Es liegt ganz in der Nähe des Flughafens, 1 km entfernt. Es dauert 25 Minuten zu Fuß und 2 Minuten mit dem Auto. Es ist sehr gut für Freunde geeignet, die einen Flug erwischen müssen. Das Duschwasser im Zimmer ist sehr bündig. Der Ventilator im Das Zimmer ist etwas laut und kann nachts nicht ausgeschaltet werden. Die Klimaanlage ist nach dem Ausschalten recht kalt und heiß. Die Handtücher sind etwas schmutzig und alles andere ist sehr schmutzig. Gutes Essen und sehr günstig. Der Preis pro Person beträgt 60 . Es gibt so viele Arten von Frühstück, dass ich es nicht essen kann. Es ist sehr kostengünstig.

I stayed at Grand Sovereign Hotel Kuta Bali from Jul 11th to Jul 14th. The hotel was great, the service was excellent, etc, with only one miss: I forgot my laptop charger and left it in hotel meeting room. After I flew back home to Java, I finally realized that I forgot my charger and immediately look a way to contact the hotel. Well, the response was quick and one of the hotel staff, Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL kindly help and sent the charger back to me (I include the pics of the charger and the receipt of the delivery service). What a great post service! With this kind of service, I really recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Thank you Grand Sovereign, Matur Suksma Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL. 👍👍🙏🙏

Es war mein 1. Besuch sowohl auf Bali wie auch in diesem Hotel. Meiner Meinung nach war es fast Perfekt. Die Lage mit nur 15 Gehminuten vom Flughafen sowie 15 Minuten vom Großen Strand in Kuta, super vielen kleinen Stores, Restaurants usw. ist einfach klasse. Auch das Hotel an sich war grundlegend sauber und Personal sehr freundlich. Ausstattung war top, es war alles da was ich brauchte. Somit habe ich nichts aus zusetzen, ich denke wenn die Poolbar besetzt wäre und man irgendwie abends noch gemütlich an einer Hotelbar oder Poolbar sich aufhalten könnte und wenn die kleinen Balkone nicht vom KlimaAnlagen Wasser voll Tropfen würden, wäre es eine 10 von 10, so eher eine 9, was heißt ich würde jedes mal wieder Eden buchen wenn ich nach Kuta käme.

Ich besuche Familie in der Umgebung so nötig, um in einem Hotel in der Nähe zu bleiben.auf den ersten Eindruck die Fotos sah perfekt aus. Bei meiner Ankunft wurde ich jedoch in ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss gezeigt, das nicht sauber, datiert und gebrochen wurde, um die Dusche, die ich für unhygienisch und eine Sicherheitsbedenklichkeit fühlte. Die Patiotüren würden nicht verriegelt, die als einsamer Reisende mich nicht sicher fühlen. Ich bat mich bei der Rezeption um Verbringung. Nach ein paar Minuten Diskussion wurde mir gesagt, ich könnte in ein „neues“ Zimmer auf dem dritten Stock mit Blick auf den Pool. Erster Eindruck war es definitiv eine Verbesserung, aber definitiv nicht ein „neuer“ Raum. Malen, laminiertes Holz, gebrochenes Kessel, kein Kühlschrank. Ein neues Kessel und ein altes Kühlschrank wurden dann ersetzt. Das Bad und das Badegebiet waren nicht mit einem Ring von Schaum sauber. Das Zimmer wurde täglich durch sehr freundliche und willkommene Reinigungsmittel überflüssig gereinigt. Bettwäsche und Handtücher änderten sich regelmäßig. 2 Flaschen Wasser pro Tag war ein Plus. Keine Handsap durch das Becken, das bedeutete, das Zimmer zu überqueren, um Seife zu erhalten? Das Design des Zimmers nicht durchdacht. Spiegel so hoch, dass Sie kaum sehen können, es sei denn auf der Spitze des Tee und ich bin mittlere Höhe. Velvet setzt ein Hotelthema und nicht sehr praktisch für ein tropisches Land. Die Sicherheitsschachtel funktionierte nicht und trotzdem blieb sie gleich. Die ununterbrochene Klaviermusik am Morgen, die sich nach meiner Beschwerde endlich verändert hat... am Nachmittag, es veränderte sich zu Popmusik, aber wieder die gleiche Klavier... und nein, ich wollte nicht jeden Morgen mit Klaviermusik aufwachten 630 -7? Die Anne ist in der Nähe der Familie. Das Hotel war sehr freundlich und freundlich, was ich wirklich geschätzt habe.

