Good environment and good house service, but the toilet looks very dirty with a lot smell. And at breakfast, the waiter provides me the tea after 30 minutes since ordering. Much worse the cup is not washed totally. Unbelievably . Also the traffic in this area is very bad

We stayed at Plataran Ubud and Canggu during December 23. It surprised us how these resorts contrasted so dramatically. At Plataran Ubud, everything was faultless. Our room was modern, meals were marvellous, and service was A1. However, by comparison, Plataran Canggu was very run down and mediocre. In Ubud we had vouchers we could use anytime. Whereas in Canggu we had to book ahead for everything, putting pressure on us. The resort at Ubud is breathtakingly beautiful, whereas Canggu doesn't have much appeal. The rooms have rickety old windows and doors. They even use old turn key padlocks on the doors rather than using security cards. For all of the above reasons, we would be reluctant to stay at Plataran Canggu again. However, we really loved Plataran Ubud. Also, we found more of Bali's famous landmarks were more accessible from Ubud than Canggu.

My wife and I stayed up in Ubud for 3 x nights and then 5 nights in Canggu Resort. It was for our wedding anniversiary and from arriving in Canggu to holiday atmosphere went into overdrive. Clean spacius bungalos and resturant food that was fantastic. Guest services were great and the villas with the pools were amazing and highly recommended. Take advantage of the on-site massage spa as the ladies are supurb. The service stadard of Eka in the resturant was only surpassed by the standards displayed by his boss 'Farmie' who could not do enough to help. I would highly recommend this Plataran group for holiday specials. Thanks Farmie, we had a great time. Jeff Miles - Perth, Western Australia.

Very good service and convenient place. The Ala Carte menu is very tasty and enjoyable. Other than that, Plataran Canggu Bali offers a wonderful view of nature, day and night. Overall, we enjoyed staying in Plataran Canggu Bali. Thank you very much for the service and convenience.
