We arrived early before the check in time (4pm) and were greeted by the owner. We could not check in but could leave our bags there. They have an 11pm curfew because they will lock the main door. The showers and bathtub are shared and times are limited (close before 11pm) so you'll have to plan ahead. The room size isn't big, toilets are shared, in the common area. We left early in the morning to catch our flight, so we did not have the chance to try the breakfast. Although there was a stated time window for check out, we could leave way earlier than that. Just have to unlock the door and leave. However, the owner woke up earlier and saw us out.

Location was superb convenient to the train station. All amenities kit are provided. Host is a kind lady living with her cat. Great experience in a Ryokan! Recommended

特別特別完美的京都風旅館，老闆娘人特別好，還可以摸貓咪，房間也非常乾淨、整潔，地理位置非常好，走出去就是京都站，向全世界推薦，如果再來的話一定會再住的

友善寵物的旅店，聽老闆娘說店內有3隻貓，以日本人來說老闆娘英文不錯，基本溝通沒有大問題。 美中不足的是因為老闆娘住在1F所以有門禁管制，對自由慣了的我來說小卡卡；而且據說日本人習慣一桶浴缸水泡全家的人，也不准放掉，對不是家人只是住客的衞生上有點疑慮。 總之，整體還是推薦！

第二次訂這家民宿，這次2人入住，連續訂了兩晚，第一晚有空房，要求可否換另外一個大一點的房間，女主人説要另外加錢，不懂日本人的邏輯，給客人免費升級很難嗎？以後來京都不會訂這裏了

在這裡住了三個晚上，距車站近且附近有三間便利商店，女主人非常細心，房間也乾淨舒適，有機會的話會遇到主人的貓Lily在一樓迎客，非常推薦的住宿

挺不錯的，可以很快到京都站的地下廣場，旅館老闆很熱情，旅館的各項設施都很全，有機會再來京都旅遊在這裏住很方便。

服務貼心，設備齊全，完美體驗日式傳統小旅館的風情。 盥洗設備一應俱全，地點離京都站、京都塔、百貨公司等地非常近，走幾步就到了，非常方便。 老闆娘很貼心親切，貓很可愛親人。 值得一去再去。

很經典的日式屋子，房主是位很優雅的女士，稍微有一些嚴肅，但是人很好~看到了莉莉的尾巴，但是沒有見到臉哈哈哈哈，後來她去其他房間了~

有看到白貓咪，瘦瘦的，跟女主人身材很像