My best friend of 20 years and I recently went on our first ever girls trip (we are now both 40) and booked our first 3 nights at Sun Island Hotel and Spa Legian. Upon arrival we were both delighted with the architecture and presentation of the hotel, both clean and modern, yet still authentically Bali and traditional. Check in was a breeze, and every staff member we encountered was not only friendly and helpful, but genuinely cheerful. It says a lot about a place when ALL the staff are that happy all the time! Particular mention goes to the Restaurant manager who welcomed us warmly by name every morning with the most beautiful smile and upmost of care. We stayed on the ground floor in a twin share room, which was spotlessly clean, with fantastic aircon. It had a small balcony big enough for one person to stand on to vape, and the absence of any cigarette smoke on the premises was a DELIGHT. The pool areas (there are 2) are truly spectacular! We stayed away from the rooftop as we are both sun sensitive and it is better suited to sun worshippers working on their tan. The 4th floor pool bar suited us perfectly, with plenty of shaded areas for relaxing on sun lounges. Yes, the decking is in need of maintenance, but from what I understand works are set to replace the decking starting June. I can't wait to return to see the upgrade. Although the pool bars were not permanently staffed throughout our stay, a quick call using the bar phone, had whatever we required delivered quickly to us with no issue at all. It was actually such a luxury to have that pool area to ourselves most of the time. The view from the 4th floor Infinity pool is pretty special, and I thoroughly enjoyed living my best mermaid life splashing about. Breakfast every morning was basic, but delicious, consisting of fresh cooked eggs to order, alongside a buffet of noodles, rice, fruit and pastries. Food service was consistently great every morning. At the end of our 3 night stay we were both so sad to leave as the location of the hotel is absolutey PERFECT. Close enough to be walking distance to all the action and nightlife, we felt completely safe at all times, yet far enough away to be silent of a night time when we needed to sleep (in super comfy beds mind you). After a hiccup at our next hotel within a couple of hours of arriving,that we both couldn't look past, we made the decision to check out and return to Sun Island. To our delight, not only were we welcomed back with literal open arms, we were offered the same rate we had been paying (was an early bird rate when we booked and this was now a weekend) but put straight back into our freshly cleaned original room. Above and beyond doesn't even come close to the service we received. A small issue with the aircon was attended to as soon as we made mention of it and the remainder of our stay just felt like home. We both can't WAIT to return to Sun Island Legian on our next Bali adventure!

Insgesamt ist das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist direkt im Zentrum von Kuta, Central Kuta Park ist ideal. Aber seien Sie nicht überrascht, wenn Sie ein Vielfaches der Parkgebühr zahlen müssen, weil das Hotel nicht mit dem dortigen Parksystem zusammenarbeitet, wenn Sie im Hotel nebenan übernachten. Dort ist die Parkgebühr inbegriffen. Das Kuta Hotel hat dieses Privileg nicht täglich, Sie MÜSSEN also extra Parkgebühr zahlen! Das Zimmer ist einfach und ok. Sauber? Ich habe Erfahrung mit Zimmer 1217, wo es viele Flecken und Schmutz auf den Bettlaken gab, das Fenster ist nicht sauber und wenn man nach draußen schaut, war direkt vor dem Zimmer eine tote Maus. Seien Sie nicht überrascht, wenn es überall riecht. Das Badezimmer ist ok, es dauert 2 Minuten, bis man eine heiße Dusche bekommt, Sie müssen es neu einrichten, da es keine warme Dusche, sondern superheißes Wasser war. Der Abfluss ist verstopft, Sie werden dadurch einen überschwemmten Boden haben. und es dauert ein paar Minuten, sie loszulassen. Das war meine Erfahrung bei meinem Aufenthalt im Every day, vielleicht machen Sie eine andere und gute Erfahrung. Ich habe nur das Zimmer gebucht, da ich superfrüh zu meinem Flug aufbreche, also gab es kein Frühstück, da ich es auch nicht gebucht habe. Werde in Erwägung ziehen, wiederzukommen. Verspreche es nicht!

This is my second stay in 2023 and it did not disappoint. I usually come with my husband and family but had a week solo and chose this hotel. Not only have we had wonderful holidays here in the past, being on my own, I liked the idea of security at the gate. I stayed in a pool view deluxe and although these rooms are a little dated, it was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Having a welcome platter of fruit was a lovely touch and much appreciated. The lovely staff are another reason we return again and again to this hotel. Lintang is a wonderful asset to this hotel and makes me feel like family. Wirik in the restaurant realised I was travelling alone and went out of her way to ensure I was comfortable and had a friendly smile and chat for me each morning. She does an excellent job and also makes me feel like family The pool is one of the best in Sanur. Perfect temperature and huge, so you never feel crowded and can move around freely. It would be good if there were more lounges though. Pool bar staff are lovely and efficient. The hotel is located a short distance from the beach and has numerous excellent restaurants out front. It’s an easy walk to night markets as well Lastly, the security guards were wonderful. Very diligent at their jobs and so friendly and helpful to me. The Swissbel is my go to hotel in Sanur. It’s such great value for money and its buffet breakfast is great. Try a themed dinner night as the food is sensational and great value being “all you can eat”! Thanks again Swissbel, we will be back!

Rein Zimmer, sauberes Badezimmer.. empfehlen dieses Hotel an meinen Freund. Gutes Essen, Der Wi-Fi-Anschluss ist stabil und gut. Große Lobby, gutes Schwimmbad. Stay with my family in this Hotel. Room was comfortable with Balinese style building. Breakfast menu need more options. Kids pool was great and clean, my daughter very happy spend time there. Upon chek in we escorted by YOGA, front office training, he has a good communication skill to the guest and can explain well the area on the short time walk to our room. In the future YOGA i think can be a good asset for any Company
