and friendly staff. Beautiful sunset views. Too far to walk into the main area of Lovina beach due to the busy road but only a few minutes away in a taxi which was very good value.

Die Zimmer sind sehr gut, groß und gut gepflegt, die Pool Villas sind privat und während sie im Moment einige Bauarbeiten durchführen, würden Sie ehrlich nicht wissen. Die Mitarbeiter werden Sie jeden Tag in den Strand von Lovina fliegen, und ziemlich wenige Orte kommen und holen Sie auf und fallen Sie zurück. Der einzige Nebenanblick zu diesem Ort ist das Essen. Sie müssen zurück zu den Grundstücken und die wunderbaren Gerichte, die Menschen nach Bali reisen, vergessen die westlich verlassenen Menüs von Burgers und Ribs usw. Dienst ein traditionelleres Menü, Frühstück war ziemlich gut. Aber das Restaurant war der einzige Grund, warum dieser Ort nicht 5 Sterne. Das Personal ist das beste Vermögen dieses Ort hat.. eine sehr entspannende Zeit in Lovina, das Restaurant zu reparieren und Sie haben eine 5-Sterne-Eigenschaft in jeder Hinsicht. Lovina ist sehr zurückgeworfen, keine Gerüchte von ”Transport” oder ”Taxi” keine Beleidigung von eifersüchtig Verkäufer, einige freundliche Fragen, wie Sie durch einen Ausflug gehen, nichts mehr.. Ein großer Ort für einen Kühlausgang.

Das Zimmer ist groß genug und das Badezimmer ist mit Schiefer und Kieselsteinen gepflastert Außerdem gibt es eine große Steinbadewanne, groß genug für zwei Personen Es gibt einen Safe Es gibt auch einen Balkon Das Bett ist nicht besonders weich, aber dennoch sehr bequem Das Hotel liegt auf einem Berg und die Aussicht selbst ist gut genug Das Restaurant ist geöffnet und in der Natur Das Frühstück besteht derzeit nur aus zwei Sets, vegetarisch und nicht-vegetarisch, aber es ist bereits sehr reichhaltig. Die vegetarischen Gerichte sind köstlich, die Getränke sind frisch und die Papaya- und Wassermelonensäfte sind sehr gut. Sie bieten auch Massagen an, die jedoch extra bezahlt werden müssen Die Lage des Hotels ist in der Tat etwas abgelegen. Wenn Sie von Ubud aus fahren, dauert es 3 Stunden, wenn Sie schnell fahren Versuchen Sie also, tagsüber zu reisen. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit (besonders Sudi) Das Hotel ist nur 5-10 Minuten von AlingAling, dem zweithöchsten Wasserfall Indonesiens, entfernt. Die Fahrt zum Ticketkaufpunkt dauert nur 5-10 Minuten. Denken Sie daran, Badekleidung mitzubringen, Sie können springen und schwimmen.

I stayed at Grand Sovereign Hotel Kuta Bali from Jul 11th to Jul 14th. The hotel was great, the service was excellent, etc, with only one miss: I forgot my laptop charger and left it in hotel meeting room. After I flew back home to Java, I finally realized that I forgot my charger and immediately look a way to contact the hotel. Well, the response was quick and one of the hotel staff, Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL kindly help and sent the charger back to me (I include the pics of the charger and the receipt of the delivery service). What a great post service! With this kind of service, I really recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Thank you Grand Sovereign, Matur Suksma Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL. 👍👍🙏🙏

Erstens war dieses Hotel wirklich sehr, sehr schön. Das Personal war freundlich und die Lage war weit weg von der Stadt, aber es gefiel mir, also blieb ich dort, also war es kein Problem. Es war schön, das Schwimmbad bis spät in die Nacht zu genießen. Für diejenigen, die keine Bugs mögen, ist es jedoch definitiv nicht zu empfehlen. Es gibt viele Ameisen... und Eidechsen... viele. Sogar im Zimmer... kommt rein... Ansonsten ist es eine perfekte Unterkunft.

