Das Zimmer ist sauber, hygienisch, ordentlich, komfortabel und hell. Es gefällt mir sehr! Der Hotelservice von der Rezeption, dem Frühstückskellner und dem Portier ist rücksichtsvoll und aufmerksam! Werde beim nächsten Mal weiterhin bleiben.

Einige Zimmer im Hotel werden gerade renoviert und ich bin mir nicht sicher, wo der Zugang für die Gäste ist? ! Sie können nur mit einem Elektroauto fahren oder auf nicht gut präparierten Wegen wandern. Der Uferbereich des Atriums ist mit Moos bedeckt und scheint nach der Epidemie nicht aufgeräumt worden zu sein.

Das Hotel ist in Ordnung, aber es wurde kürzlich renoviert und ich habe während meiner Nachmittagspause ständig in der Wand gegraben. Dann hatten sie wegen der Renovierung nicht genügend Zimmer. Wir baten sie mehrmals um einen späten Check-out, aber sie gaben uns nur bis 13 Uhr. Nicht sehr menschlich. Das Innere des Zimmers war in Ordnung, aber die Tür war nicht winddicht. Bei Wind und Regen konnte man immer das Pfeifen des Windes aus der Tür und dem Fenster hören. Kinder könnten nachts etwas Angst haben. Es wurde renoviert, aber es ist keine große Veränderung, es ist immer noch etwas alt. Aber das Zimmer war recht komfortabel.

Perfectly located with direct access to the beach and extensive beach walkway. The swimming pool and breakfast are both outstanding. Without forgetting the smile and kindness of the hotel team.

Very disappointed! The beach is dirty and they don’t clean it . Impossible to swim . We should walk to another hotel near by to swim . By the beach only IC haven’t clean it , the rest of hotels have care about it . The breakfast was the same every day and not that much choices in my opinion. For the price we paid it’s just not worth it. The room is nice and big. But in our room somehow the hot water wasn’t working and they couldn’t fix it . I couldn’t enjoy their bathtub as well . Not recommended!! We paid more than 350$ per night and couldn’t not enjoy beach and not even hot water in shower . Very.. very disappointing!!

Massive resort, rooms very nice, staff super friendly and helpful and go above and beyond. Location right on the water front and very relaxing and peaceful. No annoying constant street vendors trying to sell you crap etc etc. appeals to the higher and upper end or families and doesn’t have the bogan feel other areas have. So the negatives would be resort is so large to walk to your room to the beach is quite a trek. The pool is not very well catered for the resort as it’s so big and I would guess has a few thousand guest capacity and yet only 30 seats at pool side - doesn’t make sense. Also there’s no real Swimming area at the beach as it’s full of tied up boats, nice to look at but not really a swimming beach so heavily rely on having a well catered pool area with seating, which were limited.  But overall having stated these 2 negatives I would still highly recommend as it was pleasant place to stay and had a very relaxed vibe.

We chose this hotel as it’s close to the pier to Nusa Penida. Overall a nice hotel with friendly staff but the hotel is a little bit old.
