This hotel was nice and clean. VERY clean!! Great location!!! They were recently renovated so they were still working out the glitches but overall a good stay. Would have been great if my husband and I could have gotten a room on an upper floor but they weren't able to do so. But next time I will just make sure I request an upper floor when booking. Also I want to shout out the housekeeping staff. They were truly so friendly and kind. We will definitely be back. Oh and one thing I think needs to be added is a table. My husband and I order out and eat in the room but we had nowhere to eat but on the bed.

Meine Familie nahm Treppen, um evakuiert zu werden, aber es war ein falsches Alarm, erschreckte mich 7 Jahre alt so schlecht, weil er dachte, es sei ein Feuer, weil wir in der Vergangenheit ein schlechtes Haus Feuer hatten. Ich konnte nicht wieder schlafen. Keine Entschuldigungen beim Checkout

Absolut wunderbar! Lage ist perfekt! Strandfront, zu Geschäften gehen, leichter Zugang zum Hügel. Personal war sehr freundlich, persönlich und unterkunftsfähig. Parkplatz war OK, sie haben 3 Eigenschaften 1 Gebäude muss Parkplatz bei den anderen Eigenschaften ...Natürlich war es die 1 Ich blieb in, aber es ist nur neben der Tür oder über die Straße. Die Restaurants Lebensmittel & Getränke waren großartig. Sehr sauber. Ich habe in der Nacht den Hurrikan Ian am Mitle Beach geschlagen. Es gab eine Leckagen in der Halle, die das Teppich in der Halle außerhalb unserer Apt, Maintenance & Housekeeping waren auf dem Fall, bevor wir es sogar bemerkt. Ich würde Ihnen sicher empfehlen, hier nochmal zu bleiben.

Die Temperatur kontrollierte zwei Zimmer, die sehr unkomfortabel und ungünstig waren. Die Einheit machte sehr laut zu 2:00 Uhr und würde nicht aus. Ich musste die Kraft am Quellen ausschalten, um die Einheit ausschalten, um mich in Frieden schlafen zu lassen. Am nächsten Morgen ging er zum Manager und er wurde gesagt, dass er nicht in der Lage war, mein Zimmer zu wechseln, weil das Hotel ausverkauft wurde. Am selben Nachmittag kontaktierte ich den Manager nochmals, um die Einheit zu beraten, dass die LOUD-Geräusche wieder gemacht und das Zimmer sehr kalt war. Dieses Mal wechselte er das Zimmer. Im neuen Zimmer erlebte die gleiche Frage. Ich steuerte die Einheit beide Zimmer, die meine Zimmertemperatur 63 machte, die sehr unkomfortabel war, ich musste Tumoren auf dem Ofen, um das Zimmer zu einer komfortablen Temperatur zu erwärmen. Diese Reise war sehr stressig und der Manager versuchte nicht zu beherbergen, bis ich bedrohte, Firmen zu rufen. Armer Kundenservice und schlechte Heizung/Kühlung eingerichtet. Dies muss repariert werden, weil jeder sich über die Temperatur in seinen Zimmern beschwert. Ich werde nicht wieder hierher kommen.

It was good stay, the building was smaller than the two next to it but the pool size was bigger than them. Grande beach picked bigger pool than more people while the other resorts picked more people with smaller pool.

I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful this 3 bd 2 bath condo was. Maintenance and housekeeping were very responsive when we needed new batteries for the smoke detector and a trash pickup. I took away one star because I felt like the shower floor wasn’t cleaned to my satisfaction and there wasn’t anywhere to place soap and shampoo inside the shower. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

Supposed undergoing renovations??...but its a real boomers trailer park paradise! Old building descent rooms alot of rusted worn features and old goodwill furniture. The on site tiki bar is OK, but just bring your own choice of spirts. Over priced beverages. Pools are kept well outdoor patios are decent. But be Cautious on the price you pay for the season! Not worth it on high end stay pricing. The bar and grill next door at the Blockade is ideal for breakfast lunch, good atmosphere small scence. Also be sure you have the EXTRA 20.00$ FEE FOR PARKING!!! Nothing on trips .dotcom says anything about additional fees to what you pre-paid for. Being hot with hidden fees is a no return policy for many. Beware Enjoy the beach but dont be anxious for at least 4 star quality.. 3 max!

today my id was expired and I had already booked my room for next night. my boyfriend was kicked out of my room with less than an hours notice and locked out of room, with not even all of our belongings while I was at work!!! no one at this hotel had the decency to inform me of their decision that they wouldn't except my expired ID and I needed to leave ASAP. and I had to get my refund from 3rd party sales Trips.com which said this booking would not be offering any refunds!! still waiting to hear back from them on refund!I will never go back there and would never recommend them to anyone after the rude people I had to deal with today!!!

My check in person was nice and helpful but the other lady on other side of desk was really loud and kept yelling the same thing over and over made it hard to hear anything. The things she was yelling were not appropriate. Rest of the staff I come across during stay were exceptional. Room needed some work not fully cleaned. One of my members said it felt like something was crawling onbthem and biting them in the bed. Under night stand and parts of floor was dirty, hair clogged in drain .Light switch in bathroom was broken. But location is great. Amenities were great.

The first room I booked was an oceanfront king. When I arrived I was placed in a small room on the 2nd floor by the pool. It smelled like it was just bombed for roaches. The bathroom was the size of a walk in closet with the shower directly behind the door. I was starting to get discouraged about this trip at first but I went up front to ask for another room higher up. The guy at the front desk was very understanding and moved me to the 7th floor with a room with 2 beds. The elevator there made me pray for my life every time I used it but once I reached my room I was highly satisfied with the change. The room was twice the size of the original king room I booked. Bathroom was still kinda small but cleaner. The view was amazing compared to looking at everyone in the pool and the room didnt smell of raid. This place could use some updates and definitely has potential.