Neben dem überaus freundlichen Personal und der Lage direkt am Strand, ist das große gut ausgestattete Zimmer sicher hervorzuheben. Mit vielen Ablagemöglichkeiten, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und einem netten Balkon, von dem die Aussicht nicht so schön ist aber man kann sehr gut dort sitzen. Die Klimaanlage war nicht über das Bett positioniert und angenehm leise. Die beiden Pools sind sehr gut gepflegt und haben sehr sauberes Wasser. Die obligatorische Wasserstelle am Strandzugang half die Füsse vom Sand zu reinigen. Das Frühstück war ok, könnte jedoch etwas mehr kontinentale Auswahl vertragen. Im Hotelzimmer gab es nur eine Dusche in der Badewanne, ohne Duschabtrennung. Dadurch wurde der Boden immer nass. Das trocknete aufgrund des Klimas recht schnell wieder. Es gab nur europäische Steckdosen, so dass internationale Geräte einen Adapter benötigten. Der Zugang zur Stadt über den Strand war etwas unbequem. Es sah aus als wäre die Treppe weggeschwemmt worden. Die ersten ca. 100m nicht gut beleuchtet. Es gab keinen kostenlosen Shuttleservice, das wäre sicher noch nett gewesen.

Es gibt ein sehr kleines Wasserleck im Badezimmer, was bedeutet, dass man beim Toilettengang mit den Füßen im Wasser steht. Der Fernseher funktioniert trotz Ankunft eines Mitarbeiters nicht. Das Sofa ist zerrissen und am Ende seiner Lebensdauer gibt es einen Zigarettenbrand auf dem Toilettendeckel und eine geschwärzte Pfanne darin. Ansonsten ist der Ort sehr ruhig. Es gibt 33 Stockwerke in diesem Gebäude und ich war im 25. Stock. Das Gebäude und der Raum sind sehr sicher. Auch für den Zugang zum Aufzug benötigen Sie einen magnetischen Ausweis, ebenso wie für den Raum.

My best friend of 20 years and I recently went on our first ever girls trip (we are now both 40) and booked our first 3 nights at Sun Island Hotel and Spa Legian. Upon arrival we were both delighted with the architecture and presentation of the hotel, both clean and modern, yet still authentically Bali and traditional. Check in was a breeze, and every staff member we encountered was not only friendly and helpful, but genuinely cheerful. It says a lot about a place when ALL the staff are that happy all the time! Particular mention goes to the Restaurant manager who welcomed us warmly by name every morning with the most beautiful smile and upmost of care. We stayed on the ground floor in a twin share room, which was spotlessly clean, with fantastic aircon. It had a small balcony big enough for one person to stand on to vape, and the absence of any cigarette smoke on the premises was a DELIGHT. The pool areas (there are 2) are truly spectacular! We stayed away from the rooftop as we are both sun sensitive and it is better suited to sun worshippers working on their tan. The 4th floor pool bar suited us perfectly, with plenty of shaded areas for relaxing on sun lounges. Yes, the decking is in need of maintenance, but from what I understand works are set to replace the decking starting June. I can't wait to return to see the upgrade. Although the pool bars were not permanently staffed throughout our stay, a quick call using the bar phone, had whatever we required delivered quickly to us with no issue at all. It was actually such a luxury to have that pool area to ourselves most of the time. The view from the 4th floor Infinity pool is pretty special, and I thoroughly enjoyed living my best mermaid life splashing about. Breakfast every morning was basic, but delicious, consisting of fresh cooked eggs to order, alongside a buffet of noodles, rice, fruit and pastries. Food service was consistently great every morning. At the end of our 3 night stay we were both so sad to leave as the location of the hotel is absolutey PERFECT. Close enough to be walking distance to all the action and nightlife, we felt completely safe at all times, yet far enough away to be silent of a night time when we needed to sleep (in super comfy beds mind you). After a hiccup at our next hotel within a couple of hours of arriving,that we both couldn't look past, we made the decision to check out and return to Sun Island. To our delight, not only were we welcomed back with literal open arms, we were offered the same rate we had been paying (was an early bird rate when we booked and this was now a weekend) but put straight back into our freshly cleaned original room. Above and beyond doesn't even come close to the service we received. A small issue with the aircon was attended to as soon as we made mention of it and the remainder of our stay just felt like home. We both can't WAIT to return to Sun Island Legian on our next Bali adventure!
