Obwohl das Hotel von vorne klein aussieht, wirkt es groß, wenn man hineingeht. Das Zimmer ist wirklich groß. Sauber... das Frühstück ist ok und vollständig. Der Service ist schnell und freundlich. Die Morgenluft hier ist wirklich schön.

Es gibt zu viele Ameisen im Hotelzimmer und selbst beim Putzen werden Wasser und Handtücher nicht gewechselt.

Zum zweiten Mal im Hotel, guter Service und gute Lage

Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Schöner Ort. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Affenwald, Wasserfall, Quelltempel usw. Die Zimmer waren komfortabel und makellos. Schöner Pool. Das Spa war sehr erschwinglich, daher nutzten wir die Balanise-Massage und eine Gesichtsbehandlung.

Das Personal ist äußerst hilfsbereit. Sie kümmern sich auch um Mitternacht um unsere Bedürfnisse. Die Nachteile: Dieses Hotel hat keinen Kühlschrank, daher bitten wir das Personal immer wieder, unser Essen in der Küche aufzubewahren und kaltes Wasser mitzubringen, keinen Wasserkocher und kein Wasser im Zimmer. Wir haben 6 Nächte in 2 verschiedenen Zimmern verbracht. beide sind bequem. Aber der Bungalow hat keinen Schrank/Kleiderbügel, um unsere Kleidung aufzubewahren. Beim Frühstück gibt es nicht viel Auswahl. aber insgesamt war es ein guter Aufenthalt.

Great property, conveniently located to everything. Property needs a bit of updates in the rooms, but the property itself stunning.

Stayed 3 nights, only because we didn't want the hassle of getting a refund and looking for a new accomodation for just 2 nights. What still got it a 3 star rating was that the service was excellent. The lack of maintenance is showing in the rooms. The shower was useless because of the low water pressure; so was the exhaust fan and it kept the bathroom stuffy for hours. The breakfast was a check in the box. All in all low value for the money charged and some hygiene conditions missing.

Our stay at Wana Karsa was so wonderful that we chose to stay an extra night. For the price, the room was incredible. It was so spacious with the most beautiful balcony. Breakfast was included and was delicious and the staff brought it to our room which was such a nice special touch! Could even request to have a floating breakfast if you wanted. All staff members in the lobby were so happy to help with any requests we had. The location is so amazing - literally next door to the monkey forest and loads of places to eat and drink. The towels and hand soap smelt SO amazing. Our only criticism was that the towels and mattress protector had stains on but otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.

Clean and quiet, with very helpful staff. The place could do with some basic improvements - my bathroom had a slight drain smell that clung to the room in general, so I had to keep the room doors open quite a bit. Could also do with some more pegs and hooks to hand towels etc near the shower area. Overall the place was nice with basic breakfast available. Location was good, coz great coffee available right across the street.

Located a few steps to monkey forest and walking distance to monkey forest street shops and if you really like walking you can reach ubud temple. A lot of nice restaurant choices around. The hotel facilities/design though looks new can benefit from PROPER maintenance. The service of the can be improved. The food can be improved. The ambience can be more inviting if improved. If you travelling on a budget, dont mind a not so clean room, leaking faucet, leaking sink p-traps, leaking rainwater from the glass roof of the bathtub, cold breakfast, then this place is okay for you. Also if there’s no trashbin, waterpot and cups, power adaptors in your room, u can ask the staff for them. Dont know about basic toiletries though coz theres none. We brought our own anyway.. hayzz

Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. L’hotel necessita di un po’ di ristrutturazione ma è comunque valido. A 10 min a piedi dal centro, ma lontano dal caos. Di fianco alla Foresta delle Scimmie Buona la colazione.
