I had a delightful stay at this hotel! The service was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to assist me. A special shoutout to Perry, whose kindness and helpfulness truly made a difference. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful experience!

Villa is not very pretty, pool is ok

缺點：游泳池小且非常臟，全是雜物，甚至還有動物糞便類似的。整體高級農家院的感覺，由於洗手間露天，蚊子超級多，被咬的渾身包。前台態度惡劣，歧視中國人感覺，對老外就笑臉相迎。這是我遇到的第一家不提供下午茶的峇里島別墅，也是第一家拒絕二點退房的。圖片中的小池子也是涼水，不是温泉。二樓就是個佛堂，連坐的地方都沒有，就是擺設。客廳沒有空調，根本沒法呆。而且給了兩把塑料牌的鑰匙，警告了半天説丟了一把人民幣500，真想問你是金鑰匙？還有水池下水非常困難，洗衣服都費勁。頭一次寫點評有點罄竹難書的感覺……住了三天換了一家貴三分之一的酒店，家人都説太值了，讓我別再住那家，總之不會再來！ 優點：早餐是自助的，雖然非常簡單。spa態度不錯，價格也算合理，90分鐘精油接近300塊錢。

독채 팬션 놀러 온 것 같은 기분 풀빌라의 즐거움을 느끼게 해준 곳 화장실에도 에어컨이 있어서 정말 시원하게 보냄 보통 호텔에 있는 작은 냉장고가 아닌 300L대의 냉장고가 있고 가스레인지 기본 식기류도 있어서 빈땅마켓에서 간단한 식료품 사오면 조리도 가능 할 듯 다만 조식은 기름기가 많고 조금 짰음...

Далеко от всего, до пляжа идти больше 20 минут, грязное постельное белье,все в пятнах. Завернули одеяло в две простынки,и так сильно,что когда пытаешь его достать,все постельное расправляется и надо самому заново все заправлять. Вода в бассейне была грязной, раковина была забита сразу,туалет не смывал,а просто крутил воду по кругу. С крыши сыпалась солома,все вещи что лежали на столе у телевизора были грязные и стол тоже. Завтрак был вкусный и сытный. Несколько раз предупредили что за потерю ключа,штраф в миллион рупий,что дикий бред. Вай фай слабый,фильм не загрузился.

Meine Tochter und ich genießen in diesem Moment noch immer unseren Urlaub hier. Wir haben eine Villa Deluxe gebucht, die in echt auch so aussieht wie auf den Bildern bei der Buchung. Das Personal ist der Knaller. Mehr Service geht nicht♥️Du rufst an , dass das WLAN nicht geht und 3 min später wird Dir geholfen.Du hast ein Tier ( großer Käfer) im Zimmer und schon kommt jemand. . Wir hatten HP gebucht. Die ersten 2 Tage gab es für HP nur eine Karte mit jeweils 5 Gerichten zur Auswahl. Wir haben das einmal angesprochen und schon konnten wir jeder Zeit von der großen Karte bestellen. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen und wir können diese Unterkunft absolut empfehlen. Um 11/15/17.00 Uhr fährt Euch ein Shuttle zum Strand. Ihr werdet allerdings nicht abgeholt. Wir hatten hier einen tollen Urlaub und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Doreen & Maleen

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Pool-Villa für 4 Nächte mit Frühstück. Liegen und Sonnenschirm waren vorhanden. Villa, Pool und der Gartenanteil wurden vom Personal täglich tipp top gereinigt und gepflegt. Auf Anfrage wurde wir zeitgleich mit 2 zusätzlichen Badetüchern ausgestattet. Das Rezeptionspersonal unter der Leitung von Mrs. Putu Mariani und Mrs. Mira war immer sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Das Restaurant-Team unter der Leitung von Putu Subawa bereitete täglich ein indonesisches, internationales Frühstücksbuffet. Dies liess keine Wünsche offen. Vor allem der schwarze Klebreis "Bubur Injin" war sehr lecker. Die Security an beiden Ein- und Ausgängen war ebenfalls immer sehr freundlich. Mr. Sandy Yasa / Manager hat sich persönlich vorgestellt und mehrmals nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Terima Kasih. Wir hoffen 2023 auf ein Wiedersehen. We’ve spent fabulous 9 nights at 2 bedroom Royal Villa with our 2 kids (9&7 yo) and absolutely loved every minute of staying there. The rooms are spacious, each room has its own bathroom with the bathtub. The housekeeping was done daily, the cleaning was very quick and efficient. The kids spent a lot of time in the pool which is quite big and relatively deep, I think it starts with around 1.65m or 1.67m going deeper down the other end. The location is good as well, just a few minutes walking to Bintang supermarket. And of course absolutely lovely and very attentive staff!

Villa Seminyak Estate & Spa is one of the best accommodations I have stayed at! Our deluxe villa was perfect for our first trip to Bali with a beautiful garden and pool. The villa felt like a home rather than a sterile and boring hotel room. The staff were friendly and helpful and were meticulous with cleaning our room and garden daily. The buffet breakfasts every morning were a lovely mix of traditional Indonesian and Westernised cuisine. We will definitely be staying here on our next trip to Bali.
