Die Lage war für unseren Kurzaufenthalt super, vor allem, da wir nur zwei Nächte auf Bali waren. Das Personal war super hilfsbereit und die Dachterrasse wunderschön. Allerdings gab es in unserem Zimmer keine Hausschuhe und die Klimaanlage leckte während unseres Aufenthalts. Ansonsten war alles gut.

Ich habe schon oft im Ramada übernachtet. Ich wurde wie ein Familienmitglied behandelt. Wunderbares Personal. Ausgezeichnete Ausstattung, darunter ein Pool auf dem Dach und ein Fitnessstudio. Perfekte Lage, um alle Orte in Kuta zu erreichen.

Mein erster Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Gute ist die Lage, aber was das Zimmer angeht, weiß ich nicht, warum es so feucht ist, und man kann den Lärm des Nachbarn hören 😬.

Our first room was dirty. Ac was noisy. Mini bar was noisy. Breakfast was interesting but not good at all. Our second room 5220 was fine and more clean.

Was a great stay but there are some molds are around the ceiling of the room

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at Ramada Kuta Sunset Road. Although the location seems convenient, the service, cleanliness, and overall attitude of the staff were far below the standards expected from the Ramada brand. The bed linens were gray and looked unclean. I requested them to be changed, which they eventually did. I had prepaid for an 8-night stay. During the first two nights, I felt very uncomfortable due to strange noises and sensations in the room, which made me scared and unable to sleep. I requested a refund, but instead of processing it, the staff suggested changing the room. The staff responded with smiles and what they described as “Balinese friendliness,” even laughing, so I agreed to try a room change. Because I had not slept properly for two nights, I spent a lot of time outside during the day, and at night I was so exhausted that I slept deeply. For about two nights, things seemed acceptable.

Room was ok but very tiny for a superior king size . Ac was leaking water . Public toilet and shower for the swimming pool area was dirty and smelly.

Good stay. Location main road many restaurants near by and short distance to Kuta beach and airport

Average stay at hotel. Room is very small not enough for couple. Very old property but affordable. You will get good option in that price

PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY - MY STAY WAS HORRIBLE! When last your product Manager site this hotel and check the condition? The check in process was slow - I don’t blame the staff infact the staff was super nice. Ayu especially super nice. She was heavily pregnant but still very helpful. However there are no other staff but there are like 7 trainees Who is not well trained! The room was not ready at 3 pm! I was terribly tired because of the flight but Because I feel sad looking at the situation of front office - and I comeback later after 9 pm When I arrived to the hotel by 9 pm, the duty person was asking my name twice while I told him I have checked in but the room was not ready and point to my bags which was left behind the counter - extremely confused what happened here! When I reach the room, it was terrible No specific view except of a a balcony which is facing a wall while wall! (Check photo) No other toiletries as what the confirmation letter said, except for soap toothbrush the rest is nothing more (Check photo) The bottom cabinet was rotten and open (Check photo) The hairdryer was not in the room (Check photo) The body wash and shampoo area was discolored and rusty (Check photo) The mirror was smudged (Check photo) Good tray was not cleared for hours and got smelly (Check photo) To get a late checkout was hard enough the guy asked to call again at 9 am the next morning! I am so DISAPPOINTED with my stay and I demanded my stay to be refunded!

I was under impression that this is the international chain of Ramada Hotels and expected a certain standard... But it turned out to be a rather dated lodging. The room itself was spacious That's a huge plus point. The staff were typical Balinese warmth. We were given "Deluxe" room which is an upgrade. This simply meant that there is a balcony for smoking. Do not expect any view from the balcony. It also means that you get noise from outside environment. Not recommended for light sleepers. The toilet is clean enough. However, the water pools a bit and leaves grime so your feet feels icky with slime. I recommend a pair of bathroom slippers.

Location for my activity in Bali was very good but not so good if a holiday traveller..too far from beach/holiday vibe. Room is comfortable and clean. Service is great especially check in staff..very friendly and efficient.
